Maura and Jazzy were so excellent the morning of my wedding. I found them because they also did makeup for my brother's wedding and I loved what they did. They were very accommodating for my bridal trial with my busy schedule and they did great natural looks for me both times. Would highly recommend them for wedding makeup services and would use them again.

or my date. With this short of notice, I started my search. I was so happy and pleased to have found The Hair Loft of Avon. Laura and her team were so amazing and helpful from start to finish. Myself (the bride) and my whole bridal party ranging in ages loved the experience, photos and non-stop laughter and joy with our services. I wouldn't of wanted it any other way. A special thanks to Laura and her team, You all really made it so easy for such a special day!

g to my last minute trial appointment. She totally understood my vision for my styling and made me look like myself, but better. She also made all my bridesmaids look stunning and kept everyone perfectly on schedule. She was fun and professional and I couldn't recommend her more!

A friend of mine got married recently and hired them for hair and makeup. Everyone was happy with the end product - the stylists/artists themselves were very good. The owner, howev...
er, was horrible. She walked in as things were getting wrapped up, to take all of the payments and it went downhill from there. She was incredibly rude, upcharged for things without telling people beforehand, and then added an uncharacteristically high blanket tip, again without disclosing beforehand. The whole thing was bullish and incredibly unprofessional. Despite the hair and makeup coming out well, I would never recommend this place to anyone as the owner took advantage of people not wanting to create an uncomfortable situation on the bride's wedding day.

ferring to. You did not mention the bride or wedding date. All of the communications were handled between the bride and the salon. We encourage all brides to share the pricing with their bridal party along with "Day of Wedding Tips" ahead of time. I cannot confirm if the bride shared this with you. Also, all brides sign a service agreement which states that a 20% gratuity will be added to services on the day of the wedding. This is communicated up front and is listed on all communication, documentation, pricing listed on our website, the Knot, Wedding Wire, etc. As the owner of the salon, I arrive with my team and walk in them for every bridal service. My team is very capable and I'm there to be the extra set of hands, I would never arrive at the end of a bridal service as I find this be very disruptive to the mood of the day. I'm thinking you may have my salon mixed up with another.

Rachel at the Hair Loft did an amazing job on my hair. She was so creative and my hair came out absolutely perfect. When I came in for my trial, I didn't really know what I wanted,...
except for that it needed to be sort of vintage, and off of my shoulders. She looked at a couple of pictures and ended up creating a new style. On the day of the wedding, she did a similar style, but with some modifications I requested (nothing major) and my hair was AMAZING. She also did a perfect job with my makeup. In addition, all the ladies there were really fun to hang out with before the wedding!
