The event coordinator, Christine, is delightful to work with and really helped our day go exactly as planned and flow smoothly. The space is beautiful for an intimate ceremony. We took photos around the arch, in the back garden/pond, and by the windmill. We held the reception in the Garden Room, which was a great space for our small party. The Hampton Maid was also able to offer accommodations like golf carts for relatives with mobility challenges and multiple entree options for dietary restrictions. I cannot thank Christine and the entire staff enough for an incredible weekend!

a space and environment that fit our personalities which was hard to find on Long Island. Country and rustic. We wanted simple, but elegant. Natural and warm. Sophisticated but not over the top. The Hampton Maid was an instant thought, but we didn’t think it was feasible due to the date as the restaurant is typically seasonal. Well, thanks to this pandemic, our dream was able to come true and we booked the venue for our late November wedding. When I say that the planning was effortless; it truly was. We simply booked the venue and I felt the rest of it fell into place thanks to the event coordinator and Poulakis family. From start to finish, the ceremony and reception felt simple with no stress. From the accommodations, to the grounds, to the decor, the florals, and the service. It was simply perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Hampton Maid and all it has to offer. It made our very small and intimate wedding feel effortless and truly was one of the best days of our lives.

couple that loves the outdoors and cares a lot about being eco-friendly, and who are always concerned about traveling after partying, we couldn’t not book this place. Lauren, the event coordinator at the HM, was our wedding coordinator and let me tell you, she is in the right business. Lauren strived to hear our vision and made such helpful suggestions for other vendors despite us living so far away (from LI but living in Buffalo). She put in so much effort to make sure we were confident and calm on the day of – and we were. Lauren made us feel like even if there was going to be a hurricane on our day, we would still have fun. Our wedding was outside under a massive tent, and our family, friends, and wedding party were FEET away from their eco-friendly hotel rooms – which is a perfect situation when you hire the Hampton Maid’s tasty open bar. The Hampton Maid itself has a Hampton/glamping feel with their glorious rooms and a beautifully maintained property only moments from the water. It is so clear how much the owners of this place care for their business and guests. And, the Hampton also IDEAL for breakfast the following morning – it was hard not to order the entire menu. We wanted a Long Island feel & we truly got it & were taken care of along the way. I cannot say enough about this special place. It is such a little hidden gem on our chaotic island and we look forward to spending anniversaries and weekends here in the future!

their gorgeous grounds and in our beautiful suites. Everything was immaculate and clean and picturesque. I’d definitely recommend this place as a setting for a wedding, although I cannot speak to the actual quality of a wedding run there as that was not my experience. But given the amazing experience I had with the place and the people in charge, I have no reason to doubt how amazing a full wedding would be here!
