The food was hot and fresh and ready just when we needed it. They also took care of getting everything cleaned up and the extra food packed up for us to take home with us (there was a little extra food because they prepare enough that we didn't have a chance of running out even if a few people came that didn't RSVP. We will use Happy Catering again for some of our corporate events.

They also do beautiful cheese and fruit boards. I love the pastry wrapped brie.

We were still able to have a buffet with modifications due to the pandemic (all food served by their staff with masks and gloves on) and it all worked beautifully. This was a high end event so presentation, as well as food quality was important to us. Food was displayed on silver trays and hot items in silver chafing dishes with different elevations so it all looked interesting and creative (wish I could include a picture). We were never actually able to do a “tasting” due to the pandemic and an out-of-town bride, but had a highly successful Zoom meeting with Holly, their event coordinator, and she took wonderful notes and didn’t miss a thing we discussed. We wanted more unique and elegant appetizers and Holly was able to make wonderful recommendations. One of our wedding guests told the bride, “this is the best wedding food I have ever tasted!” Another said, “it was nice to have something other than chicken fingers”. Some of the really delicious and popular items with guests were the: Bang Bang Chicken, mini crab cakes, Swiss and bacon stuffed pastry and the herb encrusted beef tenderloin sliders. Robbie, Holly and the wait staff were professional and very easy to work with. No stress at all with this vendor! The prices were reasonable and felt I received great quality, service and attention. Highly recommend!

en tenders so naturally we had plenty of them at the wedding, but not only were those delicious everything else was talked about by our parents and guests as well. The display was beautiful and they were accommodating when we said we had vegetarians/vegans. We were able to taste test and create our own menu which was helpful for us so that we could have a variety of different foods. They worked with us on timing which was great because we both work full time. The food was great and the service was as well. We also had two bar tenders and the display/service was also amazing! Service, food, pricing was all exactly what we hoped for! Would definitely recommend them to anyone for upcoming events.

Their staff on our big day was the best, they made sure everything looked nice, they cleaned up so there want food left over places. the food, was fantastic, everyone talked about how juicy our chicken was, our wonderful the veggies and Mac n cheese was. They loved our charcuterie bar. The only compliant was our risotto was horrible. Literally no guests ate, because it was bland and crunchy (which it shouldn't have been), it was undercooked and unflavored. So I reached out as we spent a pretty penny on food, and ended up with pounds of awful risotto, they were concerned and kinda sent mixed messages on if it travels well or not, but didn't really offer up any solutions other then wow they are surprised it happen. I am a little disappointed how they handled that but overall they did an amazing job, the other food we had was amazing and staff knocked it out of the park!

nd it was stressing me out. So I contacted Happy Catering and no joke, it felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders!!! They were so timely in their communication and helpful during the selection process, and before I knew it me, my fiance, and father were having our tasting! Which leads me into the best part, their food is AMAZING!!! Whatever you do get the CHEESE DIP!!! ITS MAGICAL!!! Also, Happy Catering very kindly gifted us was a wooden crate etched with our names, date, and wedding venue which is one of my favorite wedding souvenirs.

ppy Catering and all the arrangements were made for them to serve our 270 guests dinner and drinks from the bar. I wish I could give a glowing review but unfortunately, that is NOT the case. The caterers ran out of one of the (2) main course items on the buffet (roast beef sliders), an hour after the reception began. The catering “captain” did not inform the wedding planner about this and there was no additional food made until we asked they bring in some sort of substitution. As for the bar, well here goes: We were told that (2) bars and (3) bartenders would be enough to keep things flowing smoothly. We had beer, wine, champagne, Margaritas (pre-mixed in decanters by the bar staff) and a REALLY NICE bourbon. The catering staff did not bring enough coolers and ice to chill the beer and we had to ask two of our guests (good friends) to go get two more coolers. The bartenders were told the bourbon was for a select few and could only be served neat or on the rocks to make sure it was enjoyed by our more MATURE guests and not poured too heavily. They ignored this and OVER SERVED several of the TWENTY-SOMETHINGS at the party. We provided the tequila and margarita mixer for the bar and gave mixing instructions to the bar staff. When one of our guests wanted a margarita, the bartender said she didn’t know how to make them and asked our guest if SHE knew. Then, a bartender proceeded to take a USED glass, did not empty it or get a NEW one, and rimmed it on the salt rimmers that were used for all the guests! A VERY UNSANITARY PRACTICE! Additionally, we had a bartender attempt to shut down his bar early when we ran low on beer, even though we still had wine, champagne, margaritas and bourbon at that bar. There was no attempt to proactively communicate any of these issues to the wedding planner or the hosts. The leftover food was not boxed up and given to us as promised. We did not get any of the bourbon back even though we know there were AT LEAST 2 bottles left. When we contacted them about the disappointing service, we were met with a total unwillingness to accept any responsibility whatsoever, and even hostility. As I said before, I had hoped to give Happy Catering a stellar review, but I cannot. My husband and I were expecting a flawless, issue-free celebration of our daughter’s marriage and that is not what we received. We only wanted to post this review to better inform potential consumers. In other words, buyer beware!

owner Robby promised us that the steaks would be medium rare. They were like pot roast. Extremely overdone. The staff hurried our guest in finishing their food. After the wedding we voiced our concerns over the food and the owner was extremely rude. He defended his food although every single guest complained that it was overdone. The owner also added 40 extra salads, extra linens and extra staff that I did not ask for and sent me the bill for it. Do not use them!

Guests complained and said they were shocked this was the food that we chose. Happy Catering's response was well sorry no one complained to us. TERRIBLE! Would never recommend them to anyone.

Happy also provides for a private dinner for the bride and groom following the ceremony, which was amazing. It was great being able to spend a few minutes alone before mingling with the guests. We had no less than 10 people come up to us during the reception and tell us what a great idea this is. Overall, I would highly recommend Happy Catering for a wedding.

we had BBW sliders, mac'n cheese bites, mashed potato bar, chicken/waffles, fruit/veggies, gouda/candied pecans phyllo cups and their very delicious bacon cheese dip! It was all very good! The last two were my favorite! They prepared a table of food for us to have between the wedding and the reception..so we could have a moment to ourselves as well as to just eat! And they gave us a 'to go' engraved wooden box. They were very easy to work with too.
