Founded by Patrick Thezan, this business creates delicious cuisine for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, engagement party, and more. The team will work closely with you to design a mouth-watering meal that suits your unique tastes and the theme of your celebration. Patrick Thezan was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he learned to cook from his mother, grandmother, and aunt. After moving to the United States, he enrolled at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Throughout his career he has worked at four-star resorts, met celebrity chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, and served as a sous chef. He started The Happy Hour Chefs in order to bring his unique vision to the catering world of South Florida. Whether you’re planning a casual backyard elopement or a black-tie wedding in an opulent venue, this company has you covered. Meals are personally designed by a diverse team of chefs, expertly prepared, and beautifully plated.
