The Hartford Club

The best option in the Hartford area by a long shot. Things you do not have to coordinate: the cake, tables, chairs, tablecloths, table numbers, silverware, and napkins. This is all baked into the very reasonable food costs. That's all you pay for really, what food you want and the alcohol. The building is 50,000 sf, of beautiful mahogany finished rooms, and you and your guests will have sufficient well appointed space for whatever you need. The bridal suite has two bathrooms and has been recently renovated, very comfortable for early preparations and storage. Another HUGE perk is that as long as they don't have a Sunday Event/next day, you don't have to set up and take down all in one day. Carol and her team is tremendous to work with, the food is gourmet and so well done. The space is beautiful and they really do take care of everything for you. Our guests have raved it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and its all thanks to the Hartford Club.

It was spectacular. We did not have to worry about a thing. It was beautiful and everything was as we had chosen. The staff was attentive and super friendly. Food was out of this world, thank you Chef Trip. Megan and Melissa made sure my daughters wedding went off with out a hitch.

We had our DREAM wedding at the Hartford Club last weekend. Our guests are still raving about it (and so are we). We had only visited a few other venues before touring the club, but as soon as we saw it, and met Meg (event and catering sales manager), we knew that we had found the perfect one, and our search ended much sooner than anticipated (yay). Meg is so knowledgeable, professional, genuine, and easy going. I thought I would be a nervous wreck throughout the entire wedding planning process, but working with Meg completely calmed my nerves. Whenever we had trouble making a decision about any small detail, Meg offered her opinions, and we trusted them wholeheartedly. It is so clear that she loves what she does, and that she truly cares about making your day beautiful and special. Whenever we met with her, she would comment on how surprisingly calm we were about everything, but really, so much of it was due to her! The venue itself is gorgeous, and we pretty much had the entire building to ourselves the WHOLE day, which, from what I’ve heard, is virtually unheard of. Meg and the club staff are also so flexible about everything, letting us make some major decisions just a day before the wedding. The food/cake were also fantastic. We had such a hard time selecting our menu items after our tasting because everything was so delicious. The wait staff was wonderful too. Really, every person we met at The Hartford Club was so charming and personable (special shout outs to Meg, Melissa, and Tara) What an amazing team :-). Oh-and another important note to those looking into getting married here: my husband and I actually had FUN on our big day 😀 (another aspect of our wedding that I’ve heard is pretty rare!). The Hartford Club was wonderful! They are a great value for all you get. The staff was gracious and accommodating, the food was amazing and the space was beautiful!
