When I inquired about a specific arrangement, Chris responded with thinly veiled impatience and a dismissive tone that bordered on hostility. At no point did I feel like a valued customer. As I sat in her shop trying to convey what I wanted she rudely kept telling me she would not be able to arrange the exact colors I wanted and made me feel incompetent as I was on the borderline of tears and an anxiety attack she provoked. She was very unaccommodating to us being very rigid in her schedule and precious time. The overall attitude conveyed an unfortunate sense that my business was more of an inconvenience than anything else. In an industry that revolves around care, presentation, and thoughtful service, such an approach is not only unprofessional—it is baffling. It is a shame, as the floral selection itself appeared adequate. However, the lack of basic courtesy has ensured that I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this shop to others seeking a respectful and welcoming experience. Fortunately Chris made me aware she will be closing her shop in 2026 so for any future brides that are searching for a florist, you’ll be spared the rudeness and hostility I was met with. Good luck to anyone who is working with her.

g 20 days for her to get back from vacation, I booked a consultation. Due to family reasons I needed to reschedule but Christine decided she had no interest anymore and would rather meet with another couple who inquired about our wedding date after us. Guess waiting over 20 days for her schedule means she cant wait 1 day for us. While I understand that florists can only do one wedding day, I do not know why Christine decided to treat me as such an inconvenience to her and have a rude tone in her emails. I hope she learns to be more professional and watches her tone in the future.

She let me drop off a box of antique medicine bottles that I planned to use as decor with loose flowers in them and I was blown away with how they looked grouped together in sets of twos and threes across our reception space.
