Christine is a true professional and an artist! I came to her with a loose idea of what I wanted and was a little late in planning for a florist for our wedding. Christine sat down with me and went above and beyond. She showed me pictures of past floral arrangements and talked through every detail. We met a couple more times to finalize the plans. Christine was the absolute best to work with and really helped me bring my loose ideas to life, better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend the Harwinton Florist!

One word to describe my experience with The Harwinton Florist would be flawless! From our very first consultation, it was clear that Christine knows what she’s doing. I was a bride who knew exactly what she wanted and Christine embraced my vision! Honestly they came out better than I could’ve imagined. She was thorough, knowledgeable and offered her advice and opinions which were invaluable. She’s friendly and personable and was just a treat to interact with every time. She is very up front about pricing and I felt the price was more than reasonable for what we got. She let me drop off a box of antique medicine bottles that I planned to use as decor with loose flowers in them and I was blown away with how they looked grouped together in sets of twos and threes across our reception space. The amount of compliments we received from guests and even staff at the venue was incredible. From the arch to my cascading bouquet to my guest tables, the florals were absolutely stunning and fit the theme of our wedding perfectly. As I said before, she really saw my vision! I would recommend The Harwinton Florist to anyone and will use her again in the future for other events. We genuinely cannot thank you enough Christine!!!

Christine was amazing to work with! Going into wedding planning, I had no idea about flowers at all. She was beyond helpful with suggestions about colors, flower types, and even shapes of the bouquets! She was also such a big help with setting up my centerpieces and huge flower arrangements on the arch at the ceremony (which were repurposed to the sweetheart table.) My flowers came out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and we I got so many compliments on everything she did! We couldn’t have asked for a better florist!

Christine was fantastic to work with for our wedding at The Riverview! All of our flower arrangements turned out beautiful. Communication with her was always great. We were able to get everything we wanted for florals and stayed within our budget! She even went above and beyond by decorating a second arch (in addition to our outdoor ceremony arch) that we used inside the venue for pictures. We highly recommend her!

Chris' service and our wedding florals exceeded all of our expectations! I hired Christine based on work she did for one of my friend's weddings. So I had a sense of her ability and pricing prior to working with her myself. And once again she blew me away! I asked for lots of color and a centerpiece design that she doesn't usually do and she delivered. Christine was our florist for our July 4th wedding weekend in Simsbury CT. She came highly recommended as a preferred vendor for our venue and now I know why! The whole process with her was seamless - from our very first intro call up until our planning meeting. She is very through in ensuring that she is capturing your vision within your budget. Although we live New York and she is based out of CT, she carefully coordinated dates for us to meet with her to go through every single piece she was creating for us. On the day of wedding, I teared up, she had created something beyond what I was even expecting and envisioning. It’s so evident how much love and care she puts into servicing all of her clients. I would highly recommend her for any wedding big or small and am looking forward to working with her again in the future!

Kris was absolutely phenomenal! From the minute I reached out to her, she was incredibly professional and helped me develop my vision. She created stunning bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. All of the corsages and boutonnières were also incredible. The centerpieces for my tables were above and beyond my vision. She delivered everything on time and set it up beautifully. She is clearly an expert florist and I recommend her to any bride! It was also perfectly within my budget.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Chris/Harwinton florist. I would consider myself a relatively difficult client - my husband and I went in absolutely clueless as to what we wanted and all of the components that go into flowers/arrangements for a wedding. Chris definitely picked up on that and made extra time to go through our options with us. Her questions, patience and experience really helped harmoniously tie my husband's preferences with my own. She nailed our styles on the head and made them look phenomenal together. We both could not have been happier with the flowers on our wedding day, and how professional and 'on it' Chris was through the entire experience! You will be in the best hands with her - she listens, she has a lot of experience and she is extremely knowledgeable. We used the Harwinton Florist for our wedding day and Christine did an AMAZING job! I really wanted bright vibrant yellow and blue florals… and they turned out so beautiful. I literally cried the day of my wedding at how stunning they looked. The whole process of working with Christine was great. She really takes the time to sit down with you and walk you through everything. I didn’t realize there were so many choices and little details to discuss with the flowers, but she made it so easy! Christine was a joy to work with! We had a small wedding of about 50 people, and planned it all in about 3 months. Despite not much lead time, Christine pulled together the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever seen! She was incredibly responsive and gave us a timeline from the beginning of when we'd check in, when we needed to have final numbers, etc. We met to go over flower choices and she was so helpful in making my vision come to life. She was detail-oriented, adaptable, creative and such fun to work with. I felt so special on my wedding day and having the bouquet I had dreamt of made it even more special.

Christine is your go to gal when it comes to wedding flowers! I am the type of person to say that looks great but have no clue what the flower is called. Christine took the time to sit with me and explain all of it!! I originally wanted just white and green, and she explained how colors will really pop in my bouquet and different flower pieces especially during my October wedding. I am so happy I listened to her because I loved my flowers and got so many compliments on them! Her prices are beyond affordable and her work is incredible. I didn’t have a definitive idea of what I wanted for flowers for my wedding, but she was extremely helpful in understanding what I liked and guiding me without being pushy or trying to change my mind. Our flowers were as bright and vibrant as I hoped!! The perfect combo of sunflowers and red roses with the white roses and babys breath... Everything was set up perfectly and the process before the wedding was extremely easy! Our guests absolutely loved the shotgun shell boutineers as well. Harwinton Florist was great! I didn’t have a specific vision in mind beyond color and a few ideas and Chris made some truly beautifule floral arrangements. Working with Chris was a breeze and she was able to create a beautiful chuppah for us and incorporate a handmade covering - which I was super nervous about!! But she did an amazing job. Christine went above and beyond during the whole process! She was able to take my "Pinterest dreams" and make them a reality and UNDER my budget! She truly takes the time to discuss your vision and works with you to design all aspects of what you may need, and what works within your budget. I was also able to rent vases from her for my table decor to do floating candles. She also has quick response times which was greatly appreciated !

When the florals showed up on my wedding day I could hardly contain my joy at how beautiful and perfect they were. From start to finish Chris was amazing. Unlike some other places I had contacted she got immediately back to me and we booked a meeting. I went in with a basic theme of wildflowers and had a vision in my head but couldn't quite find exactly the right Pinterest inspo that fit. Well that didn't matter because Chris has a genuine gift of being able to talk with her clients and bring a vision to life and that's exactly what she did.
