The Hayloft Reception Hall

The Hayloft Reception Hall is a beautiful barn wedding venue located in Hoagland, IN. Opened in 1947, this stunning space has hosted hundreds of weddings and events over the years. The dedicated team takes great care to ensure your day is a success; they would be delighted to help you bring your wedding vision to life. Wedding ceremonies at The Hayloft can take place both indoors and outdoors. On site area for day of preparations (dressing, hair/make up, photos, personal decorating, etc) is available. The two-story building can accommodate up to 400 guests with indoor restrooms, a bar, buffet space, dance floor, and a stage available. These amenities ensure a smooth and fun experience for you and your guests. The outdoor ceremony area is also an excellent option for spring, summer, and fall weddings, providing a romantic backdrop for your celebration. The team at the Hayloft is passionate about your wedding and will do everything to make it an incredible experience. Each venue rental includes decorations such as white linen skirting and linen tablecloths. The Hayloft provides their delicious in-house catering menu; dishes include the Hayloft Hog Roast, a slow-roasted pork paired with sauerkraut, and the Midwestern Favorite, a braised beef and chicken combination. Disposable plates, flatware, and napkins are all included in the catering service. Plate and flatware upgrades are available. A fully Stocked bar of all top shelf liquors are available. Bar packages are also available and can consist of liquor, beer, wine, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic options.
