The Headliners were truly a professional performance. We high high hopes, but they absolutely blew us away. We had never seen a band with so much depth of talent on the vocals, horns, and really all around. Bob was so incredibly easy to work with, has a ton of experience with which songs work and which don't, and was super accommodating with some specific touches we requested. Not having seen your wedding band before your special night is stressful. We very quickly realized that the stress was unwarranted. If you book The Headliners for your event, I promise that you will be blown away. A massive thank you to The Headliners for making our wedding night such a memorable and fun time!

Oh my gosh, this band is worth every penny. They kept the party going from the second guests walked in the door until the very last second. No one wanted to leave the dance floor, especially at the end! They have seamless transitions, sound absolutely incredible and nail every song. They know exactly which song to call next to keep the party going. We have received endless compliments from guests about how fun the band is. They also throw in a couple fun surprises to really make the bride and groom feel special and have fun. 10/10 recommend this band, they are SO talented. My husband and I got married just under 1 month ago and our experience with Bob and The Headliners was absolutely incredible. From the moment our wedding planner introduced us to Bob up until the day of our wedding, Bob was incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. Our wedding night was epic thanks to The Headliners. The band truly brought the heat, no one left the dance floor, and we continue to hear from guests that it was one of the best performances they've ever seen. Their set list was the perfect mix of modern day hits, oldies, and classic wedding bangers. I wish we could go back and relive the whole night - it was the party we always dreamed of and more. When we saw The Headliners perform out our friends wedding, we knew we HAD to have them at our wedding at the Bay Preserve Osprey! They have such a range of songs to choose from and they sounded amazing for our special day! They only took a small break during dinner so the energy level was high all night. We cannot stop thinking about them and we even finished the night on stage with them which was so memorable. All our friends and family are still raving about how great they were. So professional and all around amazing. The videos online do not do them justice, you will not be disappointed if you chose them!

When we were researching bands for our wedding, we quickly realized that the Headliners Band were a step above all the other bands and boy did they deliver. Bob was amazing to work with throughout the entire process, including two phone calls in the weeks leading up to our wedding to ensure the setlist was exactly what we wanted and that he had every detail narrowed down. The day of our wedding was an absolute party thanks to the Headliners. I cannot even count the number of guests who not only said that they were the best wedding band they’ve ever seen, but that they would go pay to see this band in concert. Over a week since the wedding and our friends still cannot stop talking about how great the band was. The dance floor was so packed for literally the entire night that people had to dance on the carpet surrounding the dance floor because there was no room. Our biggest fear was that with this large of a band in a small venue, it would sound way too loud and feel like a concert. This band is a group of professionals who know exactly what they are doing - the volume was absolutely perfect and they made sure it was a dance party not a concert all night long. The band was beyond our wildest dreams and made our wedding into the most perfect party.

By far and away, the Headliners were the most incredible part of our wedding day! Bob was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. He was responsive, professional, organized, and helpful in the planning process. We trusted and valued his expertise and suggestions, and it was clear that our priorities were his priorities. I don’t even know where to start in regards to the Headliners and their performance on my wedding night! From the moment the doors to the reception opened, the band welcomed everyone with their incredible energy. Our entire 200 person crowd was on the dance floor ALL night. I heard from so many guests, all amazed by the Headliners and still talking about them a month after our wedding. The band showcased their incredible talents at every instrument and with every vocalist. I found myself with a new favorite band member with each song! Bob and the Headliners seamlessly brought everyone together in celebration, which was my biggest hope and want for my wedding night. They perfectly combined music of many genres, styles, and times to appeal to every single person with a focus on our selections. The Headliners were the heart and soul of the most incredible night of our lives and I would highly, highly recommended them for your event.

The Headliners MADE our wedding! We had a packed dance floor from the beginning to the end of the night -- some of our guests literally would not go to their seats when the meal was served because they were having so much fun! The Headliners were absolutely PHENOMENAL! From their incredible talent to their ability to engage the audience, they made the night truly unforgettable. From the moment we started communicating with Bob of the Headliners, I had a Feeling that our wedding night was Gonna be a Good Night. Bob was highly responsive, flexible and just a good dude. Bob provided us with a large and varied list of songs months in advance and asked which songs were “must plays”, which were “don’t plays” and for our general thoughts about the list. The music at our wedding was a bit different than the norm because we wanted some religious Jewish music to be played over the PA system, then for the band to play a traditional hora, and then for the Headliners to play the hits as Lione Richie would say, All Night Long. All of this was executed to perfection, with the traditional Jewish music flowing seamlessly into the Headliners’ fantastic rendition of Siman Tov and Hava Nagilah. The circle dancing was wild. Then the band really got to work mixing in hits from the last 75 years all executed flawlessly with wonderful musicianship, singing and mixing. Bob and the band played a killer setlist including the songs we asked for and throwing in others that matched the vibe. The Temptations, David Bowie, Whitney Houston, Earth Wind and Fire, Kool and the Gang, Beyonce, The Killers and so much more. The band learned Fleetwood MAC and Talking Heads songs special for us and nailed them! This band did it all for hours on end, one hit after the next. When the Band went into the slower music that was slated to be played during the dinner service, people simply WOULD NOT leave the dance floor. They were that good. Thank you to Bob and the Headliners for such a magical evening. A few weeks after the wedding our friends and family continue to rave about The Headliners and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Bob if you’re considering The Headliners. You will not regret it!

Words cannot express how amazing the Headliners were. It was very important to me to find a great band for my daughter's wedding, and they exceeded my expectations. We hired the Headliners after hearing their name recommended by guests at 3 different weddings, in 3 different cities, and they lived up to their recommendations in every way. The entire wedding was on the dance floor the entire night (including guests who I have never seen dance) and our guests still have not stopped raving about the music from the night. Bob & team provided great timeline recommendations leading up to the wedding itself and they have an extensive song list, but I think their biggest value is in really playing the room and curating the energy of the event. I cannot overstate how incredible their entire performance was - they made our wedding the party of our dreams!

This is a bit of unique review. My fiancé and I hired The Headliners Band for our wedding that was supposed to be in Naples, FL in April of 2023. We worked with Bob in Feb of 22 and had a contract signed and paid our deposit. Unfortunately about 8 months later disaster struck Naples with Hurricane Ian. We were notified in December that our venue would not be able to host our wedding. It was a mad scramble from that point to find a new venue. We contacted Bob at TheHeadliners and he was extremely responsive through our search and even gave us some helpful suggestions. In January we decided to move the entire wedding to Boston, MA. We looked at our band contract and realized we were within 90 days of the event, thus being past the point of canceling the contract. We immediately emailed Bob about the change of plans and held our breath. Bob responded within hours saying that we would not be forced to honor the entire contract and even gave us the ENTIRE security deposit back. I can only imagine how his business was affected by Hurricane Ian and was shocked with how accommodating he was. Although we were never able to have them perform for our wedding, I can attest to how TheHeadliners Band conducts business. They are world class. You can be confident booking this band that they will do right by the customer. Thank you to Bob and TheHeadliners Band for being so supportive through an extremely stressful time!

The absolute best ever! The Headliners were spectacular from start to finish. There was not a person in our 165 person wedding who was not dancing the whole night. The Headliners were not only incredible performers, but they put on a show! All of our guests could not get over how amazing The Headliners were, and we received repeated comments that The Headliners were the best band they ever heard, and that it was the best wedding party that they had been to. The best part of the wedding was watching the joy on everyone's faces while the Headliners were performing, and seeing my daughter and her now husband on stage with the band singing their hearts out! The vocals were amazing, the musicians were spectacular, the performance was outstanding, and the party The Headliners threw will go down in infamy! The energy they brought was unmatched to anything we have seen! We cannot recommend The Headliners more and Bob was absolutely amazing to work with! Do not hesitate - it's worth every penny! We booked The Headliners after watching a few of their demo tapes online, and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Our guests are still talking about them, and have made comments that it was the best wedding band they've ever seen. Not only do The Headliners have fantastic vocals, but their energy and performance made everyone stay on the dance floor all night! Bob was also a pleasure to work with and helped us every step of the way to pick the right first dance songs and playlist for our guests. We can't recommend them enough and we hope we get to see them again at another wedding!

In my opinion, the band is the key to the reception. They set the tone and energy and are what people remember (reluctantly, as Father-of-the-Bride, I admit flowers are too). I was focused on finding the perfect band and can say without hesitation, I was successful. THEHEADLINERS BAND was EXTRAORDINARY! They played beautifully throughout dinner and then lit it up after. The whole dance floor was covered in sweat. Nobody left early. We couldn't get enough. We even got a special surprise for the finale. Aside from the talent, I want to point out how special Bob was in working through several hurdles (caused by us). He is a man of integrity and you can trust what he says. The whole experience was world class.

The Headliners were everything we could have imagined in a wedding band - and then some! Having a killer wedding band was the one part of our wedding we knew we didn't want to skimp on, and The Headliners were worth every single penny for the performance they helped deliver. Bob and the Headliners band had our 200+ wedding guests out of their seats and on the dance floor from the very start of the night until the last minute when the hotel literally made us pull the plug. We're probably a tad biased...but we've also had dozens of our guests follow-up with us after the wedding saying that it was the best wedding band they've ever seen (including two of them who reached out to Bob the following week to try and schedule The Headliners for THEIR weddings in the future!!!). If you're considering The Headliners for your wedding....just do it. They will create and deliver the most memorable night of your life for you as they did for us!

The band was AMAZING! Professional, timely, responsive and most importantly our wedding crowd of 200 did not leave the dance floor!!! The choice of songs was amazing! The energetic vibe was indescribable! Our guests approached us over and over again stating “the best band ever”. I would without a doubt say the best musical experience of my life. This band was a ten in every respect! A huge crowd pleaser and incredibly talented!

All of the songs sounded like the original versions. It was also a pleasure working with them leading up to the wedding. They are first class.

The music makes or breaks a wedding and they made our wedding! Literally all our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We splurged on the 13 piece full band and it was worth every Penny. They played all our requested songs and even learned songs for us. They kept the party going, I sang and danced so hard that I lost my voice for a week! Highly recommend.

The band of all bands! Hands down the best band I’ve ever seen. The entertainment at our wedding was very important to me and my husband. We were planning our wedding from New Jersey but we had seen the Headliners at our friend’s wedding so we were lucky to know how truly amazing they are in person. My father-in-law is a musician and grew up playing in bands. He is extremely picky and critical of live music but he was in awe of the Headliners. They’re not only entertaining, energetic and so much fun but also the quality of their performance is very impressive. Everyone at our wedding was RAVING about them. Our guests are still talking about it! Everyone was up and dancing all night, including the bride and groom. They made our night a blast! Big shout out to Bob who was so great to work with leading up to the big day.

Robert and the Headliners were amazing!!!! We booked them never seeing them perform and were a little cautious since online was only their promo video - but boy did they deliver. Robert was very helpful through the booking process and our guests were dancing from the moment the first note was played until the night was over. Bob & the Headliners is like a private concert at your wedding. They aren't a wedding band in the traditional sense of the word, but are a real @$$ band that happens to also perform weddings. All of our guests kept running up to us saying "I feel like I'm at a concert!". I think the thing that really shows the amount of energy and fun they bring for all the different types of personas that attend weddings is the fact that BEFORE dinner, BEFORE the bride & groom were announced, THE ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY KICKED IT OFF ON THE DANCE FLOOR! I've never seen anything like it. My (now) husband (yay!) is a HUGE music junkie. He knows and loves everything from heavy metal, rock, and contemporary. HE WAS BLOWN AWAY! which says everything. It was also amazing that they CRUSHED our first dance song, which is a very non-mainstream song that almost no-one knows. It was magical and they learned it just for us! I don't want to spoil the surprise for any of you potential brides/grooms thinking of booking The Headliners, but they way they sent us off for our last dance was UNBELIEVABLE. It was the most special thing about the entire night (besides the actual vows). No hesitation - book them if they are available before you lose the chance too. I cannot believe we were able to get them for ours. It'll make your wedding not "one of the best weddings your guests have been to, but THE BEST WEDDING your guests have been to"!

This band is absolutely incredible. We had them for our wedding this past weekend and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band. Our guests were absolutely gushing over them and couldn’t believe how great they were. If you’re in need of a band for a wedding or any event for that matter, hire these guys.

cannot tell you how many people are still commenting about the band. They were INCREDIBLY FABULOUS!! We knew they were going to be good, that’s why Caroline wanted them. As she stated in her toast at the rehearsal dinner, she booked the band a month before the engagement 😂. Seeing and listening to them perform in person was the most fun I’ve had in so long and that’s what our guests are saying as well. What talent! Every time they started a new song, I felt like I was dancing to the original artist. A friend contacted me the other day to get the band name for a friend of hers daughter’s wedding after being at ours. The band made that party and it was fantastic. My husband and I just had our wedding reception last weekend.... when we were planning our wedding almost two years ago, one of the most important decisions to us besides the venue was the band. We spent SO much time reading reviews, Google searching and seeing what options are out there. The two things that led us to pick them were 1) how INCREDIBLE their demo videos were. Yes, they sound exactly like that and have an amazing amount of energy!!! And 2) all the other 5 star reviews that we read that raved about their performance. Now that we had our big celebration, they were HANDS DOWN one of the best decisions we made!!! Bob was amazing to work with--he was the most responsive vendor (besides our wedding planner) that we worked with, and he and the band were willing to learn new songs that were important to us. So many of our guests came up to us afterwards to share how incredible The Headliners Band was and we got so many remarks like "Where did you find them?!" "I can't believe the range of songs they knew!" "They were the best wedding band I have seen." They delivered in every way possible and kept ALL OF OUR GUESTS on the dancefloor. WOW - the Headliners are INCREDIBLE. I really can't even put into words how amazing they are. If you want to have the best band ever, choose the Headliners. My dad is a musician and the one thing he really cared about was the music. He picked the Headliners and although I thought their videos were great, it was a little out of the price range I was hoping for. After talking with Bob (band leader and keyboard player) on the phone for over an hour, I was sold. I cannot stress this enough... they are worth the money. Guests were on the dance floor the second they walked into the ballroom, even before the bridal party was announced or dinner was served. The reception was epic. They played a wide variety of songs - something for everyone. Their voices, musical ability, dancing, stage presence - perfection. We had guests wanting to get their autographs. The Headliners are not your typical wedding band. If you want people to call your wedding "the wedding of the century" - hire them now!

The Headliners Band was KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF INCREDIBLE! This band exceeded all of our expectations by a long shot! They are not only extremely talented, but they were professional, respectful, and made sure our wedding night was the greatest night of our lives. They catered the show around US, and played songs that kept our guests up and dancing all night long- even during a COVID wedding. Bob was amazing to work with, and he helped ensure that my husband and I had everything we wanted and more. He also played a pivotal role in helping ensure our "surprise" daddy/daughter dance was everything we wanted it to be, and he helped us make the music. Bob and his entire ensemble band were truly one of a kind, and that is coming from a very picky critic. When we first reached out to Bob to ask questions about his band for our wedding, he patiently and eagerly chatted with us for over an hour. In the weeks and months that would follow, Bob would ALWAYS answer his email promptly and make himself available for a phone call if need be. I mention this because it's important to know the kind of service you'll get from the Headliners before they even play a single note. Now for the wedding. WOW. Just WOW. Our family and friends (and of course my wife and I) were in awe at just how supremely talented, energetic, and incredible this band was. People are STILL raving about their performance a month after the event. They effortlessly toe the line between putting on a fantastic show all while making sure the spotlight is on the bride / groom and their guests as opposed to the band themselves. Most other bands and performers we have seen at weddings hog all the attention and force this idea of having a live concert at your wedding - but Bob and the Headliners are there to make sure the vibe is UP and the music is PERFECTION. I clearly cannot say enough good things about our experience with the Headliners and if we could do it all over again I would change absolutely nothing.

The Headliners are an all around class act of a band! From the minute I found them online and watching a YouTube video of them I knew they were the right wedding band for our special day. We are from Chicago and had our wedding in Marco Island, FL - they traveled no questions asked and we were beyond amazed by their talent. We were SO impressed with the detail that Bob put into making sure he understood what music we wanted to hear as well as learned a couple new songs for our mother/son and father/daughter dances! The Headliners Band is absolutely amazing and helped in making our wedding perfect. Our guests would not stop telling us that night and weeks / months later how great they were. Vocals, dancing, selection of songs, all 100% perfect and flawless. Bob was so easy to work and made this experience completely stress free. My wife and I got married in Jacksonville in January and up until today people still comment on how amazing they were. Having The Headliners Band at our wedding was the best decision we could’ve made, no other band can come close to the experience of having them. We had heard great things before booking them and we had really high expectations and they completely exceeded them. They even learned “Nothing Else Matters” by Metallica for us, which by the way was an epic performance. Overall we highly recommend them if you want to have an epic party!

If there was one comment we heard from each and every guest after our wedding was over, it was how truly amazing this band is. From working with Bob in planning the special songs to their fabulous dinner setlist to being lucky enough to witness them perform to how nice they were saying goodbye when we saw them after the event, they were an absolute highlight of our day and we were so lucky to have them! We can not sing enough praises for The Headliners! They are absolutely incredible and hiring them for our wedding was one of the best decisions we ever made! The Headliners were awesome! They were great to work with and very receptive of any feedback we had leading up to the wedding. As we were not based in Florida, we were hesitant about booking a band that we could not meet face to face beforehand, but The Headliners blew us away! These guys kept the party going all night long, they were true professionals and just incredible entertainers, and last-but-not-least really nice people! They interact with the crowd like no other band I've ever seen, and really personalize your wedding for you. We have had TWO sets of family friends that used Headliners before us, and they had nothing but great things to say. Pro-tip from one of them: if you want a modern music selection, they can not only play it, but you'll think the actual artist is right there playing the song for you. Our wedding was very much a nostalgia throwback to our university days as my husband and I met at college in Miami, therefore a band that could play electronic music live was very important to us. You want Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii? Well they got it, and will get the crowd (including grandma) really jumping. But wait - your dad wants Earth, Wind & Fire, your sister wants Britney Spears, and all the groomsmen want classic Shout? They will knock it out of the park! They handled our special requests so well! My husband and I wanted female AND male vocals to a Lana Del Rey song for our first dance, the male vocalist could hang with Lana any day. My father and I wanted to do a choreographed dance that was a mashup of switching back and forth between the two songs, I sent the band a recording and they did it to perfect time- my dad and I never missed a beat. We had a surprise guest (our college mascot) enter the reception after the dances, the band introduced them seamlessly - at one point one of the singers was down there dancing with the mascot, it was amazing. One of my favorite memories from my wedding night is belting out Pour Some Sugar On Me with all my bridesmaids (and I'm pretty sure the entire wedding reception) and would not have been the same without The Headliners. We will be forever grateful, that we were able to book them for the most amazing wedding reception and day. They even played our 2nd choice for our first dance song over the speakers as they were packing up (and our guests begrudgingly wouldn't leave the ballroom), was a really nice ending and it felt like a little secret we had with the band- it's the little things that count! Thank you for everything!!!

I don't even know where to start! This band exceeded our expectations and could not have been easier to work with. They are unbelievably talented. THEY DID NOT STOP! We could not believe how they kept going for hours and kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. The music was incredible and they made the most memorable night for all of our family and friends. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Worth every penny and more.

I cannot even begin to explain how unbelievable the Headliners were. From start to finish, the energy they brought was so remarkable and contagious, all our guests NEVER left the dance floor. We are both from NYC and have seen a ton of amazing bands, but never one like the Headliners. The next day all our guests also couldn’t stop raving about how it was the best band they’ve ever seen. Book them now! They will make your wedding better than you ever thought possible. Everyone’s legs were so sore the next day from dancing all night long! In addition, Bob was such a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. THE BEST BAND!!

Was a guest at a wedding on 3/23 and this band played. I am from Chicago and an event planner so I've heard many bands. But this band has to be the best I've heard. So much energy and enthusiasm - amazing song selections. Nice nice people. Had everyone out on the floor dancing including some 90+ year olds! They definitely were a highlight and I'd hire them in a heartbeat.

I'm speechless at how incredible the Headliners band was for our wedding! The amount of positive energy this group brought to the entire event ensured that all guests were off there feet, dancing and celebrating with us all up until it was lights out. The band was so great at reading the crowd and tailored their performance accordingly. They were so awesome and heard from numerous guests that not only were they incredible musicians, but truly great performers as well! It really made our night having everyone celebrating and dancing with us and cannot thank the Headliners enough for making that happen!

There is absolutely no band that can compare to The Headliners! They exceeded every expectation we could possibly have and our guests have not stopped talking about how much fun they had. We were lucky enough to have them at our wedding on 2/2/19 and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the performance, how well they were able to read the room and adapt the set list and how perfectly they learned the few songs we had asked for that they didn't already know. Every interaction with Bob prior to the wedding was seamless and every time I had a question or list of things to go over he managed to answer them all before I even asked. I couldn't have dreamed of a better band for the wedding. We actually threw out the timeline because our guests didn't want to stop dancing long enough to eat dinner (which is exactly what we wanted!!) I'm not sure I left the dance floor the whole night and the only issue with them was we are now depressed that it is over!! We are racking our brains for another reason to throw a party including The Headliners! Absolutely made the wedding and I guarantee you will have the time of your lives if they are at your reception!

The Headliners are the absolute BEST band ever! They are high energy, fun, extremely talented and they really know how to get the crowd going! Our wedding guests were on the dance floor the entire evening and didn’t want the night to end. They appealed to all ages. If you are planning a special event, book this band right away. I guranatee that you will not be disappointed!
