They became friends of ours and made our wedding day perfect. They pay attention to details and take the time to understand your “vibe”. I would not look anywhere else- hire them. Immediately. The Heims were absolutely the BEST photographers we could have chosen for our wedding day. They captured so many beautiful and genuine moments, all so effortlessly. Their work is exceptional, they go above and beyond to get to know both you and your partner, and they are just so fun to have around. We absolutely love all of our wedding photos and we are forever grateful to Macey and Danny for helping us bring our vision to life!

The Heims were our favorite wedding vendor and are sure to be yours too! They are an insanely talented duo and some of the kindest humans you will ever meet. They made us feel so at ease in front of the camera and treated us like old friends. They are experts at catching all of the candid, in between shots but also make sure to capture plenty of posed photos for the parents/grandparents too. They delivered our photos in what felt like record time - even though they just had a baby! Macey and Danny, thank you for making our wedding season so sweet and for giving us our favorite photos!

I am obsessed with The Heims!!! I immediately fell in love with their aesthetic and booked them pretty early in our wedding planning process. We shot our engagement pictures with them and they were so fabulous. I was assured that we picked the best! Several months before our wedding, Macey let me know they were expecting and the baby was due shortly after our wedding. The communication and transparency was 10/10. Thankfully, they were able to shoot our day up until our reception, which they coordinated to have another amazing photographer, Lily, step in and finish out the day. If I could do it over 10 more times, I would pick Macey and Danny again and again and again!!! I’m still obsessed with every wedding they post on their social media and will always recommend them!

5 Stars really isn’t enough to explain Macey and Danny. They were my first vendors that I hired for MANY reasons. Not only is their work absolutely beautiful, but I found out very early on that Macey and Danny are such beautiful people as well. They are selfless, caring and will go out of their way to make your day special. They were present for every moment and captured the most special and intimate moments of our day perfectly. They genuinely made us laugh and made our whole day even more memorable. We made them dance with us a little at the end of the night too lol!! We have friends for life in the sweet Heim team. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Macey and Danny are the BEST. They are so incredibly nice and easy to work with, it was an easy choice to hire them for our wedding after seeing the absolutely gorgeous work they do. The way they capture and work with light is sheer magic. We did an engagement shoot and had an absolute BLAST despite my husband and I both being nervous about being photographed. It was so fun and the pictures were perfect!! They know exactly what to say/how to help make you feel at ease and it shows in their photographs. Flash forward to our wedding day and we were truly relieved to see them!! They made the wedding photo process so much fun and stress-free. They are really accessible, responsive, and give solid advice about the entire photography process. On top of just being awesome people, they are so so talented and we're so happy they were a part of our wedding. If/when we want any photography in the future, we will use them again in a heartbeat.

Photography, like many other brides, was on the top of my list. The minute we set a date, I reached out to Macey and Danny right away. Their photography style just fit my aesthetic and after my initial conversation with Macey, I knew I'd love them. My now-husband and I are not the most comfortable being photographed, but Macey and Danny made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. From our engagement shoot to a random fall shoot and then of course our wedding, I trusted the Heims to get us at our best -- and they did just that. They helped settle my nerves during a crazy COVID wedding season and they were professional, responsive, and prompt the entire time. Our photos were delivered quicker than expected and more beautiful than expected. It was all so perfect. Also, who doesn't love quoting the Office the entire time? Another bonus is if you need TV show recommendations, Macey and Danny have got you covered. If I could shout it from the rooftops, I would, but I highly recommend going with Macey and Danny for your photos!

I'm so happy I chose The Heims (Macey and Danny) as my wedding photographers! We met up in person prior to booking them and talked through their process and what we'd like from a photographer. There was no pressure, it was really to make sure they were a good fit for us. Macey was very organized and timely with check ins and updates and coordinating details, again making it easy for me during a pretty stressful time planning. When the wedding day came they were so professional and put us at ease. The end result was so beautiful! I love their editorial style and their ability to capture genuine emotion. I will definitely use them for future life events!

I’m a wedding coordinator, so when it came to booking a photographer for my wedding, I knew just how important it would be to find a wedding photographer that we loved their work, loved their style, and just loved being around. I can't say enough good things about Macey and Daniel. Our whole experience working with them from our intro call to our wedding day was perfect, they are so genuine and so easy to be comfortable around. Most importantly THE PICTURESSS... I've been told by sooo many people that they have never seen more stunning images, they captured absolute perfection in every shot. They are sooo talented, and professional. I cant wait to do every future photoshoot with them. I'm the pickiest person and I'm so happy I found them, they just nailed it in every sense of the word!

Photography was one of the most important parts of planning our wedding, but choosing Macey and Daniel was a no-brainer. Choosing a photographer was one of the most important, and therefore one of the most challenging, decisions we made during wedding planning. After speaking to close to ten other photographers, I came across a photo on our venue's Instagram that had tagged The Heims as the photographers. It was close to "love at first sight". Their style and eye for detail was exactly what we were looking for. After reading more about them on their website, I knew we had found our photographers- before even speaking to them. I literally told my (now) husband, "I feel like we could be friends with them in real life". It goes without saying that Macey and Danny are incredibly talented photographers. One look at their work will tell you that. What sets them apart is their love and respect for each other, their kindness, and their desire to go above and beyond for their couples. They create the most comfortable and natural environment. My husband and I are not naturals in front of the camera, but you wouldn't be able to tell looking through our gallery. We could not have asked for a better team to capture our engagement photos and wedding day. These are memories that will be cherished for years to come. Although they live 7 hours away, I could not imagine anyone else photographing our future milestones- sorry Macey + Danny, you're stuck with us.

It was the only weekend in March Macey wasn’t booked. She had weekend plans to go down south. Three days before our wedding, our photographer, who was traveling from Montana, was forced to cancel after falling ill. My wife was panicked, devastated. We did not have a clue how we were going to find a photographer in such short notice, with the style we knew we wanted. Macey went out of her way, changed her plans, and showed up for us after being highly recommended by our wedding planner. This shows her character. Macey was extremely complimentary, she gave direction but never changed the scene. She was always scanning the room, looking for the best thing at any given moment to shoot. Of course my wife and I were always her focus, but when she captured the moments and knew she had the shots, she would look elsewhere for another perfect shot. You don’t realize how important this is until you get your photos back. She was there for every important moment, sometimes things you don’t even know are important moments until you see them captured. She delivered everything we wanted and more. She got our photos back to us in a timely manner, even in the midst of the pandemic, when we all know self motivation was hard to come by. We can not thank Macey and The Heims enough for dropping everything, going out of their way, showing up, and delivering the perfect photos, and capturing every moment in the most artistic and magical way. There is no better, no one more professional, kind, caring, and easy to be around, which is very important, because who you surround yourself with on your wedding day, you will never forget. Whatever expectations you have set for wedding photography, I promise you, Macey and Daniel will surpass them beyond measure and deliver to you the most beautiful, special, and breathtaking gallery you have ever seen. Choosing your wedding photographers will probably be the most challenging part of planning but it doesn’t have to be. If I would’ve found these two sooner, my search would’ve ended right there. They are transparent, patient, and without even having to mention it...unbelievably talented. My husband loved Daniel and what he brought to the men’s side of the wedding. He made all of the guys comfortable and captured genuine moments as they happened. Macey, now a new friend of mine, was there every moment, taking photos and doing anything else she could do to assist me. Did I mention they did a perfect job and I didn’t even provide them with a shot list? Yes, they are that good. I could go on and on. Going in to my wedding, photographers were something that my husband and I thought were so overpriced. After some convincing we decided to splurge and that if we were going to spend it on anything, it should be for the people capturing our special day. Macey and Danny immediately made us realize that every penny was worth it. Starting with our engagement photos, they strive to make it the most comfortable and natural environment and it absolutely pays off and shows in the pictures. The day of our wedding, the Heims went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They could sense stress and knew how to alleviate it, they helped out any way they could, and made sure we had everything we needed. Before the wedding we received a questionnaire that helped them know the most important parts of our wedding day so that they could make sure they captured every special moment. Later, they used the same questionnaire and incorporated our answers in to the sweetest Christmas gift they sent us. These were some of the many things that demonstrated their attention to even the tiniest details. Receiving our photographs was just another reminder that we had made the right decision with entrusting them with our wedding day. Not only do they do phenomenal work, but Macey and Danny as people just do an amazing job of making everyone feel at ease and keeping the chaos to a minimum. After my wedding, my wedding coordinator couldn't stop raving about how helpful they were and I couldn't agree more. We got an amazing experience, our favorite pictures to forever capture our special day, as well as two special friends. Nothing but love for these two 🖤

The Heims are absolutely amazing. They are so easy to work with and they make the whole day less stressful. The photos are beautiful and everyone has complimented them. All of my bridesmaids loved them and their personalities shone through their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We are so glad we decided to hire The Heims to capture all of the special moments on our wedding day. They really go the extra mile to make sure that they meet and exceed clients needs and expectations. The pre-wedding questionnaires and phone calls made us feel like they really cared about capturing our story and details that were important to us on the big day. The day of our wedding brought some unexpected complications (a last minute tropical storm!!) but the Heims did a great job making sure that our photos came out beautiful, despite having to move them indoors because of the storm. They stayed calm and focused when everyone else was stressed and distracted! Danny even helped my husband and his groomsman tie their ties, and Macey gave my mom some tissues from her bag when we had an emotional moment but couldn't find one. The Heims really care about their clients and it is so apparent in their work. Our photos came out so perfect and were given to us sooner than I even expected after the wedding. They were professional throughout the process and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!

The Heims were nothing less than perfect. Their style is amazing and they captured not only the big moments, but the small, intimate, candid moments that no one may notice in the moment but look so precious in photos looking back. People keep telling me my husband and I look like models in the photos. They truly did capture our love story and they were so fun to work with. Posing with them did not feel awkward at all! Macey & Danny are the best people to work with. I’ve used them for headshots, family photos, and our wedding photos. The process they take their clients through making sure all the memories are captured is one of a kind. They asked multiple questions to guarantee that our expectations were achieved. The questions also allowed us to get to know them since they are sharing in the experiences with us. They’ve truly become best friends. Some people might not understand why you’d want two photographers, but when you realize that there’s more than one view during an event like a wedding they are able to collaborate & capture the entire event from multiple angles. During the photo shoots with them they even guided & instructed us with different poses that helped the process. The edits from our events were completed in a timely manner & we were updated throughout the process. I could not give them a higher recommendation because they are simply the best! I will only use them as our photographers for our future portraits.

After years of recommending The Heims to others, I was finally able to use their skills for my own purposes. Not only did they hide behind a tree, ankle deep in mud due to the random torrential downpour, to capture my engagements photos, but they also captured the joy of my wedding day. The #1 piece of advice I was given during the time of my engagement was to, "make sure you book a good photographer." Countless couples told me countless times that securing a really great photographer needed to be the top priority on my wedding to-do list. And boy were they right. Years from now, I know I won't be able to remember every detail of my wedding day as clearly as I can now (only having been six months ago). However, I am so grateful that I will forever have The Heim's beautiful photographs to remind me of that day. The Heims' photographs offer not only stunning visual representations, but they offer precise emotional representations as well. You can feel their photographs as much as you can see them. Not only did The Heims offer me a beautiful final product, but they made every step of the process as enjoyable as it possibly could have been. From the morning of the wedding, when I was photographed getting ready, to the afternoon of the wedding, when my partner was photographed getting ready, to the ceremony itself, and the after-party, The Heims left no detail unnoticed or unattended to. I mean, the fact that they were able to corral my, often times, rowdy family with a sense of ease is reason enough for a glowing review. Lastly, in addition to their technical skill and attentiveness, The Heims are just straight up pleasant people to be around. They have a way of being thorough without being invasive, instructive without being bossy, and efficient without being rushed. As someone who doesn't love to be the center of attention, their disarming demeanor put my mind at ease over and over again. I found The Heims through another photographer's recommendation in 2017 while planning my 2018 wedding. I was so impressed with their portfolio & competitive pricing that I booked them immediately. We exchanged a few planning emails & I got a major sense of relief when speaking to Macy over the phone. I knew I was dealing with a team I could trust. We had been recommended Macey and Danny from another photographer we had reached out to for our wedding. We were planning our GA wedding from California and Macey and Danny were wonderful, they skyped with us so we could get to know them and make sure it was a good fit. Our first decision, after promising to spend the rest of our lives together, was to find someone who could capture our love in a way that we would remember the rest of our lives. We wanted real, physical memories that would allow us to share our love with our families, friends and future children. After a photographer friend of mine sent me some suggestions, it was quite literally "love at first sight." Their style, ability to capture an intimate moment in time and stylistic talent drew us to their work. But what makes them even more special is their kindness, innate desire to make your day perfect and ongoing communication and responsiveness to questions. My husband I feel like we struck gold with Macey & Danny and will treasure our photos and their friendship for years to come. A few examples of why they were such a pleasure to work with: 1. They were willing to go with us to our venue early on and walk through everything we had envisioned for our big day. It was important to me that our photographer was willing to hear my vision and understand our wants/needs early on, especially since they hadn't shot at our location before. They spent over an hour walking with us, talking through our ideas and taking notes! 2. Right before my mom came in to help put me in my dress on my wedding day, I asked Macey if she'd be willing to take a couple very tasteful shots of me "pre-wedding dress." Not only did she gladly offer to do them, she made me feel beautiful and confident and the end product was stunning! Definitely not something she signed up for, but took it upon herself to go the extra mile. 3. We had one of those "crazy aunts." You know, the one who has a fancy camera and no idea how to work it but feels the need to take more shots than the photographer...? We tried so hard to keep her at bay, but Macey & Daniel worked with her and around her without a single complaint. That is professionalism! Trust me, if you're looking for real, authentic moments. Someone with the ability to see your love and bring it out through film. And photos that don't look like the cookie-cutter bridal shots you see everywhere you look... CALL THE HEIMS!
