ave an absolutely beautiful venue. That is all my guests could talk about. They said it was hands down the most beautiful wedding ever, and I didn’t over decorate. I had very minimal decor because this venue is just that naturally beautiful. They had staff onsite all day that were beyond helpful and kept things running on time. They keep the property pristine! I would highly recommend.

t about. The venue is absolutely stunning! And the staff were there to help the day run smoothly. Not having bathrooms in the getting ready spaces did make getting ready in the morning a little bit trickier but it’s still very manageable as bathrooms are close by.

I immediately fell in love with it— I knew it was the one for me. It was the first venue I reached out to, and I gave others a chance (kind of, not really). I appreciated that Angela was straightforward, gave me an info package & the rundown of cost/ proposal estimate before asking me to commit to anything. She was so patient with me, as I had soooo many things going on while wedding planning. When we signed our contract Angela didn’t hide any details. She gave us a preferred vendors list, which really helped me out since I was planning a wedding out of state. The vendors on the list were amazing as well, and it was very meaningful to know that HM&B would provide that to me! Angela helped coordinate meetings, asked all the important questions I didn’t even think to come up with, and was overall a delight. The cost is so affordable, location is beautiful, people & staff are amazing! My husband and I received so many compliments on our venue choice. The social areas were so fun for my husbands friends to enjoy while we did our couple portraits, and the open-sided pavilion was perfect for older guests to mingle and relax before dinner. We were able to rent the farmhouse the night before, and the night of the wedding— check-in was easy, the house was so clean and beautifully decorated, we really did feel like we were at home. Overall I had the most wonderful experience here, and I wish I could go back already!

g, Angela's communication was great and so quick to answer any questions we had leading up to the wedding day. Every year they host an annual vendor event which I highly suggest attending, we found our a lot of our vendors via this event. On the day our wedding, we had a brunch wedding, on a Sunday, with the ceremony starting at 11 a.m and the staff was so helpful and made themselves present all day long, they were kind enough to help us with our sparkler exit later in the evening as a majority of our guests had already departed. I would love to have another event at the Hidden Meadow and Barn.

ved how everything for the day was right there! They gave us our most perfect fall wedding! Not only is it beautiful, but they are wonderful to work with! They put up with all of my questions and always replied in a timely manner. They made anything we wanted, happen! It was so nice to know that they took care of so much on the wedding day. The option of renting the farmhouse on the property was amazing, we loved being able to stay right next to the venue the night before and night of the wedding. ility is fantastic as I always had a lot of questions and she was super understanding and accommodating. I might have had to book out 2 years in advance but it was 100% worth the wait. My guests loved how close the ceremony was and the space to roam around through out the night. The Price is well worth what you get for the venue. If you’re looking for a beautiful outdoor venue like I was was with flexibility with food and alcohol, this place is your place!!

stunning place to get married and we wouldn't change a thing! Something to think about before booking is that we couldn't have our rehearsal at our venue since there was a wedding the Friday before. We also could not stay the night before our wedding at the farm house or cabins since priority goes to the people having the wedding before us. We had to stay in a different hotel and then move everything and everyone to the wedding venue at 10am (that's the earliest you can get in unless you pay for an earlier time). Just something to think about and plan for. Otherwise, everything was beautiful!

It's very convenient to rent out the farmhouse and neighboring cabins for family. 5/5 stars, awesome wedding venue!

d I was so proud to show it off to my guests. From the beginning, Angela and the staff have been nothing but exceptional. Communication was never an issue; it was easy to schedule a tour and book – and in planning meetings Angela brought up important questions I would have easily missed on my own! They also provide so much useful information, from hotels in the area to recommended vendors (of which many we booked)! On the day itself, the staff worked so cohesively I rarely had to answer questions about what I needed or wanted throughout the day – they communicated with the other vendors and my point person seamlessly, directed my guests throughout the night, and helped make the ceremony & private vows go off without a hitch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the bartenders as well, they were truly amazing and seemed to have fun with everyone there! I can’t say enough about the accommodations and the venue itself. Every building, every corner of this property is breathtaking. The ceremony site is still being talked about amongst my guests! The tall grasses and old stained-glass windows helped it feel straight out of a movie. We loved the bridal cottages and the farmhouse, too! It was so nice to have everyone together in one spot to get ready, and a place for our families to go at the end of the celebrations. Everything is so thoughtfully designed, from the bathrooms to the multiple photo ops they’ve created – it’s a dream. Booking The Hidden Meadow and Barn was one of the easiest decisions we made, and through the process remained one of the best! I’d recommend this venue to anyone and everyone.

My family had never been to the venue and were skeptical about having my wedding here, when they arrived on the day of they were nothing but gushing compliments about the place! On top of the amazing team, the venue and landscape surrounding it are both stunning. so stated that it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to. Angela was easy to work with and responsive to phone calls. The staff at the venue was very kind and worked well with us the day of the wedding. My only complaint is that they wanted to dressing rooms cleaned up before the ceremony. This really put us in a time crunch and was frustrating as we needed to use the space to touch up after the ceremony.

or our big day. On the day of, communication was seamless and from a brides perspective, everything went very smoothly. We were worried about the weather and having to transition our ceremony "indoors", but Sophie constantly monitored the radar throughout the day and kept us updated - thankfully we were able to use the beautiful ceremony space. Last, I cannot tell you how many guests complimented the venue and asked how we had found it. We would 100% recommend having your wedding at The Hidden Meadow and Barn!

The staff that was on site on the day of the wedding was so helpful too! 10/10 for sure. We loved that you do all of the alcohol through them, we didn't have to worry about a thing or haul anything in/out. We stayed in the farmhouse on site and that was so perfect to just walk up the hill at night and keep the night going with our friends who stayed with us. Everyone should book this place! Pepin is such a great area too, all our guests made a weekend out of it and enjoyed their time!

- as many of our family and friends were traveling from larger WI, Twin Cities, or Nebraska. It was a nice middle ground for most. The venue offered all of the amenities we were looking for. Angela was incredibly helpful and flexible to ensure our wedding was truly captive of our needs as a queer couple - and ensuring our wedding party and guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Almost every aspect of the wedding was our own creation. We grew our own flowers, created our own center pieces and signage, ever detail was intentional. The BWCA is a significant place in our lives, as we got engaged there. Therefore, having our canoe be apart of the wedding decor was essential. Angela suggested that we hang it above the wedding party table. It turned out to be the cherry on top. We draped homegrown hops and vines - macramé candle holders and lanterns from inside. Our guests cant believe how beautfiul the venue and our decor was. Having an outdoor fall wedding was our priority - if that's yours, a little get away to Pepin, WI is the right decision. We also rented an AirBnB in town, where we hosted our rehearsal dinner, and our entire wedding party stayed. Having a community based wedding was our priority. Hands down - the view, the amenities, the staff was an absolute steal of a deal.

The day of staff were also phenomenal, they always made sure we had everything we needed in the bridal suite/groom's cottage and checked in with us several times throughout the night. I also can't say enough how gorgeous Hidden Meadow and Barn is, it rained on our wedding day but the rolling hills, fall leaves, and the ceremony grass made all our pictures absolutely magical. You won't regret booking your day at Hidden Meadow and Barn!

wner, Angela, worked with us to make the date change fee as minimal as possible. She is a great communicator and was immensely helpful in the whole planning process. While it rained on our wedding day, hardly any of the guests realized having the ceremony under the pavilion was plan B. It was so nice to have our immediate family stay in the farmhouse and many of our guests filled the cabins owned by the neighbors next door.

that day came and I immediately fell in love. There are so many beautiful and unique touches throughout the space, and the setting is irreplaceable. The idea of an all outdoor wedding was a little daunting at first, but all the accommodations and back-up plans put our minds at ease. The owners were fantastic to work with and very accommodating. I had random questions throughout the process at all hours of the day, and Angela would usually respond to my emails within a few hours. She was intentional and although does numerous weddings every week, still managed to make us feel like we were a priority. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing the Hidden Meadow and Barn as our wedding venue. Pepin and this gorgeous place will always have a special place in our hearts.

outstanding experience with Angela Kissell and Hidden Meadow ever since the day we booked. Angela is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She answered all of my wedding planning questions so quickly, making the planning process easy and stress-free. The venue includes so many things which means less for the bride to worry about! One of my favorite things about Hidden Meadow is that all of my bridesmaids and I were able to stay at the GORGEOUS Farmhouse on the venue site- so we got to wake up on my wedding day at the venue. Our groomsmen and family members were able to stay right around the corner at the Pepin Valley Cabins. There was truly nothing more convenient and fun than having our entire wedding party and family stay at our venue! It felt like a mini-destination wedding in the most beautiful Wisconsin location! Thanks to Hidden Meadow, and Angela, we had the most magical, fun, stress-free wedding day ever!

h, but I also adored the the Plan B ceremony spot (in case of rain), which would be beneath the pavilion with all those gorgeous chandeliers. Our wedding party also raved that it was so much fun to be able to walk to the farmhouse after the wedding reception, have a bonfire, and keep the fun times going. Having the Pepin Valley Cabins nearby was also so convenient and fun. In addition, Angela with Hidden Meadow is fabulous. She is SO organized (which I love), she's kind, and very helpful. I would choose this place a million times over.

The entire planning process was so smooth, even with the roller coaster of Covid changes, all thanks to Angela!! Our wedding was in September, this review is long overdue, but I truly cannot write enough good things about this place! The venue is stunning, the get ready rooms are also beautiful and have everything you could need, and the staff are attentive and excited to be celebrating you. The drink selection was amazing, the yard game options are great. Everything went so well, it was more than we ever dreamed of! It even rained out reception day, and I barely remember that because of how beautiful and smoothly ran everything was! Thank you Angela and the entire staff at Hidden Meadows!!

It was the only venue my husband and I toured and looking back, was it hands down the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Everything about it is dreamy with special touches everywhere you look -- the quaint but elegant groom and bridal cottages, the intimate ceremony area surrounded by stained glass windows and tall blooming grasses, the reception space dripping in chandeliers and lights...the list goes on. It is adaptable to your vision but picturesque in its natural state. I also cannot speak highly enough of Angela and her staff! From day one, everything was communicated and executed to perfection, especially through the ups and downs of wedding planning during a pandemic. I will forever be grateful.

You cannot beat the willow trees behind the altar and the pampas that enclose the area while still being so open to the surrounding beauty— the amazing barn doors are just the cherry on top. I could not speak highly enough of Angela the venue owner and coordinator. She was helpful at every turn and always returned emails promptly. We had considered hiring a day of coordinator, but found it to be unnecessary with the support from their day of staff. Additional bonus was the easels and tables available for use for our welcome sign, seating chart, guest book, gift table, etc. Being from Oregon and Florida, many of our guests had never been to WI before and were blown away by how breathtaking the venue and surrounding area were. one thousand stars!!! could not recommend highly enough!!! We also had Angela take pictures for our wedding and I love every single one of them. They turned out spectacular— I am so glad she was available to capture our day.

We had the most UNFORGETTABLE day and we would recommend 1000% to everyone we know!

They have so many other accommodations at the venue as well, the farmhouse is great for rehearsal and for the girls to stay at the night before and the cottages are so fun to get ready in. Angela was awesome with staying in contact with us and answering any questions we had and making sure everything was good to go and taken care of as well.
