eautiful architecture of the main building, and the awesome cocktail cottage (where we were able to play a slideshow of our favorite photos during cocktail hour!). All of the staff we interacted with over the course of our planning process were kind, responsive, and helpful. Everyone there made our weekend run so smoothly and ensured that we and all our guests were having a good time. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone starting their wedding planning journey!!

re beautiful with all the surrounding trees bursting with beautiful fall colors! The spacious and adorable cottage was the perfect place for the ladies to get ready for the big day, the ceremony was in a lovely grove of trees that provided the opportunity for all the guests to walk across the picturesque footbridge, the large patio and firepits allowed our guests to mingle in yet another beautiful setting during the cocktail hour, and the glass reception area was stunning as the sun went down and comfortably accommodated our 180 guests at 22 tables with plenty of room for an 8-piece band and dancing! Equally important, the staff was extremely professional and easy to work with, helping us plan for the day, recommending top-notch vendors, and, most importantly, executing the plan and countless details flawlessly on the big day! This venue played a huge part in ensuring that my daughter's wedding day was beautiful, fun, and memorable!

From the minute we met them up all the way to the day and night of the wedding, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgable. They were such a pleasure to work with and made us feel so comfortable and confident going into our wedding day. We can't say enough good things about this venue and it's staff!

had plenty of space for 20 people. And we had the ceremony by the cottage, which is on a stadium style hill, so everyone could easily see. And then we all walked down to cocktail hour in front of the larger reception area (but my wife and I were able to easily sneak off to the cottage for a few moments to decompress for a few moments before cocktail hour). We wanted a casual vibe, and hidden oaks were happy to give us some corn hole sets for cocktail hour. We didn’t use the distillery, but that was an option for us too. The main hall was great, very flexible area that can be set up in so many different ways. We had about 150 guests, and it felt like a perfect size. If we had fewer, we would’ve closed off a small area and that would’ve worked well too. One small issue, was that we were married at 4:30 PM mid June, and the ceremony site on the hill was almost entirely in the sun. Later in the year or the day, it would’ve been shaded, but it was quite hot for us. The team was also great to work with, Allison was easy to communicate with and helped us with some last-minute logistics. They even placed some new plants behind our ceremony site the day prior to the wedding making it even more beautiful. Definitely don’t plan on getting married again, but if I did, I would consider the hidden Oaks!

just magical. The guest cottage is the cutest thing and one of my bridesmaids said this is the most peaceful place and perfect place to host a yoga session on the lawn. The cows, the goats, the donkeys were all so cute and the perfect addition to this wonderful place. Allison is HANDS DOWN the BEST coordinator in the world! She made our day run sooo smoothly and even helped me with the most intricate bussle. She is so calming and so knowledgable and will put any worry you may have to rest. I cant thank her enough for everything she did, to all the communications with our vendors and myself, to our multiple viewings of the venue, setting up, the ease she provided during the rehearsel dinner and day of. she is incredible!!! If you are looking for the perfect place to get married, look no further, this is the one! 10/10 cannot recommend this place enough!!! P.S. more than half our guest said they wanted to get remarried that the hidden oaks and the rest said they wanted to renew their vows there! i promise you this place is what wedding dream are made of!

even been finished but after meeting Allison for our first tour we fell in love - we didn't look at any other venues, we knew this was where we were going to get married. You are given Day of Coordination with your contract, however, Valerie & Allison exceeded that expectation, allowing multiple tours when I was in town showing family members to answers my millions of emails because the stress of planning a wedding from states away was getting to me. Arriving on the rehearsal day I felt so much ease, knowing how closely to detail the staff pays attention and how they truly do anything and everything to make sure that you are taken care of is unmatched service. On the wedding day, everything went seamlessly (or at least in my eyes they did, who knows what went on the background lol). Even if there was things, Allison & Valerie fixed it without hesitation and without me finding out - which is a win in my world. Their team made sure that everything stayed on schedule and that my husband and I were taken care of at absolutely all times. I would recommend this staff and this venue 100000 times over again. My husband and I are just so lucky that we go the chance to get married at this beautiful venue with the best staff. 11/11/23 was the best day of my life and there absolutely no way that would have happened without The Hidden Oaks and their team.
