The Island was beautiful and clean for our weekend wedding. We rented the whole place for the weekend and though we had a full island it was spacious enough and didn't feel overcrowded. Our island staff/coordinator for the weekend was Mary, and we could not have done it without her. She was so positive and helpful, and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back for an anniversary in a few years to make time to enjoy everything the island has to offer! Thank you!

The island is beautiful and was a beautiful place for my husband and I’d wedding! Nicole was incredibly helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. Mary, the island care taker, was amazing and super accommodating and kind! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this as a wedding venue!

Nicole was one of the greatest blessings brought to us. She was always there to answer any questions that we had while planning our wedding at the Xanadu, and she made us feel at home. The Xanadu was absolutely gorgeous and I love that the lodging allowed our loved ones to be close to us. We booked the resort for the full week. This allowed us to relax after the wedding and provided a space for our families to get to know each other. We all swam in the water, had family dinners at the dining table in the main house, and had daily bonfires. We had our wedding outside and then held the reception in the barn. All of our guests were blown away by the beauty of the Xanadu. I would 100% reccomend this venue to any newlyweds who are looking. It is a great cost, very accommodating, absolutely romantic, and a great venue to make memories at.

Beautiful Venue! We spent a week in early September, and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely historic lodge, which has been carefully updated so that the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are comfortable and convenient, while keeping the charm of the original building. We used the Barn for a rehearsal dinner and Sunday morning brunch (before and after the wedding) and it was just the right atmosphere for our group of 60 (the max # for the space). Nicole and Molly were great to work with. I hope we can come back someday!
