We booked The Highland Dallas' Opus Room for my step-daughter Lauren's reception. Ann Cuellar was a delight to work with - so helpful and knowledgeable!! The entire staff was fantastic and friendly! Special thanks to Michael (the bellhop) who got put through the ringer transporting our stuff around. Edgar helped us so much with set up the morning of the wedding and Tino the event bartender made sure this step-mother of the bride was always first of the line and never thirsty! The hotel is beautiful, the food is fabulous, and ever single staff member made this an over-the-top and memorable occasion for our girl and new son! Highest recommendations!

I absolutely loved working with the staff at the Highland Dallas! I am a florist and planner in Austin, and I cannot stress the importance of having a first class team of professionals assist you in planning your big day. Working with Sandy and the entire team made this destination wedding a breeze for me and my team, and especially for my fabulous bride. We couldn't have been more pleased--from the great communication leading up to the big day, to the professionalism and efficiency of hosting the wedding, it was such a fabulous experience. The ambiance is awesome-ultra chic and modern, but with a vintage twist. The food was also stellar, and the hospitality was top notch. I highly recommend this venue to any bride!

ely, and kind! The food was probably the best food I've ever had at a wedding, and we had so many guests comment the same. The venue is gorgeous and the guests that stayed the night there were inpressed with the facilities and staff. We also ended up getting the cale through the hotel and it was beautiful and also super yummy. Sandy was amazing the through the whole process and helped us find eays to fit our budget and still look elegant. Highly recommend the Highlands as a wedding venue :)

The highland was a great place to stay for our wedding. They helped us find vendors that fell out at the last minute and jumped anytime we mentioned anything.

The group reservation people were very nice, however, every time my guests attempted to make reservations they were told they could not for various reasons. The front staff needs ...

more training. Also, when we walked in after our wedding (in suit and full wedding dress) no one said a word to us; they did however stare at us blankly.
