The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors.
Facilities and Capacity
Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 110 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space with a tent (booked with our terrace wedding package) can host roughly 200 guests.
Services Offered
We offer endless services including: onsite manager throughout your entire wedding weekend, bridal suite access before the event, the carriage house and carriage house lounge for the bridal or grooms party to get ready, catering and bar service, onsite accommodations for up to 20, and outstanding customer service.

e a food vendor they go through to make the catering experience smooth. We were able to stay the entire weekend on the estate with our entire bridal party which was very convenient. The price for the venue, the stay and the food/bar was very fair and affordable especially compared to other venues we looked at. The estate itself is beautiful and you even have the choice of 2 different ceremony locations and vibes. Kate is also available for you the day of your wedding and was the biggest help. We had the smoothest and best experience with The Hillcrest Estate.

hey said that I would love it so I booked The Hillcrest Estate for my rehearsal dinner and ceremony site unseen and it was probably the best thing I ever did! The venue coordinator was wonderful and worked with me every step of the way. She made our rehearsal and dinner run smoothly and my ceremony was out of a story book. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! I have to say I would not change a single thing about my entire wedding weekend.
