The Waterfall Ballroom, with a maximum capacity of up to 150 guests, affords panoramic views of the surrounding fairways, with a focus on the legendary Jack Nicklaus waterfall hole no. 7. These cascading waterfall views are unmatched. The room also comes equipped with a dance floor. The neutral white theme accommodates a variety of color schemes and décor. The Ballroom at Flintrock Falls, which overlooks the Flintrock Falls golf course and Texas Hill Country, has a maximum capacity of up to 200 guests. This wedding site features an outdoor fireplace, views of the course, and unparalleled views of the sunset for evening celebrations. My wife and I got married at the Hills, the Flintrock Falls Ballroom, on 10/12/2019. It was magical. Parker is a dream to work with. I had absolutely no worries on my wedding day. We also worked with Sarah the day of, who is a pure joy, and doesn’t stress about anything, she just gets stuff done. It’s such a beautiful venue. We highly recommend!

Ann was the best wedding coordinator - professional, detail oriented, and thoughtful!! I loved the staff and the professionalism and beautiful course for our wedding. THe ballroom was so breathtaking. Highly recommend Hills Country Club to everyone!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Flintrock Falls Clubhouse, part of the Hills of Lakeway. Ann and the staff did an outstanding job from planning until the send off the night of the wedding . The package they offered make it easy to have the vendors set up and not be searching and searching. We were able to tailor the package to our tastes and the wedding came out exactly how I had imagined it. The food was wonderful - it was fresh and was not at all the dreaded "wedding food". The staff was friendly and easy to work with.... and no one had to stand in line for a drink a the bar. I couldnt' have asked for a better place to have our wedding! I would recommend it to anyone for any event!

Despite a few hiccups along the way, the day went perfectly! They handled every change and issue with grace and made sure I was always happy with what was going on. It was a great day and I wouldn't have changed a thing! And a huge bonus: the food was FANTASTIC!

Although a little unresponsive at times, Amber ended up pulling through and the wedding and reception were beautiful and everything came together. My wedding day was the best day of my life. The venue at Flintrock Falls was beautiful and we got lots of compliments from the guest on how beautiful it was.

We had a beautiful wedding at The Hills. The weather was a little chilly so we had to move the ceremony inside. Everything flowed smoothly and Amber took care of all the guests beautifully.

Not only we have an outstanding location (Flintrock Falls Clubhouse) but the service, the attention to details, the professionalism that the Event Coordinator Amber Inberg showed us, made our day, better than we planned! The price was right (we took the all inclusive package), the staff is not only prepared and used to doing events like this, but also FUN! And they were able to accommodate last minute special circumstances with us. I would highly recommend it!
