You can’t go wrong with The Historic Wakefield Barn. It’s an 11/10 venue. First off it’s stunning! You don’t have to do too much to it because it’s perfect the way it is. Everyone who works there is wonderful as well, Adrianna and Brent were so wonderful to work with throughout the process. They do a full flip here if that’s important to you as well! It’s magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and better employees to help make our wedding a reality.
The Wakefield Historical Barn was the most beautiful and perfect venue we could have imagined for our wedding day. The views were absolutely stunning and created such a magical atmosphere for both us and our guests.
Our wedding planner, Dana Clayton, truly went above and beyond for every single request. Her attention to detail, care, and dedication made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The staff was amazing from start to finish — especially Brent, who helped make everything run so smoothly.
One of the most special parts of our experience was getting to stay on the grounds in the new suite above the bridal house. It was absolutely beautiful and made the entire weekend feel even more memorable and relaxing.
We are so grateful for this venue and team and would highly recommend The Wakefield Historical Barn to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.

The Historic Wakefield Barn welcomes couples to celebrate their much-anticipated celebration surrounded by family, friends, and nature. The 14-acre venue space is a place where nature and love come together beautifully. With expansive green fields surrounded by towering trees, this destination provides a serene setting for couples on their big day. They get the chance to relax and celebrate their love while embracing the countryside charm found at the barn.
This location is ideal for hosting an opulent wedding celebration. The Historic Wakefield Barn welcomes many loved ones for a couple’s big day, accommodating 250 seated guests and 325 standing. This charming barn venue contains a grand wooden dining hall with natural lighting, decorated beautifully with detailed table settings. It has both indoor and outdoor event spaces, including an outdoor patio for ceremonies and a cocktail floor in the Main Barn. The property also includes a groom’s suite in the Main Barn and a separate bridal suite beside it.
