Absolutely LOVE The Weatherford Hotel in downtown Flagstaff! It is a beautiful building, and the Zane Grey Ballroom was perfect for the wedding ceremony and reception. The staff were friendly, but weren't all on the same page (the bartenders), ...
with what was supposed to go on, with our bar limitation and paying the tab and such, so that was a hiccup. Other than that, it is an amazing venue to have a wedding at. Klaudia, the wedding coordinator, wasn't around for our big day, but she helped me get through all the planning and set up. The sweetest and most understanding woman that knows her stuff, and she helps whenever I called panicking! So, she is a good one!
Our wedding reception at the weatherford was a blast! The food was amazing and the staff was very helpful every step of the way. We chose our own decor and music, creating an experience just like we dreamed of! I would definitely recommend this...

The night of the event the event coordinator and hotel GM were everywhere we needed to be, and so many places taking care of things we didn't think of. From keeping our special guests stocked up on their favorite beer to making sure my groom and I had food in hand and didn't forget to eat, they were on top of everything we needed them to be.

Finding a spot for the rehearsal dinner in Flagstaff was a bit of a challenge (few restaurants will reserve space for big parties) but the Weatherford was great! It's in downtown Flagstaff, so you really get a feel for the city. My other conc...
ern was having a "banquet" type meal two nights in a row, but The Weatherford allowed us to offer 3 choices from their restaurant menu which allowed us to offer Southwestern cuisine. The food by the way as delicious. If you ever stop by for a meal, try the posole! The setting was great, our room was private, but downstairs and upstairs are bars, so there was a lively atmosphere around us, and kept the dinner from feeling too stuffy! Our dining room also had a couple of couches, which was great for the kids in the wedding party.
