and my dog, meals were better than most hotels, great outdoor spaces for your pet to walk, and they even let me borrow a dog bowl when I forgot mine. They were extremely accommodating when it came to eating meals. I like having my dog close by so I sat in the lobby area and they just brought everything to me. Absolutely coming back to stay and explore more of the area!

me booked while I was on the road. Sarah and Sayre are an amazing team along with the rest of the staff. They were super accommodating when I needed to fetch my ice packs from their freezer. I go back occasionally to say hi and lap around Kodiak lake. The thanksgiving dinner was delicious! This isn’t like any other Hilton stay, lots of good local vibes and people with gorgeous scenery.

The breakfast was consistently delicious, and Tish, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The check-in process was seamless and informative, thanks to Jolie, who greeted us warmly. She was professional, helpful, and provided excellent restaurant recommendations for our dinners outside the hotel. When my husband experienced altitude sickness, Jolie’s care and advice were invaluable, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. The hotel’s amenities and design exceeded our expectations. The lobby was welcoming, with a warm, inviting fireplace that created the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy some downtime. I especially appreciated the spacious area near the fire where I could read peacefully. The luggage carts were thoughtfully designed, making it easy to transport all our belongings in one trip. Our suite was comfortable and well-appointed, with breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and the frozen lake. The walking trail around the lake was a highlight for us, offering a serene morning activity after breakfast. The bathroom was equipped with hot water and spa-quality toiletries mounted on the wall, adding a touch of convenience and luxury. The hotel also offers daily happy hour from 4 PM to 6 PM, a well-equipped fitness center, and free parking—details that made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality, particularly Tish and Jolie, who truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend the Hoffman Basalt Aspen Hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

ing walk around the beautiful lake right behind the property—such a peaceful spot. We did encounter an issue with the shower when we arrived, as the showerhead needed to be replaced. However, the front desk staff, Sheri and Ryan, were extremely helpful and considerate, getting the problem resolved quickly. Their professionalism really stood out! The on-site restaurant was also fantastic. The food was not only delicious, but the portion sizes were generous as well—definitely a pleasant surprise! I do have a couple of minor suggestions that could enhance the guest experience. It would be great to have soft-close doors to avoid the noise of other guests entering and exiting their rooms. Additionally, reserving a few parking spots for Hilton Diamond members would be a nice perk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning. Thanks to the staff for making it a pleasant weekend!
