On November 3rd and 4th, Our company hosted a training for it’s employees and I was tasked with finding a location for the event. There were a few possibilities in the area. We all...

wanted to utilize the Conference room at the beautiful new Black Oak Resort Hotel. We had some pretty specific needs for the set-up and specific catering request. We were assured that this would not be a problem for them to handle. On the first day of training, we walked in and were blown away by awesome the Hotel and Conference room looked. The set-up was even better than we had originally planned for. The catering was perfect and delicious. But the best part of this incredible experience was the employees. They were so kind to us and attentive to our needs. The made sure we had everything we needed and more.. Their smiling faces and friendly demeanor made the experience wonderful. We are planning another event for next year and there is no question that we will be returning to the Hotel. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a Conference room for an event. I would give them a 5 out 5 across the board. Thank you for a great experience.
