Genuinely one of the better hotel stays I've had recently. All staff was very kind and helpful. The room was well furnished and very clean. The bathroom has a door! The TV has a sleep button that works! The room was actually set to a comfortabl...

HOWEVER, we did have a large party reservation at the Iris Cafe. Service was spotty: we had to ask for some food and drinks multiple times, one item was ordered but never arrived and we had to take it off the bill, and one person's food didn't arrive until everyone else was done eating.
Honestly I had a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel itself and the rooftop bar were amazing. I'd just recommend anywhere else for dinner.
