My fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity East Central Province, had our regional conference here this past weekend.
I just want to say the hotel is very nice and clean.
I want to give MVP honors to Kaela (I hope I'm spelling her name right b...
ut she works the front desk) and Johnnie "On the Spot" (he also works the front desk also and I hope I am spelling his name right too! As you all can see, spelling isn't my specialty lol). They made sure to be there for me anytime I needed assistance and even double checked with me to make sure my needs were met. Great customer service and very welcoming.
Shout out to the valet crew who did great with parking my car and being reasonable. It doesn't get better than that especially with how some valet crews (or individuals) can be when it comes to their customer service and most importantly...their attitude!
I would stay here again. Although it is in the heart of the University of Cincinnati campus, I didn't have any issues with students while walking around the campus. Some of them were helpful in helping me get around to some of the buildings on campus.
