he small details and with putting the guest experience first, which made coordinating the day effortless. Her team arrived on time, set up completely on their own, and worked seamlessly alongside our staff. They also didn’t stay behind the bar. They jumped in on guest requests and helped when they saw it was needed, without being asked, which kept the whole evening running smoothly, to perfection!
Her staff were warm and genuinely hospitable, service never slowed down, and the drinks were delicious. Our couple and their guests were thrilled. At the end of the night they broke down efficiently and left the space even better than they found it.
We’d happily welcome HV Stirup back and highly recommend them to any couple planning a wedding with us or anywhere in the Hudson Valley.

I appreciate the fact that she helped me to order the appropriate drinks, based on her experience, gave me things to consider (because we often don’t know what we don’t know) and was wonderfully interactive with our guests. Highly recommended!
