Hummingbird Hall is a historic wedding venue located in the adorable town of Corbett, OR, in the Columbia River Gorge just outside Portland. We offer couples a warm, welcoming space to celebrate their day at an unhurried pace. Set inside a thoughtfully restored 1914 chapel, the Hall blends vintage character with natural light and a relaxed and timeless feel.
We specialize in full-day wedding rentals, giving couples the freedom to bring in their own vendors, personalize the space, and enjoy their celebration without feeling rushed. With both indoor and outdoor areas available, Hummingbird Hall works beautifully for ceremonies and receptions that feel intimate, meaningful, and true to the couple hosting them. As a bonus, tables and chairs are included with all rentals!
Hummingbird Hall is best suited for couples who value simplicity, flexibility, and great value over luxury add-ons or rigid rules. Our space serves as a beautiful blank canvas — charming on its own, yet easy to make your own. We welcome celebrations of all kinds and are proud to be an inclusive, affirming venue for all couples.

Hi, I’m Diana — the owner of Hummingbird Hall. I fell in love with this historic chapel the moment I walked through the big double doors because of how warm, welcoming, and full of character it was. I could instantly see it as the setting for so many happy events and memories, and my goal is to keep it feeling that way for every couple who celebrates here.
I’m a big believer that weddings don’t need to be overcomplicated to be meaningful. I love offering couples a full day, a beautiful blank canvas, and the freedom to bring in the vendors they love and make the space their own. I’m very hands-on about caring for the Hall (you'll often find me there with a paintbrush or mop), and I genuinely enjoy keeping it feeling calm, comfortable, and ready for a great day.
What matters most to me is that couples feel at ease here — relaxed, supported, and excited to celebrate. When the space feels like them, I know I’ve done my job.

I couldn't recommend The Hummingbird Hall any more than I do. It was the perfect space to have an intimate wedding without it feeling like a big empty room. We had our ceremony outside, our meal in the downstairs area, and dancing in the chapel...
upstairs. The hall has old church charm without feeling religious, which was helpful for everyone in our family to feel comfortable and welcome, while keeping the traditional wedding feel. It was so easy to work with the venue, and they were quick to help us with every request we had. Since we were able to do everything in one place, it helped cut the cost of Traveling and Coordinating. If you are planning a wedding, I strongly suggest this venue!

From start to finish, the owners make everything so easy. Planning, coordinating, setup, and teardown were all stress free because they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible - even giving me extra time to set up and take things down so I could actually enjoy my events without feeling rushed or worried.
The space itself is beautiful and always ready to go. I especially love the full kitchen and the backyard area - it’s perfect for kids to safely run and play or for adults to relax and enjoy themselves.
Pricing is fair, the venue is thoughtfully designed and the care the owners put into what they do truly shows. This is one of those rare places that gives you a beautiful space and peace of mind - allowing you to focus on celebrating life’s most important moments with the people you love.
I cannot recommend The Hummingbird Hall enough.

She was truly incredible to work with—taking the time to understand our vision, offering thoughtful suggestions, and going above and beyond to help bring everything to life.
The venue itself is absolutely darling. The upstairs features a gorgeous open floor plan with high ceilings that create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Downstairs, there’s a convenient kitchenette, additional open space, and two well-kept restrooms, making it ideal for hosting guests comfortably.
Our event was a big success, thanks to Diana and Hummingbird Hall. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a family gathering, or any special occasion, this venue is the perfect choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough! Five stars all the way!

My daughter had a beautiful wedding there! I could not be happy with the contact of the staff! By far totally worth the money! It’s a beautiful venue small but stunning, I was able to add decorations to it and make it mine! We are forever grate...

The Hummingbird Hall is an absolute gem! We have been doing a Christmas Carol event there for the last three years and it is always a sweet evening with warmth and beauty. The old church is so cute and the owner is so good making events special...
and ensuring everything is in place and set up for success. I absolutely love the front entryway—when I walk in, it feels epic, kind of like I’m walking into an important and sacred space. Every year I love seeing how it can transform from a beautiful wooden church with gorgeous windows to a twinkling wonderland where we can keep the Christmas tradition of singing old carols with the community.
