I highly recommend Jackie and Michelle, they are great to work with and made my wedding day stress-free.
Jackie and Michelle were THE most amazing coordinators! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a planner, and it was honestly the best money we spent! These ladies went ab...
ove and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from rehearsal to the end of the wedding night. There is not one detail I fretted about, nor any items I had to pack away at the end of the night. Jackie and Michelle took care of everything - things that I didn't even realize could come up on the day of (like not knowing how to tie up my bustle!).
Without hesitation, I recommend highly the services of The Ideal Day Planners.
Jackie was THE best vendor we had at our wedding. Jackie was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and extremely calm in the face of pressure. From the beginning, Jackie was so val...
uable in providing us a list of recommended vendors that fit our budget, and was always responsive to any questions we had. We live in New York but were planning our wedding in Miami, which could easily be stressful. With Jackie’s help, it turned out to be a lovely experience that worked seamlessly well. On the day of the wedding, Jackie handled everything and we were able to enjoy ourselves. No matter what setback we had (problems with the microphone, problems with the florist), Jackie handled them calmly and with aplomb. I was never stressed. She was kind and friendly with my family and made sure everything ran to schedule. If only Jackie could be my life planner as well! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone—and, in fact, I have! My cousin will be working with Jackie for her upcoming wedding. Thank you, Ideal Day Planners! You made our wedding perfect!
Michelle Haayen is absolutely Amazing! I was 100% worry free at my wedding and even the days leading to my wedding! I had all my vendors, but I hired her to help me a month before ...
the wedding and the day of the wedding. Such a gracious young lady she is and she is very responsive when it comes to e-mails, texts and phone calls! I would recommend her to anyone at any time! She is a must Hire! Thank you Michelle for everything you did for us and making our wedding a success!
Jackie was our planner for the day of our wedding and I cannot say enough good things about her. I did also have the pleasure of speaking with Michelle who was very friendly and m...
ade me feel very confident about hiring them. My only regret was that I was not able to hire her to do every little thing for me. She really knows what she is doing and really took charge of all our vendors and made things happen. We had a crisis the day of the wedding (as most people tend to) and she was a superstar in handling everything. I cannot say enough good things about her. Worth every penny! Don't make the mistake of not having them there all night, the end of the wedding is insane and we had to handle everything on our own because the waitstaff, etc. was all over the place. I wish I had had Jackie there for it, that is my own fault! Thank you again!!!!
I completely recommend hiring a wedding planner. If you are like my daughter and me, we wanted to do most of everything ourselves, but quickly realized that either the month of, we...
ek of, or day of, we wanted someone else to take charge so that we could truly enjoy the moment. The Ideal Day Planners took over for me the "week of". They immediately were in communication with all our vendors, introducing themselves to facilitate the coordination of the event, always copying me so that I knew that they were "on top of it". They took care of anything that came our way, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I had told them all the little details that were important to me and they were conscious making it a reality. The day of the wedding, I never saw them flustered, they always had a smile on their face, etc. and never appeared to be overwhelmed. During the wedding, they didn't stop for a minute, and several times, came over to me to ask if all was ok, and if I needed anything. They work nicely together and I highly recommend them:)
