Located in downtown Lancaster, PA, The Imperial Ballrooms is the newest venue and hotel in the area! We opened in 2019 and actually only held four weddings before everything shut down. So we do have 2021 dates available and would love to give you a tour (either in person or virtual) of our newly renovated venue where we are committed to providing you with a day to remember! Treat yourself and your wedding guests to Lancaster’s newest wedding venue - where we feature black and white chiavari chairs in the Imperial Blue Ballroom and ivory and gold King Louie chairs in our Imperial Grand Ballroom and our Outdoor Terrace should be completed by the middle of next year! We often customize packages to work within your budget and have some great offers running thru the end of the year! Located inside the Holiday Inn Downtown Lancaster, a completely renovated 216 room boutique-style hotel in the heart of vibrant arts, culture, history and shopping district. h ceilings are dramatic and exquisite. The built in dance floor and bar make the room feel glamorous, and the chairs are something no other venue in Lancaster, PA has. I had my dream wedding and it was so beyond perfect!!! The staff at The Imperial Ballrooms went above and beyond to make our day so incredible. From the very beginning to the very end, we knew we were in great hands. They were helpful, informative, kind, and professional. All of our guests commented on how lovely and professional the staff were which made us so happy! Since most of our guests were from out of town we took out a room block with the Holiday Inn Lancaster and we were so happy with the hotel as well! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the lobby was welcoming, and the breakfast was incredible! A special shout out to: Francisco for the incredible service. From the moment we met you to the very end we felt valued! Badonna for the amazing planning. We are so thankful for you stepping in last minute to help us plan the perfect day. Ray for literally being the best human ever. You anticipated every possible need we had and took complete care of us on our wedding day!!!
