My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our daytime reception at this lovely venue in August 2023. Our celebration was attended by 75 of our closest friends and family. From s...
tart to finish, The Inn provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. We were fortunate enough to make use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. A huge shoutout to Larissa, who was our main point of contact throughout the planning process. She listened to our ideas and concerns and executed everything flawlessly, leaving us stress-free and able to fully enjoy our special day!
The inn was an incredible venue ! So charming, so many photo ops, Larissa the events coordinator was absolutely amazing to work with, answering any and all questions..and I had man...
y. Every detail I requested was met,
Our guests loved their rooms and couldn’t stop commenting on the beauty of the old time charm. Make this your venue if you want to be absolutely certain your wedding is perfect ❤️
We worked with Larissa on securing a room block and a welcome reception at The Inn, plus extended hours for the bar so that our after party on both Friday and Saturday could be hos...
ted there. The Inn was a really great spot to have the central hub of our wedding and where we wanted as many people to stay as possible. It was a little challenging in our situation, as our wedding weekend was the same as the regatta so most hotels weren't doing hotel blocks and we had to commit to host something there (the welcome reception Friday night) in order to get one, but it was worth it to have everyone within walking distance and Larissa was awesome in the lead up and throughout the weekend.
The Inn at Saratoga is a much smaller venue than many of the larger hotels and museums in the area, but that's part of what makes it the best. It's a gorgeous setting, ready for b...
oth sunshine and rain, and staffed by some of the nicest, most competent people I've ever met in event planning. Martha, their coordinator, is fabulous and will bend over backwards to make your day both special and unique. The food was fabulous and the staff really worked hard to ensure our wishes were met. We were able to do everything at the Inn - from getting ready in the suite (getting our hair done, makeup, etc.) to photos to the ceremony, dinner, and reception. Plus, all of our guests were able to stay at a reduced rate and experience some fun in Saratoga!
Specifically, we wanted to make our wedding very locally-based. We used the Bread Basket for our cake, and had Martha bring in Saratoga Peanutbutter for our cocktail hour treat. We also got wine from the Saratoga Winery and Martha was kind enough to order all of the local beers that we requested at no additional cost.
The Inn also provided valet parking since their lot is a bit small. This was actually perfect in case of rain since it meant none of our guests would ever get wet walking in or out.
Finally, one of the best decisions we made was to also book a suite for us in the Brownell Cottage. It's a separate building from the Inn, but once the wedding was over, to be able to go to our own private retreat - with a steam shower, jacuzzi, and fireplace - wowie! That was perfect.
I can't say enough about the service, quality, and affordability of the Inn at Saratoga. If you haven't checked it out for your wedding, you definitely should!
I had such a great experience here, and would certainly recommend this place to anyone for their wedding venue. The sales woman is so wonderful to work with, and the value is exce...
