e us feel so special and accommodated. I’ve honestly never seen the level of customer service that I experienced here with them. From all the meetings and ideas he had for us as well as the included custom room service breakfast, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The outside areas were so beautiful and felt like you were in the middle of the forest, while only being about 20 minutes from Redding.
We also had the best team of vendors who worked together seamlessly to create the most perfect wedding, including the BEST BBQ and sides from The Grillbillies catering. Their food was definitely a hit with everyone and they were so accommodating too. Also I couldn’t have done any of this without the help and hard work of my Wedding Coordinator Michaela Herring!! She did everything so that I didn’t have do anything except enjoy my day. And all of this was perfectly captured by Wedding Photographer Jessica Price who does amazing work as well!!

The prices were the most reasonable in the entire area - whether it was for wedding ceremony venue, or the reception set up, or the lodging for our group or the alcohol. Icing on the cake was that - complimentary room service breakfast was included during our stay for all our guests! We were so delightfully pleased with how the team took care of us and always had a positive attitude to find solutions for us. They made clear that smoking is Not allowed due to fire danger and other than that we just felt everything was happening in a beautiful flow for the happiest day of our lives!

They worked closely with our caterer, DJ etc. to provide the access was needed to make sure that our event went off without a hitch.
We booked their entire Inn for our event and their pricing was simply the best for us for our wedding compared to many other places.
They care a lot about making it a truly memorable event of our lives!
The venue is very charming in the forest with a lot of trees all around which we simply adored! Their common area/ open deck facing the forest, was made available for our reception. They provided a full bar for limited hours at a reasonable rate.
The rooms are all well furnished/ appointed with a feel of luxury living. Our guests loved the room service breakfast and still tell us of what an amazing personal touch it is!

We contacted The Inn At Shasta Lake around 3 months before our wedding. We were a bit skeptical as its a smaller place and there were no reviews of the place on theknot etc. Their ...
reviews on google and other websites were amazing! The level of service/ engagement and customer care took us by surprise.
Max emailed and then called us to tour the place in a virtual video call. We liked the venue and decided to come for an in person visit. He showed us all the facilities and the area where our wedding will be held. We absolutely fell in love with the forest setting.
They were very flexible about working with our caterer/ DJ and decoration person. We though we will use them for the day's events. When we saw the beautifully appointed rooms and how updated they were we immediately decided to host our guests there.
Since we were doing the wedding and hosting our guests in their rooms they worked out a very good deal for us financially. Our guests loved the venue.
There is a rail road track near by and the I-5. However their noise did not bother us at all. We actually enjoyed the noise of a training passing by every now and then.
Max and team went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and make our wedding a memorable one.
