The moment I contacted The Inn At Shasta Lake - I felt I had come to the right place for my wedding. They were very warm, welcoming and professional in their communication, very flexible to work with, since we were doing a small and special wedding! They give excellent service and took care of our special event helping us with every small detail. They worked closely with our caterer, DJ etc. to provide the access was needed to make sure that our event went off without a hitch. We booked their entire Inn for our event and their pricing was simply the best for us for our wedding compared to many other places. They care a lot about making it a truly memorable event of our lives! The venue is very charming in the forest with a lot of trees all around which we simply adored! Their common area/ open deck facing the forest, was made available for our reception. They provided a full bar for limited hours at a reasonable rate. The rooms are all well furnished/ appointed with a feel of luxury living. Our guests loved the room service breakfast and still tell us of what an amazing personal touch it is! We are glad that we chose this venue and their excellent personalized service for our wedding! Cheers, Brenda and John

We contacted The Inn At Shasta Lake around 3 months before our wedding. We were a bit skeptical as its a smaller place and there were no reviews of the place on theknot etc. Their reviews on google and other websites were amazing! The level of service/ engagement and customer care took us by surprise. Max emailed and then called us to tour the place in a virtual video call. We liked the venue and decided to come for an in person visit. He showed us all the facilities and the area where our wedding will be held. We absolutely fell in love with the forest setting. They were very flexible about working with our caterer/ DJ and decoration person. We though we will use them for the day's events. When we saw the beautifully appointed rooms and how updated they were we immediately decided to host our guests there. Since we were doing the wedding and hosting our guests in their rooms they worked out a very good deal for us financially. Our guests loved the venue. There is a rail road track near by and the I-5. However their noise did not bother us at all. We actually enjoyed the noise of a training passing by every now and then. Max and team went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and make our wedding a memorable one. Cheers, Megan
