Amazing!!!! My husband and I had our microwedding at the Inn on Broadway and they exceeded our expectations. Mary and her team were responsive, professional and kind. The building is breath taking, as they have preserved and maintained over 200...
years of historical old money charm. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a feast of numerous dishes and all of them were superb. We had 3 rooms all of which were unique in design and beautiful. I highly recommend booking an event here. It is truly a one of kind location with great staff and service.

We recently hosted a family wedding at The Inn on Broadway and we could not be more pleased! The ballroom is truly beautiful and the food was delicious. We were particularly happy with the staff, they were all so attentive and took such good ca...
re of our group. Special thank you to Mary, the Event Director, who was a pleasure to work with. Our motto for the weeks leading up to the wedding was “In Mary We Trust,” as she helped us through all the logistics and planning details. Great experience!

We stayed in the king suite on the third floor. Had one of the best sleep of my life. Loved the room decor, and walkable location to nearby restaurants. We had no car issues while staying here but the area does appear a bit sketch. If you have ...
a nice car, I do not recommend leaving in the open lot.

We had a business meeting in town on our anniversary so we decided to look for a romantic room with a jacuzzi tub so we could relax in the evening.
After reading the reviews for the Onn on Broadway, we decided to give it a chance since they we...
re very mixed reviews. We're so glad we gave it a chance because it was so much better than we ever expected!
The Inn is charming, historic, and fantastically remodeled. We were very impressed, right down to every outlet in the room having a USB port along with the regulations plugs. We stayed in room 301. The jacuzzi was clean and modern, the fireplace was a wonderful bonus and they already had it going upon our arrival.
We will definitely stay there again when we're in the Rochester area! Next time we would love to try the restaurant as well. The pictures of the food look incredible!

This hotel has a timeless charm! Truly beautiful. As I stepped into my room, I felt like I was throw back into the early 1900s, it has such a classical feel! Location is great, right in downtown, walking distance to park ave etc. I was a little...
upset before I checked out on the last day because there was no running water but Evie was quick to fix the problem! I will stay here against next time I come to Rochester. Cheers!

I have to say the Inn on Broadway was an excellent stay. I booked the King Luxury room/suite I did not use the jacuzzi whirlpool features just used it as a soaking tub and that was relaxing. The rooms were indulgent without feeling like a museu...
m or a minimalist nightmare; Spacious and well thought out.
The service from staff was excellent and conscientious. The comfortability of the bed was top tier.
The only drawback for me was the food. Room service is ordered through Gio’s Prime 26 steakhouse - I have hear great things unfortunate my experience was less than stellar. My food had an awful smell that was reminiscent of fish - I don’t eat fish or seafood and that was off putting. I tasted everything I ordered. Of the Kansas Strip mashed potatoes house salad risotto and augratin potatoes and French onion soup the best thing by far was the bread.
I don’t mind spending money on good food, however dropping $200 and eating nothing was not a win in my book. There are significantly better options for 1/3 of the price close by.
Review of the presentation of the food it was done nicely everything looked good.
The onion soup was very sweet and I prefer it to be savory not sweet. The crouton lacked the substance I expect with baked onion soup.
My steak was dry but cooked to temp

Staff is very polite but can't answer why there's no heat in the rooms or confirm if there will be hot water (there will be in 12 minute of running the water).

uest room cleaning, so the room wasn't cleaned and water not replenished.
There's historic and then there's tired. This unfortunately is both. With some TLC this place would be charming, but need to get the basics.

We stayed one night at The Inn on Broadway in late May while on a week long trip and what should have been an easy overnight stay turned into our worst nightmare.
Our car was stolen right out of the hotel’s parking lot. The person who stole ou...
r car took my handicap placard and my wheelchair, which I rely on daily. Losing those items impacted the rest of our trip and has severely impacted my life over the past few weeks.
What made everything worse was the hotel staff’s complete apathy. When we went inside to explain what happened, expecting empathy and assistance, the front desk showed zero concern. No urgency, no empathy, no effort to help. Their dismissive attitude was shocking — especially considering the seriousness of the situation.
When filing the police report, the police shared this happens frequently around this hotel. The hotel clearly knows this is a recurring issue, yet they acted like it wasn’t their problem and lack security.
I’m sharing this so other travelers — especially those with disabilities — can make an informed decision. What happened to us was terrible, and the hotel’s lack of responsibility or compassion made it even worse.

This hotel has mice. When I told the front desk, they said it was normal and that they've seen mice before too in the wintertime. They did not even offer a refund and only tried to get me a different room after I asked. They did offer dessert a...

We stayed in one of the "luxury" suites, but it was an absolute joke of a place. Both the restaurant and bar were closed during my stay due to a rodent infestation. There was no hot water for the shower or the jacuzzi tub in the room. The firep...
lace wasn't working and the front desk refused to assist. Management wouldn't respond to complaints. Save your money and stay somewhere with class.
