. We got married at The Nazareth College Chapel and then did a small intimate dinner at The Inn on Broadway. From the very beginning, Hannah and Abbye were very attentive and helpful with all of the booking information. They were quick with their responses and could accommodate all of our needs. We booked the ballroom from 5-10. Even though we only had 20 guests-I am so happy we did-it allowed everyone to really spread out and feel comfortable not being on top of one another. We had 4 different Menu options with different bar options as well. The room is PERFECT without adding any decor but we did add some for the table and some of the high tops but its definitely not needed-the room speaks for itself!! STUNNING Every single course of the dinner was perfect. Not one person had a bad thing to say about their meal. The real reason for my 5 stars was the service. I can not begin to explain how great every single person we encountered was. From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and fun. Even the valet boys were so friendly and accommodating when taking pictures around their set up and out in front of the building. Chris-one of our main servers/bartenders went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Every single person who was at the dinner has complimented him and the rest of the service/servers. I literally dont have words about how great they all were. After dinner we opened up the bar and invited 40 of our closest friends for a 2 hour open bar and dessert bar. I have gotten multiple texts after the event RAVING about the dessert but again the service was the show stopper-especially Chris. If you are looking for an elegant wedding venue this is your spot. It truly checked off ALL of the boxes. Great venue/decor, AMAZING food/dessert, IMPECCABLE service

Abbye and her assistant did an amazing job putting everything together and making sure the day went perfectly. It was the most perfect, romantic day and we wish we could do it all over again! Highly recommend this venue.

Our parents were skeptical after getting cancelled on, but the second they walked into the Inn on Broadway they were calm as cucumbers. We are so grateful for the Inn on Broadway for making all of our dreams come true. And I know it's tacky, but we did have the most beautiful day and I would not have changed it for a second.

I searched endlessly all over Rochester for potential venues, and I have to say that there are not many places that offer the charm, elegance, and value that the Inn offers. If you are considering the Inn for your wedding, you have no need to look any further. Alyssa, and her sister Jessica, along with the whole staff were amazing to work with, and I had no trouble letting go and putting the flow of the evening into their hands! Don’t miss this amazing venue...and the beautiful sunset rooftop photos you get along with it!!

There aren't enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for EVERYTHING they did. The ballroom was breathtaking, and the food and service was impeccable. They really do go above and beyond to make the day as memorable and stress-free as possible. They set up the reception hall and break it down, used my decorations to decorate the ballroom exactly how I had imagined, if not better. I highly recommend them!

ready in the Bridal Suite room (great for pictures and tons of space), we had our wedding ceremony on the dance floor, then we did pictures throughout the hotel during cocktail hour, and had our wedding reception all at the Inn! And after, a large part of the guests all went downstairs to the Tornadoes bar and had drinks before crashing in their lovely, elegant rooms. They even had brunch for the guests the next morning! Alyssa and Jessica, our event coordinators, were dedicated to making our night incredibly special. All of my guests raved about the food, the flow of the night, and the beautiful ballroom and hotel. I would highly recommend having your wedding here! The theme of my wedding was a classy urban wedding, and the Inn on Broadway certainly added to the classy part of my day! I used their pastry chef for our wedding cake, which was a big hit too! I couldn't of had a better night!

But what was most notable was the impeccable service of the staff. Unobtrusive and perfectly attentive, our guests were well taken care of. My husband and I stayed there two nights, as did several of our out of town guests. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the continental breakfast was especially good. I cannot fully express how pleasurable it was to work with Jessica and the staff. The Inn on Broadway is the epitome of gracious luxury.

The service was impeccable with courses presented perfectly. Guests raved about the steak and swordfish entrees. And the "dangerous pastry chef" lived up to her reputation! We were thoroughly pleased with every element of The Big Day!

The food weren't equally distributed, as the waiters/waitresses just walked up to the tables to offer food instead of going around the whole room. The result I heard from a lot of my honest guests are: I'm hungry, and where is the food? We also demanded hot cocoa to welcome our guests, but that's out of the window...no hot cocoa to be found on site. As far as I know, actually one waiter/waitress was missing too. We've made a lovely DVD showing childhood pictures and that didn't come out until half way during the reception, and it should be looping, but it didn't at all... The event manager didn't really keep things going. And our first-tier wedding cake has mysteriously disappeared as well, even though we demanded to have the top tier cake in our meeting before the wedding. They say they have valet parking, but obviously there weren't such things happening. Overall, I'm half glad I have such a elegant reception venue for an afternoon wedding, but also half feeling bad for the guests that they weren't as well-fed as they could. Not that the little hors d'oeuvres food are THAT important, but at least show me some food going around...I've never ever seen any piece of food, and let only tried any of them.

day. Since my husband and I planned our wedding from out of state (we grew up in Rochester) we were constantly in touch with Ryan via e-mail. He was always available for any question or request that we had. He worked with us on creating a "signature cocktail" and kept us informed throughout the entire night on the timeline of things (when dinner was going to be served, when cake should be cut, etc.). We had a wedding planner, but did not even rely on her the night of because Ryan was on top of everything. Ryan and his team set up the reception beautifully. The food was absolutely amazing! I recommend the strip steak, salmon, and hunter's chicken. The Inn was able to set up a room block for our guests and offered them a discounted rate for the weekend of our wedding. We had about 25 of our guests stay overnight at the Inn and were delighted to hear that the inn offered a complimentary breakfast the next morning. It was such a nice touch to be able to see our guests the next morning for breakfast and spend time with them before they needed to catch their flights. My husband and I were given a complimentary room the night of the wedding which was absolutely beautiful. There was not a detail missed! We discovered the next morning that even after our reception was over, our guests headed down to the main bar in the hotel where they were able to continue the evening! Overall, we are both so pleased with the overall outcome and would 100% recommend the Inn on Broadway for any special occasion!

ere married here in a small ceremony, about 30 people, in the wine cellar. We then hosted our reception in the gorgeous ballroom for about 100 guests. We spent the night in one of the beautiful suites, which made us feel even more spoiled! Every moment of that day was fantastic! There was not a detail missed on the part of The Inn. Ryan, the event coordinator helped organize absolutely everything from flowers to music, to our entrance into the party! He was literally by my side until the moment I walked down the aisle,so the timing was just right, then spent the rest of the evening making sure everything looked beautiful and ran smoothly. We were afraid we wouldn't get a chance to eat, and when it came to dessert time, we were too busy visiting to make a decision on what we wanted, so he had one of everything sent up to the refrigerator in our room! My guests couldn't get over how beautiful the venue is, and more importantly, how amazing the food and dessert is there! We chose the buffet option, so our guests would have more to choose from, and all the dishes we chose were delicious! Knowing that Ryan had everything covered and shared my acute attention to detail made me so relaxed, and I felt like I could better enjoy the day, knowing he had it all under control. I would host another event there in a heartbeat and I am one picky chick!

We wanted to offer a beef course but they were quite pricey so we worked with the chef to offer a smaller portion which was just perfect for our guests. The event coordinator, Lyndsey is great--calm, organized and did a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. When you book your wedding here you get a free night at the hotel for you and your new hubby and the suite is beautiful! All of the rooms in the inn are unique and really nicely decorated--one minus is that there are no "double rooms" so it can get a bit pricey for guests staying over with children or friends that may want to share rooms. Overall, we would not have wanted a different venue for our special day--the Inn on Broadway was great!
