Those elements helped ensure the reception was meaningful and enjoyable. However, the planning process leading up to the wedding fell significantly short of expectations. From our first site visit, we encountered concerns with the condition and presentation of certain spaces that did not align with how the venue was represented. Throughout the planning period, communication was often inconsistent, timelines were missed, and we found ourselves needing to follow up repeatedly to get clarity on important details. There were also limitations and last-minute adjustments that impacted our original vision, and the process required a level of escalation that added unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time. Even on the wedding day, a few details—such as elements of the menu and wine service—did not fully align with what had been confirmed in advance. That said, after sharing detailed feedback, both the property and Noble House Hotels & Resorts corporate team responded thoughtfully, acknowledged the gaps in our experience, and took accountability. They worked with us toward a resolution, which we appreciate. Overall, while the wedding day itself was successful, the end-to-end experience—particularly the planning phase—did not reflect the level of service we expected. I would encourage couples considering this venue to ask detailed questions, confirm everything in writing, and stay closely involved throughout the planning process.
