We just got married at the Inn and we loved it! The location is fantastic, but we also appreciated Susan's help immensely. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I was pretty hands-off but Susan was great about contacting us when she needed to for confirming details. We especially appreciated the planning of the day before- we did not get a tent, and so were counting on the weather to hold up. It looked like rain was possible, but Susan brought us in for a quick meeting and said confidently that it would not! The weather was in fact beautiful and calm, and we are so happy that we could enjoy that gorgeous lakefront space. We were just so happy with this place!
We were married on Madeline Island at The Inn on Madeline Island. The manager made frequent contact with us regarding our choices for the ceremony and reception. Their staff set up pristine white chairs facing Lake Superior on a beautiful lawn. The reception site featured a large fireplace big screen television with all cable hook ups for a computer and ipod. The staff were friendly and efficient.
