We had our wedding reception at the Inn on Main. As a Wolfeboro native, I sometimes forget how spectacular some of the venues are in my own town. Our wedding reception was perfect. Our cocktail hour was under the tent with the delicious lobster sliders, maple chicken salad phyllo cups and the charcuterie board. The wicker chairs, outdoor bar, and excellent service were impressive as well. Inside the barn, we served a dinner of a farm fresh salad, NY strip steak, and miso glazed salmon. A vegetarian entree was provided as well. Our guests raved about the food, with someone even comparing the steak to a North End, Boston restaurant! The venue was gorgeous, complete with chandeliers, tulle draped from the beams, a good-sized dance floor, and stone-faced bar. The Inn's wedding event coordinator, Cori, was amazing. She communicated promptly and clearly and worked to make our day as special as it was. Sarah, the Inn manager, was incredibly supportive, too. She even left us flowers and chocolates in our suite on the morning before our wedding. Getting married at the Inn on Main was a fairytale. We would recommend it to anyone.

This venue was wonderful for our wedding! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the inn that was attached to the barn was the perfect size for our wedding party and immediate family to spend the night before and after the wedding.
Cori, the general manager, was an amazing addition to our team. The food there was wonderful, and the decorations that were already placed in the barn made it so we barely needed to bring anything additional in.
I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a barn venue in the area!

The staff at The Inn on Main is incredible and went above and beyond to make our day special! They were flexible with what we wanted and were able to accommodate every request we had. The Inn itself was fantastic for those with families traveling from far away. It was so great having our wedding party and immediate families right at the venue with us. The location is close to everything in downtown Wolfeboro and the water, but far enough down main street where traffic isn't an issue.

Patti is such a doll, and made planning our post-wedding farewell breakfast a seamless experience. She corresponded promptly and pleasantly, met with us, helped us lay out plans and menus, and was transparent about pricing. She also went above and beyond: when we met, I mentioned off-handedly how much I would love to have liege waffles (look them up if you like waffles, donuts, or anything delicious…). She hadn’t heard of them, but not only did she look into it, she surprised me on the day of the breakfast with a steaming display of liege waffles, and I couldn’t have been more delighted. She wasn’t able to be at the breakfast, but passed it off to a colleague who did a very nice job bringing my vision to life and pleasing my guests. I did hear that the eggs were salty, but that’s kind of whatever in the scheme of the great experience. =P

The Inn on Main / O'Bistro Restaurant is an exceptional property owned/managed by folks who care about their customers. We just had a great wedding reception here - the rooms at The Inn are large, clean, and well maintained. The barn is an exceptional venue - with very little needed to make it the perfect atmosphere. The back patio/lawn areas also extended the opportunities for everyone attending our event to enjoy themselves thoroughly. As great as the property is for this type of event, it is the people here who make it a joy to have met them. Shannon up front is very much about working FOR the customer. Patti who is the event manager is quite simply irreplaceable and has the type of kind heart we should all aspire to represent. The rest of the staff as expected emulates the positive attitudes of their leadership. The food prepared for the wedding was exceptional and received rave reviews. In addition, we had dinner at O'Bistro multiple times during the week prior to the wedding, and each meal was simply delicious. This is a "not to be missed" gem of the Lakes Region!
