Dermot was spot on! We hired him for out 50 person wedding and could not be happier with his service. He accommodated our schedule changes happily, helped me make sure I had all of the correct ingredients ready for him and came prepared for the evening. Our guests loved his drinks and his personal touch with his service. He kept the bar organized and was busy all evening making sure the empty glasses were picked up and then cleaned the bar after the event. He even helped organize and box up any leftover items that needed to be taken home with us. I would recommend him to all of my friends and will definitely hire him and his team for all future events. You cannot beat the Irish Bartender!
