I recently attended a wedding where The Jam Wows performed and I was completely amazed! I have never been to a wedding with a live band like this. So much energy, completely changed the feel of a "typical" reception. I would recommend The Jam Wows to anyone looking for a live band!

The Jam Wows had a good band about 7-10 years ago or so.  We hired them for our October 2022 wedding back in November of 2021.   We gave a non-refundable deposit of $3,600.00.    In July, I revisited the various wedding websites along with the Jam Wows own and could not find any reviews on them since July of 2021.  I also couldn't find any event postings they promoted on their website or elsewhere. I called Randy to discuss my concerns and of course, he reassured me they were playing events but they were all private or corporate and he just hadn't posted anything. I asked if he could let us attend one of these events to see what kind of band they currently had.  He had various reasons why we couldn't.  Then I was like, well...can you at least provide some video from one of these recent events.  Ummm...no.Bottom line, we're spending roughly 100k plus on a huge wedding with all of our closest family and friends and we had NO idea if a band would even show up or, if it did, what would we get.I couldn't take the risk so I canceled with him on Monday July 25th 2022 via a phone conversation. This is just short of three months notice.    I also noted that  I knew the deposit was non - refundable but felt it only fair and ethical if he at least returned half of my deposit.  Of course, he didn't. I DO NOT recommend you hire this band.  Fortunately, we were able to still book a good band, but unfortunately, it's costing us their full price plus our $3,600.00 deposit to the JamWows

As a wedding planner we want our couples to have the best at their wedding and Jam Wows did not disappoint. We recently worked with the band and the dance floor was full all night. Also leading up to the wedding, Randy was great to work with and listened to exactly what the couple wanted.

These guys are awesome!!! The band is super entertaining and really understands how to get the crowd up and involved. Randy, the bands leader is also super knowledgeable in sound, lighting, photography, etc, etc and he helped us on many fronts! He is a true Rock Star!!!

From the very start of the year, Randy was the most efficient vendor we contracted with. His responses were punctual and personable. The Band was perfect! The bride & groom had discussed their vision for the evening and Randy was on top of his game! He instructed his band members to have fun, therefor the party will be fun... it was!! The dance floor was packed all evening, song selections were excellent and music and vocals were amazing. Our bride had requested a Second Line at the end of the reception, a very Louisiana Tradition, and Randy took it and ran with it, including his special grand marshal custom made baton! We interviewed about 15 bands and I promise, no one came close to the perfect evening that Randy and Jam Wow delivered. I would highly recommend this group for any event!!

WOW. Yes a 100% TRUE wow. I saw The Jam Wows a few years before at another wedding and when I got engaged, I knew they were our band! As a performing musician myself I am very particular about quality and high-talent entertainment. We opted for a smaller version of their big band and were still absolutely satisfied. We heard endless compliments (and are still hearing about it) how amazing our band was at our wedding. I am late getting in our review, but that doesn't have ANY affect on my opinion... I'm a busy newly wed! We had people dancing on the dance floor I never imagined would dance! Even those with bad knees... the best part of it for us was jamming to Journey, the congo line and getting everyone hyped up. They were expensive but you get what you pay for right? When my husband and I finally got to our hotel room and it was just the two of us he said, "Babe, the band was SOO worth it!"

The Jam Wows! completely crushed the corporate event I hired them for. Bringing them from Dallas to Oklahoma City was an easy choice. Their energy level, song selection, interactivity and overall showmanship made the party "the best ever" for our company. Trying to appeal to the taste of 700 guests from various cultures is no small feat and The Jam Wows made it look easy. The audio and lighting equipment was unlike anything we have experienced in previous parties. The bar for future corporate events with our company has been raised to an unreal level because of The Jam Wows! Book them now!

Jam Wows was an amazing band for my client’s wedding! They got everyone up and dancing and kept them engaged to the very end! Such a nice touch to add the last dance song for the couple. Randy was great to work with- easy to communicate with and was a perfect MC for the event! As a planner, I’m always looking for vendors who will work WITH me for the success of the event- and this band did just that. I would highly recommend.

They were so attentive to our needs but still made suggestions that we loved and wouldn’t have considered otherwise. Not only did they meet every expectation, small and large, but also the dance floor was hopping until the very last song...young and old!! Following our big day, friends and family talked about how much fun they had. A big THANK YOU to the Jam Wows for exceeding our expectations and making our night that much more memorable!!!

The Jam Wows know how to rock the mic right!! Planning a wedding can be a daunting task, but from initial contact, I knew we were in good hands due to their responsiveness and professionalism. WOW! What a terrific time we had at the reception and it was all due to The Jam Wows. They are the best at what they do. Very professional in every respect. The music was phenomenal and the dance floor was packed. Was impressed by the variety...everything from hip-hop to country western. Loved the lighting and speakers located throughout the venue. It allowed everyone to hear the music without blasting our ears out. Really enjoyed being able to talk to someone without yelling. No one was ready to leave when the reception was over. We all wanted them to play more.

The music they played kept a crowd on the dance floor all night long. The volume of the music was just right. We could carry on a conversation with the people at our table. That is a rare thing when a live band plays! The band was a class act...very professional. Best time I ever had at a wedding reception!!!

Simply put, the Jam Wows are the best! My husband and I met them at Sherlocks and we just knew they were the band for us. This wedding band is more than just a wedding band. They are a group of extremely talented musicians who truly enjoy what they’re doing and everyone could tell. They got down on the floor several times and looked like they were having just as much fun as everyone else. This band is so much more than I ever expected from a wedding band. The best cover band out there hands down!!!!!!

When people talk about our wedding, our band is always the first thing they mention. They were one of best decisions we made. Everyone - young and old - was out on the dance floor. They had a great selection and excelled at all types of music. After their first break most of the wedding guests had ventured over to the bar, but when they started back up one of the singers walked over to the bar and brought people back to the dance floor. They were amazing, involving the crowd and keeping the energy level high the entire night. They were great to work with throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend them more!

All I can say is WOW!! The only thing I ever thought about when envisioning my wedding in the past was the band- and the performance by the Jam Wows was better than I could have ever imagined!! They really set the mood, and had everyone on the dance floor until midnight! They even made me sound good when I went up to sing a song with them, and I'm tone deaf! They are not an inexpensive choice, but they really are worth every penny. This was one of the most important parts of my big day, and the Jam Wows delivered in such a BIG way! If you are like me, and really care about a fun, festive band that entertains your guests all night long, then call these guys!
