The Jefferson was a stunning venue for a wedding. The ceremony took place outside on the deck, with the Louisville skyline providing a breathtaking backdrop. The sunset made the setting even more beautiful, adding a special touch to the moment.
Inside, everything was seamless. The staff kept things running smoothly, drinks were served quickly, and the whole space had a cozy, inviting vibe. Parking was easy to find, which was a relief.

I've attended multiple events here and I absolutely love this space. Feels very modern and chic. You absolutely cannot beat the view! The natural light is great for photos and the design of the building is stunning.

I attended a holiday party at this venue and it is absolutely stunning. The view during sunset are mesmerizing and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better view of Louisville. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful when our DJ had some tech issues - they solved the problem swiftly - hardly anyone noticed. I hope we make our holiday party an annual event at The Jefferson!

I was recently at this venue and the views are beautiful, even in the middle of winter! The event staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider The Jefferson if I was hosting in the future!

The Jefferson made our wedding celebration a dream!! Stephen and the whole team made the planning process so smooth for us and our vendors. The bar staff was amazing to all of our guests and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate with our family and friends!

Loved having our wedding at the Jefferson! Stephen, the owner, is so helpful and makes the process smooth and seamless from booking the venue to actually having the event there! The bridal suite is the perfect place to get ready and the bar staff was incredibly helpful as well.
Cannot recommend this venue enough! If you are looking for a venue that has the best backdrop for all of your wedding photos, the Jefferson is for you. With the scenic skyline of downtown Louisville in the background as well as the river flowing by, you can't ask for much more.
The owner of this venue is also a joy to work with. Very communicative and very helpful in answering any and all questions. He was very helpful with our vendors as well.
10/10 would recommend for anyone who is looking for a venue!

We booked The Jefferson over a year ago for our daughter’s wedding. The venue is beautiful and the day ended up being perfect, however…
The venue changed management a few months before our daughters wedding. We had been promised things verbally and in text messages that the current management would not honor, which cost us quite a bit extra financially, as well as causing logistical hassles. I had asked for these things to be included in our contract, and I feel certain that they were. However, I only kept a copy of the contract in my computer and the file access ran out before our daughter’s wedding. When I asked for a copy of the contract to be sent to me, what I received was the original contract, without modifications. In addition, communication was often slow, which made planning more difficult
My husband and I have been in the wedding business for over 30 years, owning a local event rental company, so we understand the wedding/event business very well. In all fairness, I don’t think this will be an issue moving forward, unless the venue management changes again. We just kind of got stuck in between. And this would be a five star review had management just honored what previous management had promised.
Besides that, the venue is simply stunning, with beautiful views of Louisville and a FABULOUS bridal suite! In addition, the bar staff was a pleasure to work with, and there is plenty of parking. I would love to include some pictures, but for some reason they won’t upload right now. I’ll try again later.
