day we started seeing all our big requests coming together, but without its final touch. That’s when we saw our venue post and highly recommended booking a calligraphy artist for the big day. While browsing my venue’s calligraphy referrals, I looked no further once I reviewed Jessica’s Instagram profile that included her talented artwork and craft! Not only is her hand lettering elegant, but also her attention to detail and strong communication via email about our inquiry and requests were more than we could have hoped for in a calligraphy vendor. Not only did she make us feel like a top priority client, but she is also a woman leader, entrepreneur, mother, and hard worker. She handled all our questions, changes and requests with patience and guidance during our planning process. But best of all was picking up our final product! From our seating chart, welcome sign all the way to our signature cocktail sign, we loved how each item was hand-crafted and unique! Thank you, Jessica, for your talented signage and being an absolute amazing calligraphy vendor to work with!

t and Jess quickly reprinted a few at no extra cost so I could have it for my photos. We also used her to help assemble our seating chart (letterboards) as well a dessert sign, craft beer sign, menus, and programs. She was very quick to give us drafts of each design. I would have loved more creative collaboration during the design process. I wasn't always 100% sure what I wanted, though I had ideas and thoughts. I would have loved more back and forth on what she as the designer thought might be cool and different. In addition, I would have loved a timeline from her at the beginning of the process to help me stay on track of when she needed things. I had to ask when we start the invite process, menu process, etc, and I would have preferred a doc right in the beginning telling me everything to help me stay on schedule. 100% recommend Jess Press to everyone! Everything she helped design and print was gorgeous!

She created all of our signage (seating chart, welcome sign, signature drink signs, guest book sign, donation sign, memory table sign, and table numbers) in addition to our invitation suites, menus and programs. She made everything so cohesive and the entire process stress-free - I felt like she could read my mind! Jess made my whole vision come to life and added the elegant finishing touches on our day from start to finish. I was told by MANY guests once they received the invitations that they were some of the classiest they have ever seen, and that the day-of work complimented our "vibe" seamlessly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with such a positive attitude. You NEED to hire Jess for your wedding - I could not recommend her enough. My husband and I will definitely be coming to her in the future for any events or parties we may have!

I wanted something simple yet elegant, and to have our venue as a watercolor and she did just that. did a wonderful job of capturing our formality but also whimsy. For our invitations we did a traditional script letter press card, a separate welcome dinner invitation and an invitation card. All was wrapped in velum with a gold wax seal and a custom drawn map (she even included our cute car on it!) , all of which was inclosed in a double envelope with a beautiful liner. She also made custom menus for us with script names on each one, they really were to die for! Jess was quick to respond to all my emails and her turn around time for incorporating edits was legendary. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for top notch stationary!

ost of the communication with Jess because this type of stuff is what she is good at, but I basically chimed in with what I wanted / suggestions for edits on drafts she sent. First meeting we did virtual, she showed us different examples of invites / styles and I basically told her what I liked and what I didn't like. I loved the watercolors that she includes on her invites / menus, so I knew I wanted that. Anyway, we went back and forth on edits but everything she made was INCREDIBLE! She is so talented. She pretty much took care of everything for us in terms of signs, invites, menus... etc. It made it so much easier working with one person and she had no problem taking her own creative liberties with what I gave her (which is what I needed since I didn't have my own vision set in stone). All of the stationary was very high-quality and delivered by deadlines requested. She even made a cocktail sign for our 2 dogs that incorporated drawings I had made about a year ago for a Christmas gift. It was fantastic! I highly recommend working with Jess and she can do pretty much anything. Follow her instagram and you can see her range of work. Whatever you're looking for, she will get it done for you. She was recommended to us by the venue we hosted our wedding - Mallard Island. Great recommendation.

She 100% understood my vision and was so supportive and efficient throughout the process. Being a bride, let alone a Covid bride, is challenging enough, and yet Jess always managed to have a stress-free positive attitude and effortless way of helping me figure out what I wanted for the day-of. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

m. I had a destination wedding and she was very helpful is shipping everything and organize all the extra things I needed. Not only was she organized, communicative and professional; she is also extremely creative. She created ski signs for my wedding tables, a ski ticket for my save the dates and water colored a beautiful fall mountain range. When I didn’t have ideas for certain project, she was able to come up with ideas for me to see that I ultimately loved. I will definitely be using Jess in the future. If you have the opportunity to hire Jess for your wedding; I would recommend you hire her right away to make your dream wedding come true.

Jess was so patient with me as I requested many changes/edits to the wording on my details card. Jess also did the calligraphy on the outer envelope and each was incredibly beautiful! For day-of signage, Jess made a seating chart, welcome sign, guestbook sign, and signature cocktails sign with puppy illustrations within a few days of providing her all the final details. Jess’s work was outstanding! Throughout the whole process she was so quick to respond and made the entire process easy. It was a pleasure working with her and I cannot thank her enough for helping make my wedding beautiful!

Unfortunately, a week prior to my wedding, my fiance and I decided to not go through with our wedding at our venue due to COVID numbers rising and opted for a smaller, intimate ceremony and party in our backyard. We still displayed the mirror seating chart because it was so beautiful and made a great decor addition to the backyard.
