The Jessing Center

I can't say enough how highly I recommend the Jessing Center as you wedding venue. The staff took great care of us from the initial tour through every special moment on our wedding day. They made everything so easy – from choosing a room setup to allowing deliveries the entire week leading up to our wedding, I can't imagine what planning a wedding would've been like had we not chosen the Jessing Center. It's a beautiful venue with an outstanding staff and a promise to provide the highest customer service you can imagine.

The Jessing Center was an absolute dream for us to work with! Ashley our event coordinator, was top notch. She was an a complete professional, very responsive and she understood what we were looking for and made it happen. She provided quick responses to all of the questions that we had, and she took the time to make sure our wedding dream was accomplished. The food was fantastic, and many of our wedding guests commented that it was the best food they had at a wedding. We loved that there were so many things included in the cost, like linens. Ashley went above and beyond what we knew our reception lendor could do, and she made us feel certain that our reception would be exactly what we wanted it to be and more. She set up little details for us throughout the room including a cookie display and decor for the tables. She coordinated the entire night down to the minute and gave us her idea of how things could flow. The attention to detail was such a relief and really let us enjoy the night. Ashley was even in communication with our DJ as to when certain things needed to be announced! A wonderful wonderful facility to work with. We were so pleased with them! Ashley is an absolute super star, and she made our wedding reception a dream come true.

My wife and I recently had our wedding reception at the Jessing Center located on the Josephenium campus on April 9th 2016. It was the most amazing reception hall that we looked at, hands down. Cynthia was great to work with; she responded to our emails quickly and always made sure we were always getting what we wanted. Cynthia definitely made the process seamless. The space was the perfect size, we had ample room to move around, and no one felt crowded even with the bigger dance floor in the middle of the reception hall. The staff was friendly and professional to everyone and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. What made this place even better is that we were able to set up the space three days before the wedding day, which is really convenient because then we just dropped everything off and set it up, hassle free. I would recommend this venue to anyone simply because the food was delicious, the staff was so helpful and friendly, the location is central to the Columbus area and hotels are willing to shuttle guests and finally Cynthia was just the best wedding coordinator we met with. She will take care of everything, even the things we didn’t think of and that’s what you want in a venue.

From the very first second I sent a generic request for further information until midnight of our wedding night when we left the venue, our experience was nothing but top-notch! I work 2 jobs, so it was difficult for me to plan a wedding myself and make time to visit vendors! Cynthia was by far the most flexible person I've ever met! Once we decided to use the Jessing Center as our reception venue, the service was impeccable!!! Cynthia was so amazing, helpful, and genuinely caring about everything we did! I touched everything in my wedding, and Cynthia was such a great help!! She reassured me many times that we were either right on schedule or ahead of schedule - and I seriously don't think you could ask for a better wedding planner on site! She was incredibly flexible about allowing me to drop off decorations and alcohol (You bring your own alcohol and mixers....this saves you TONS!!!!) at my convenience, and she took my visions and turned them into complete dreams with setting up the venue! The bartenders & service staff were amazing and very attentive as well - I couldn't have asked for a better night! I highly highly highly suggest booking the Jessing Center - they made a stressful bride the happiest bride out there! Cynthia - thank you again, you and your staff were amazing! Oh! I also must note, the clock tower on grounds lights up at night and makes for stunning photos - that's one of the reasons we booked....BEAUTIFUL!
