My husband had my engagement ring ordered online. It was difficult to find a jewelry store that could create a custom band for it at a reasonable price because it had a split shank. The Jewelers custom made a gorgeous diamond band and it did not take long. The area where the store is located is not exactly the best part of town, but the store is great and carries beautiful jewelry. Their strength is definitely having a jeweler on sight, which many other stores do not have. I did not feel comfortable having my engagement ring mailed somewhere so I was happy to hear they could do it on sight. The service representatives do not necessarily go out of their way to help you or make you feel comfortable...they just kind of do their job and that's it, but I would highly recommend the store for it's beautiful work. We are hoping to do a second band on the other side of the ring for a big anniversary, maybe 20 years, and hope that The Jewelers will be around to make the second band just as beautiful as the first.
