He did apologize and asked if I was sitting in the chair and I said I was because I have a bad knee and can’t stand on my leg a long time. He proceeded to tell me that if you’re seated in the chair that means someone is helping you. How would I have known that? Anyway, I showed him the items I had and he was quick to tell me that they weren’t looking for that size of diamonds. He looked at the largest one and said it had a crack going through it. I also had some silver jewelry that he looked at and put off to the side. When I asked what about the silver he said I’ll give you $3.50 for it. He didn’t even weigh it. He seemed to be bothered that I even can in. The commercial says that they pay the most for jewelry and diamonds. That’s not true. The way I was treated, I will never go back there again!!!

The pricing was great and I would not consider any other jeweler for my next purchase. My wedding was September 8 and he made sure that everything was perfect for the big day! I would definately recommend them!
