ast and deep, and stage presence so entertaining... there's so much more room for activities... which NKG takes and runs with.
Glenn and company made our wedding truly amazing and memorable for everyone. When rain tried to ruin the day, they adapted and moved inside. When food tried to convince people to stop dancing, they convinced them otherwise. When people wanted lame, boring, snoozefest songs.. they said no, because we asked them to.
Glenn's attention to detail ahead of the event was impeccable, and the band rolled in prepared to rock and roll.
We definitely hope to be able to see the guys live again when visiting Ohio, and can't recommend them enough!

our wedding, we love dancing and wanted our guests to be out on the dance floor with us. Glenn was our point-of-contact with NKG (and was the drummer on our wedding day). He was very professional and flexible. This was their 1st Indian wedding but Glenn was very excited about working with the priest to figure out the ceremony music and then incorporating Indian music into the playlist during the reception. We had a details meetings where he walked us through things that we had not considered and had great suggestions while staying true to our vision for the wedding.
On the wedding day, NKG was on time & prepared & did their thing without needing additional help. They were amazing during the reception & our guests loved all the dancing!
We would highly recommend NKG both as a band and DJ.

The band kept the party alive, keeping the crowd jumping and everyone had a BLAST. They also brought props and we did a limbo and conga line. we didn't want to hire just another brass band.... Enter: the Naked Karate Girls. After seeing them perform live at Hooters (point 1 for NKG) we immediately knew that this was what we were looking for. NKG brought the energy, the props, and the tech to our wedding day. Our guests haven't stopped talking about "that wild band that blew toilet paper on everyone" and I (the bride) haven't stopped watching footage from the party. Seeing our closest friends and family have the best time on the dance floor just reassures me that we picked right! I'd highly recommend booking their full, biggest package service for the day. They helped create an evening timeline and provided an emcee for the reception. We also took advantage of NKG's add-on service to provide a sound system for our ceremony and cocktail hour (same site, different locations around the venue). They did everything they could to make the evening epic, and they succeeded. It truly was the greatest (and most unique) party in the galaxy!!!

There's always certain guests you expect to not dance or leave early, but NKG really keeps the party going ALL night and those guests actually stayed till the end and danced! NKG was just full of surprises that keep the guests interested and involved. We have gotten SO MANY compliments on NKG. Multiple guests saying it was the best wedding ever simply because of the band and that they can't stop rewatching videos they took. NKG handled EVERYTHING and made our wedding beyond special. I would hire them 1000 times over. BOOK THEM NOW!!

They even brought my boss's wife on stage (with my permission) and she STILL talks about how that was the best wedding she's ever been to! My boss laughed his ass off!! I got a raise!!! They had so many unique and fun ideas to keep guests entertained. They totally know how to party, make the day so much easier, and listen and accommodate based upon your needs. We were looking for a good time, and they delivered! They were also able to accommodate and took care of the wedding music during the ceremony. They rock. 10/10 would drink more beers and party with those guys. Tell your Dad to get out his checkbook and write the check now.. Just pull the trigger, my friend. These guys are the shit and unless you're a square, there's no reason you shouldn't hire them. NKG BABY!

Come the day of the wedding, NKG brought the party! I still remember the speeches ended, the band began and everyone rushed to the dance floor. And no one left till the party was over! They had great song selections for all ages young & old, fun outfit changes, and never let the party die down.

it came to our wedding day, we had requested certain things from them and they did exactly that. They do a great job keeping the dance floor packed! There was not a single time that I felt that they had to “wrangle” the crowd back in. There was not a single worry on wedding day about the band not doing what they promised. They know exactly how to read the crowd and get everyone (even grandmother) out of their seat. There is no doubt they will make your wedding what you want!

didn't do her job worth a crap. The venue manager and NKG were awesome and didn't hesitate at all to pick up the slack and do the Master of Ceremonies stuff to make sure our wedding was awesome.
- They always responded in a timely manner.
- We had the luck of trying to get married during the start of Covid. NKG was awesome and completely understanding and accommodating when we had to re-schedule everything.
- They did awesome helping us plan everything to achieve our vision of what we wanted, while also giving super helpful and experienced suggestions.
- We had the ceremony and reception in the same room so *everything* had to be setup earlier than normal. NKG was completely setup and ready to rock in a timely manner before everything kicked off.
NKG rocked the entire reception. We had the dance floor packed all night because everyone was having so much fun. Of all the weddings I've been in and been to, I have never seen so many people still there until the very end. And it was even on a Sunday night. Many people said it was the most fun they had ever had a reception.
Don't judge NKG if you've only seen them at big, public, PG rated events. They are totally different and 1000x more fun and energetic at private bars and wedding Receptions.
If you want your wedding to be the same old boring wedding where everyone leaves early. Go with your family friend DJ. If you want the best reception party most people will ever attend, get the Naked Karate Girls.

eparation for our wedding and from the initial conversation with Glenn, they were so professional and a total class act.
Glenn helped us create the timeline for our special day and made sure that they incorporated everything that was important to us! The entire band executed the timeline and requests perfectly! As the bride, I didn't have to worry for one minute on our wedding day about how things were running since they ran it perfectly from start to finish. They were fantastic MC's and brought so much energy from beginning to end. Our dance floor LITERALLY never cleared. I am not exaggerating when I say that it was packed the entire time. They also made all of my wedding day dreams come true by bringing the sombreros, which took the party to the next level! We even had a sombrero conga line which was AMAZING!
We had so many people come up to us to tell us how they had more fun at our wedding than they ever had before and that was definitely thanks to NKG!
I know how stressful wedding planning can be, but if I can give you one recommendation, it is to hire NKG for your wedding! You won't regret it! THANKS NKG, WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

YOU WILL REGRET NOT HIRING NKG!!! People are still talking about our wedding.. because of the band. People that “don’t dance” were on the dance floor all night, no matter the age....
They know how to keep the party going, whether it’s the sombreros, the limbo, costume changes, props, songs, I could go on and on. They were also super thoughtful and helpful prior to the wedding and we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. Hiring NKG was the best decision we made foe our big day.

est. Wedding. Band. Ever. If you are interested in a band to provide light ambient music all night long, I guess they could do it, but that's like buying a two seater for the trunk space.
Glenn (the band leader) is beyond professional, start to finish. He fully understands what it takes to have a successful wedding reception and makes it happen. From scouting the crowd at cocktail hour to prepare an optimized set list to making accommodation with the ebb and flow of a live crowd, they know how to get it done. Every guest let us know that the band was phenomenal. Absolutely worth every penny.
We had to reschedule our 2020 wedding to 2021 due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and we set the new date based around two vendors' availability: the church, and the Naked Karate Girls. We would do it again.
