My husband and I held our wedding reception celebration at The Kartrite Resort and we had an amazing experience! From start to finish everything went smoothly and stress free thanks to Liz. Liz went above and beyond for our special day. Any special requests or questions we had, Liz answered promptly. My husband and I are forever grateful for the experience we had at Kartrite :)

On August 3, 2024, we hosted our daughter's wedding at the Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark. Throughout the year long process, Danielle Schwartz, Emily Teatum, Talya Regan, Jessica Uczarczyk, and the general managers of the resort worked tirelessly to make the event a success. We started out with a possible 250-person guest list and ended with a 220-person wedding. As with any event, things changed daily, and they rolled calmly with all the changes I requested. It was originally planned as an outdoor wedding and 24 hours before, it needed to be moved indoors. The staff of the banquet room, Danielle Schwartz, Brad Burritt and Megan Powell worked around the clock to make the many necessary changes which helped make it a perfect success. They were also very accommodating and helpful to all our vendors. The flowers were provided by Floral Cottage in Glens Spey, NY. Our stunning wedding cake was created by Calculated Confections in Walden, NY. The beautiful decorations were designed and hung by Perry and his crew from Party Master in Hurleyville, NY. Carlos and Kevin kept the crowd on their feet dancing, while Jermaine helped make the photo booth a huge success! I don't have one negative thing I can say about the resort or our experience with them! I highly recommend this venue for any wedding or special function! Most of the wedding party and family rented rooms for the weekend and it added a beautiful fullness to the weekend. The two bridal suites rooms 151 & 152 worked out perfectly for the hair, make up and photographers to help capture the special day.

This is the 3rd corporate event that my company has had at the Kartrite and we couldn't be more pleased. Our first event was in the large ballroom for about 250 guests with food stations in every corner and a fantastic cocktail hour in the pre-convene area. Our last 2 events were in their beautiful tavern area called Bixby's Derby. Both times, the food exceeded our expectations and they even had dining options for our gluten-free guests. The events sales manager, Danielle, is very responsive to emails and last minute changes. She has always been on site at our events to make sure everything went as planned. Thank you to Dani, Talya and their staff for your attention to detail and personalized service. We will be back!

There is no review that I could write that could put into words how I feel about The Kartrite and their amazing team. I had the most perfect wedding thanks to The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark. It was exactly the experience I wanted when I chose to have my wedding at an indoor waterpark. It was a vacation for my guests who enjoyed every bit of their stay and my wedding night was perfection! We felt like celebrities!! Every staff member from Elizabeth (the Event Manager), to the managers, and the event staff were invested in making our day special and memorable. I didn't have to worry about a thing!! Not one thing. From setup to breakdown to the flow of our day my wedding day was beyond what I even imagined. My husband and I will forever have the best memories of our day and weekend thanks to the Kartrite team. The food was also amazing! There was so much food. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and how delicious everything was. It's one thing to have the wedding of your dreams, it's another thing to have a wedding of your dreams all within budget. And every single guest in attendance all had positive things to say. Our guests that stayed in the hotel all felt like they were on vacation, exactly the experience I was going for. It's a destination wedding without going away.
