The Keeping Room did an amazing job with our wedding invitations. Amanda was amazing to work with as well. They were able to work with my budget and deliver a beautiful product. So...
many people complimented me on our invitation also. Now this is probably what you would expect from a paper company; however, what put them over the edge for me was how amazing they were when they made a mistake. We had them print the names on the envelopes, and about 86 where printed with the wrong name. Not only did they solve this problem immediately, after I told them about it, but they also credited us some money back. They were kind, helpful, and just down right amazing!!! I would use them again and plan on using them in the future for different life events. They made a bride very very happy, and also gained a lifelong customer!

so ordered our thank you cards from them and we can't wait to receive them!
I delegated the task of picking out and ordering invitations to my mother because that was something that was important to her. Long story short, although she had looked around at ...
places she did not order invitations in time and I was stuck trying to find something at the last minute. So I went to The Keeping Room with my designs hoping they could have something to me in a week. Not only did they meet my timeline, but they were able to give me exactly what I was looking for. My invitations were so lovely. They've made a loyal customer out of me!
After a horrible experience at another place, Amanda (the owner) was quite the breath of fresh air! She was a joy to work with along with her staff. I did invitations, programs, do...
or hangers/welcome signs (for guests hotel rooms), napkins and hashtag signs with them! Everything was well priced and exceeded our expectations. Loved that her staff remembered my name and called me by it every time I went it. LOVE getting excellent customer service! Will definitely use them again in the future.
The Keeping Room's staff was great to work with. I ordered my invitations through them and napkins for my reception. They were helpful, kind, prompt with service, and made my exper...
ience for invitations stress free. The napkins I ordered came out great my only compliant was that my name was spelled wrong. I was in a rush while checking the proof so I didn't realize it so it was my fault I just thought that it would have been correct since I received my invitations through them and my email correspondence had my name on it. Other than that the Keeping Room is a great place and would do business with them in the future.
I used the Keeping Room for everything! They did my save the dates, invitations, gifts for showers, gifts for bridesmaids/ groomsmen, wedding book, thank you notes, and other weddin...
g accessories/items/essentials.I was there at least once a week! Amanda Alexander and her amazing team were always so wonderful and helpful. Their customer service is out of this world and they always made me feel welcome! I recommend The Keeping Room to anyone getting married in Baton Rouge!
My first bad review I've ever written so you know I must have something to say! During my appointment I had to correct spelling and grammar mistakes the entire time so it made me ...
feel uncomfortable. I didn't feel like the "bride" during my appt. We talked about an idea for 45 minutes and then when we went to order it, she realized that the invitation didn't come in the style we had talked about. Instead of coming up with alternative options, she said "this is all there is." I left frustrated and with something I didn't want. I had to email multiple times in order to fix mistakes to the invitation in the proofs they were being sent. The same grammar and spelling mistakes were still happening. All in all, it was not a good experience and I will not be recommending for my family and friends.
As a wedding planner, I don't hesitate when brides ask me where to start with paper products - I always whole-heartedly recommend The Keeping Room. Their customer service is incre...

The Keeping Room was wonderful at first. They listened to my vision, determined what I liked and then fit it within my budget.
Then, it came time to order everything. I ordered ...
my stationary in September and it didn't arrive until late November. In bewteen, the order was wrong, incomplete, askew and everything else you could possibly imagine. The finished product was pretty but it as not worth the headache and hassle of 3 months!
Go to someone who does there work "IN HOUSE" and does not have to "SEND OUT" for anything because it is a huge hassle!
I have been using The Keeping Room for all of my paper needs for a couple of years now and have never had an experience that was less than sensational. I have recently been working...
with them a lot with all of my wedding needs. The staff is very professional and friendly and always makes sure that everything is absolutely perfect. They work very hard to make choosing invitations and stationary an easy and less stressful thing. I love all of my experiences at The Keeping Room and will continue to use them for all occasions in the future. Thanks for all of your hard work!!!!
