My husband and I got married at the Kenmore last May and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue! We originally were planning to get married at a venue ~45min outside Albany, but switched to the Kenmore so that our guests could stay right nex...
t door, and to make the logistics easier for the morning of the wedding. We couldn’t be happier that we made the switch, and our guests loved that they could get brunch right in Albany, explore a little, and then walk over to the venue.
The Kenmore is stunning from the grand staircase down to the bathrooms, and their staff made our wedding rehearsal and wedding day a breeze. There wasn’t an event booked the day before our wedding, so we were able to rehearse at the Kenmore and drop of some decor, which made the wedding morning a little less hectic. We also booked Katie O for our day of coordinators, which allowed us to start hair and makeup in the bridal suite at 9am without paying an extra fee, which was unique among a lot of venues we looked at. We had our ceremony on the Mezzanine, cocktail hour in the bar, and dinner and dancing in the ballroom, and it was so easy for guests to move between spaces, and there was more than enough space for our 100 guests. My husband and I aren’t big dancers, so it was really nice to have the separate bar area where we could chat with our guests without being right next to the dance floor. Another perk was that after the wedding, a bunch of our guests headed to one of the bars across the street to continue the party. We’ve recommended the Kenmore to all of our friends and family, and hope we get to attend another event there soon!

I wish I knew this place existed sooner. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my health issues and ensure an enjoyable evening. The venue is gorgeous.

Went to my first candlelight concert last night. The atmosphere felt very cozy and we were able to get great seats on the balcony. The staff were kind and very helpful. The musicians performed neo-soul beautifully! Highly recommend!!

ks. It definitely added something special to the whole experience. Seating at the Kenmore venue should have been pre-selected.
