We had an incredible experience working with Cloud 9 Catering at The Lace Factory! The entire process, from planning to execution, was seamless. The team provided exceptionally well-organized information, making every step effortless. What truly stood out was the kindness and passion of the staff - it's clear they love what they do!
Having the vendor handle all aspects, including food, drinks, linens, and decorations, made our lives so much easier. The venue itself is truly unique, with the antique factory vibe and the added touch of a steam train for chartering guests.
The food was simply awesome and incredible! The team was very accommodating, working closely with us to bring our vision to life. We couldn't be happier with our experience at The Lace Factory and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding!
The Lace Factory was the perfect venue for us! It has so much character and was the perfect setting for our vintage inspired wedding! The staff was amazing and Christine made sure everything was perfect for our big day! All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! They really outdo themselves for cocktail hour, the food was amazing! The venue provides such a unique and romantic vibe! We loved it so much!
My wife and I got married at the Lace Factory in September of 2023 and our lives will forever be better for it. We could not have envisioned a better wedding day and so much of that is thanks to the beautiful venue and incredible staff at the Lace Factory. They were easy to plan with, responsive to all our questions and eager to help in any way they could. My wife and I will be forever grateful to the Lace Factory and Cloud 9 catering. Can not recommend this venue enough!
Any questions?
The Lace Factory truly brings all of your dreams and expectations to life and somehow manages to make them even better. The entire team made my wedding day flawless. They think of every possible detail and are prepared for absolutely any situation that may arise. The forecast for my wedding day changed VERY last minute and the ceremony was already set up in the courtyard. With only 30 minutes before guests started showing up, they managed to relocate it indoors.
They make the entire wedding planning process effortless and hassle free. I actually enjoyed the whole process and never felt like a stressed out bride. They know how to make you and your significant other important and as if you are their only couple they're putting together a wedding for, when in reality they're in the midst of the hectic wedding season.
The venue itself if gorgeous and I hardly had to go above and beyond with decor because it doesn't need it. If you're looking for a venue that doesn't scream "wedding hall", then you need to book your wedding here. And don't even get me started on the food. DELICIOUS. My guests are still talking about the food, and even our cake, weeks later.
All of the benefits that come with The Lace Factory make booking with them a brainless option: day of coordinator, a captain to do/get you anything on the wedding day, a huge bridal suite, indoor/outdoor ceremony options, countless picture locations, the Essex Steam Train, they pack up all your decor and food for you to pick up the next day, all of the local vendors they suggest and work with are the most amazing wholehearted people... the list goes on!
Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!!
The Lace Factory is such a beautiful and unique space that can be completely customized. We fell in love with the industrial elegant feel and had our wedding there this past May. The day was beautiful and our guests are still commenting how beautiful the venue is. They loved riding the Essex Steam train to and from the venue and they are still talking about how great the food was! If you’re looking for a unique venue with both an indoor and outdoor vibe and spot for pictures both in a garden and on the water, the Lace Factory is definitely it. Thank you for a truly magical day.
From the moment we walked into the Lace Factory for our initial tour, we fell in love with the space and the staff. Not only did the staff (Tiffany and Christine especially) help us plan and budget to create our dream wedding, but they exceeded expectations at every turn. Our guests couldn't believe we didn't work with a coordinator -- we didn't need one when it came to the Lace Factory because of Christine's attention to detail, genuine investment, and overall kindness. We got married on 11/11/22 and every day we hear from our guests about how much they enjoyed it. The food, the bar, the dance floor, and the organization were impeccable! I would recommend the Lace Factory to anyone!
No review can fully explain the INCREDIBLE experience we had working with The Lace Factory (and their outstanding staff) for our wedding day on 9/23/22. This was our dream venue from the start of our search, and I am so happy that we went with them. Their communication is amazing - there was never an email left unread, a text unanswered, and they welcomed my (hundreds of annoying) questions without hesitation as we worked through the planning process. This venue has so much personality and allows you to decorate and make it your own in so many ways. We chose to pair it with the Essex Steam Train to transport our guests and they are still talking about how awesome it was to this day. I will say, food was a very important factor for us in choosing a venue. The Lace Factory's team at Cloud Nine Catering took our wedding food to the next LEVEL! I am still floored by the creativity and skill coming out of their kitchen. Our guests could not say enough about how good the food was (and how much of it was served - not common for wedding guests to say that, am I right?). Above all, their staff are some of the most caring, attentive, and genuine people I met through our wedding planning process. It is obvious that they all love their jobs, and are actually excited about your big day (even if it is their 3rd 'big day' of the weekend). They made my husband and I feel so special and loved - even now, months after our wedding. We worked very closely with Andrea, Christine, and Alyssa - they are the best of the best out there! If I lived closer and could join their team, I would be begging for a job. All in all, there is nothing I would change about our experience with The Lace Factory. If you are on the fence about choosing them for your wedding, stop thinking and just book it already! You won't regret it, I promise. Thank you to Andrea and your team - we are going to cherish our memories at the Lace Factory for the rest of time!
We LOVE the Lace Factory. Wonderful team to work with, gorgeous venue, unique, so accommodating. Can't say enough great things about them. Our wedding day was magical. I wish I could do it all again! Have your wedding at The Lace Factory, you won't regret it!!
My husband and I just got married at The Lace Factory and we cannot say enough excellent things about it! From the space, to the staff, to the food - everything was truly incredible! Christine & Andrea worked tirelessly to make sure our vision came to life! Our guests can’t stop talking about how awesome the day was!!! Thank you thank you thank you to The Lace Factory for making our day PERFECT!
We just had our wedding at The Lace Factory and everything was so amazing. The staff, the food, the timing, the decor… everything! The team was so awesome to work with, and was so open to all the decor ideas I had for the space. Tiffany, Alyssa, Kristina, Susan, and Christine were all so attentive, knowledgeable, and wanted to make everything perfect. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how good the food was; as we were making our rounds, most of their plates were almost licked clean. The vibe of the space is antique industrial, and the added decor items make it so dreamy. We used the Essex Steam Train to bring our guests to The Lace Factory, and held our ceremony at Deep River Landing across the street from The Lace Factory. I would 110% recommend this venue if you are looking for an antique, historic vibe for your wedding!
We just had our wedding on October 1st at The Lace Factory and our guests have not stopped raving about The Lace Factory. The Lace Factory stands out the most because of the beautiful and unique venue, their kind and attentive staff, and the amazing food!
What we loved most about The Lace Factory was the variety of beautiful and unique settings for our guests. Our guests arrived at The Lace Factory by the Essex Steam Train. The venue is right on the train route, and works frequently with the Essex Steam Train to organize this unique feature. Our guests went directly to the train station, were greeted by cocktails, and then enjoyed a forty minute scenic train ride through the Connecticut river valley. They were dropped off directly in front of The Lace Factory. We held our ceremony outside in the courtyard enclosed by a beautiful garden. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour both outside and inside by their beautiful wooden bar. For dinner, the ballroom opened up and the true beauty of the venue was revealed. Floor to ceiling windows bring in the most beautiful lighting, white brick makes it light and bright, and the venue offers beautiful “add on” decor such as hanging apple ladders with greenery, hanging edison bulbs, ceiling draping, and bistro lighting.
The food at The Lace Factory is exceptional. We had our initial tasting in November 2019, and the food this October was even better than we remembered. The guests loved all the passed appetizers and the harvest table was beautiful! Guests dinner was exceptional. We chose the short rib, scallops, and stuffed mushrooms. The staff even went above and beyond to accommodate a few guests who needed special meals. Dessert was incredible. We had mini cupcakes, pies, and cannolis. Guests were obsessed.
The beauty of the venue and the attention to details such as food is just the start of what makes The Lace Factory so special. The staff at The Lace Factory truly made the experience feel so personal. We worked with the The Lacetory Team for over two years as we planned, postponed, and replanned our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. They consistently checked in and were always easily accessible to answer my many many questions. On the day of, Alyssa was always by our side making sure we had what we needed. Andrea (the owner), went out of her way to make me gluten free cookies while we were getting ready and a gluten free cupcake at the reception. They made sure the day ran so smoothly. If there were any hiccups, we still have no idea.
I would recommend The Lace Factory to anybody looking for a unique guest experience, effortless planning, and a great party!
The Lace Factory was a dream to work with. After having to postpone the wedding date (due to covid), they reassured us that they would do everything they could to execute the wedding that we dreamed of. The wedding was a success from start to finish. They were a well oiled machine. Impeccable service, delicious food , and a pleasant staff that was always approachable and very professional. We had the time of our life at the Lace Factory and we thank you!
I cannot say enough about Lace Factory! My wife and I got married here in July, and everything about our day and the process was excellent. Christine and her crew worked tirelessly to make sure all of our little details were in place and we had everything we needed for the big day.
The venue itself is breathtaking and there are many options for tailoring the space to make it your own. The food and desserts were also incredible! Everything was displayed beautifully and our cake ended up looking exactly like the picture we provided.
We would recommend Lace Factory and Cloud Nine to everyone.
My now husband and I got married at the Lace Factory recently and I can honestly say it was better than my dreams. It took my breath away walking into the space that day. The décor, the lighting, the florals, the food (OMG the food), the staff, EVERYTHING was perfection. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it and we’ve even heard from several people it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to😋. It was the hottest day of the year that day and last minute we decided to move our ceremony inside. It ended up being better than our original plan and people have told us it was the most intimate, special ceremony they've ever been part of, and my husband and I truly felt the magic too. Most of all, I need to brag about our INCREDIBLE wedding planner, Tiffany Zwart. There aren’t enough words to describe how truly amazing she is at both her job and just as a person. If you are thinking about getting married at the Lace Factory, hire Tiffany. You need to and that's it. Even our families are still talking about her and how smoothly the day went because of her. I could go on about how amazing our day was and I wish I could relive it a million more times!
If you are looking for a beautiful, unique, romantic venue with AWESOME staff, absolutely book with The Lace Factory. Christine and her team were amazingly patient, understanding and supportive in the YEARS that we worked with them - through planning and then replanning our wedding due to covid. I used the word perfect more on the day of my wedding than any other time in my life, and that is due to the effort Christine and her team put into pulling off our vision and making sure everything ran smoothly. Christine was an absolute pleasure to work - she is professional and organized, but also funny, easy going and understanding if you (like me) are an indecisive bride, or just not too sure how the whole planning process works. ChristinA - my attendant for the day was so sweet and always made sure we had what we needed :) We would recommend this venue and team 1000x over. Thank you all again!
We rescheduled our wedding at the Lace Factory 3x due to the pandemic. It was stressful to say the least but our wedding at the The Lace Factory was finally able to happen! Christine (the GM) was such a sweetheart to work with and listened to everything I had wanted. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! We received so many compliments from our guests loving the appetizers, main entrees, and yes..even the cake! The wedding assistant Alyssa, that ran around like a nut the day of to make sure we were happy and always had a drink in our hand and food in our stomach was the last perfect touch we loved! If you’re looking for a a unique wedding venue that your guests will NEVER forget..this is it! The only negative thing I can say is that with 100 guests in May, the space got a bit warm and people complained about the heat. Overall, did not matter in the end! To the staff- Thanks for making our day so special! ❤️
We had a wonderful experience at The Lace Factory! The team was so lovely and made it easy to plan our special day. The room is absolutely beautiful with amazing lighting from all of the windows. The food was also delicious and not like traditional wedding food which we loved. We received so many compliments on the uniqueness of the venue. Such a great day!
I was planning my wedding at The Lace Factory in Deep River, CT. Due to the pandemic our original date was 8/8/2020. We postponed our wedding for 6/19/2021 in hope that the pandemic would be under control. It is not. The venue has a 150 person minimum but with state mandates if 18 days prior to the wedding the mandate is in place that we can only have for example 50 people, I then need to call my guests and tell 100 people they didn’t make the cut. As a result we have decided to cancel our wedding until it is safer to do so. With that being said, we contacted Christine Dickerson the general manager and expressed our concerns. They told us because we are breaking contract that we will not receive any of our money back. I could understand the deposit being held but the rest is ridiculous. We have paid almost $9000.00 so far. Super disappointed!
We fell in love with their indoor space, but ended up with an awesome unique outdoor tented reception at this space to follow 2020 regulations and keep everyone healthy and well. The owner was very accommodating and ready to work with us when we needed to make ongoing changes to our wedding plans. We were able to have an amazing night with several of our guests telling us how much they enjoyed all the food, and especially the s’mores bar. They catered to our dietary preferences without any extra charges and had many great options! We'd definitely recommend checking them out -- you can even take a historic steam train with your guests directly to the venue at Deep River Landing.
Our experience with The Lace Factory has exceed our expectations. We planned to have our wedding in May of this year, but due to the current situation, we postponed to August of this year. Then, will all of the unknowns in CT, we moved our wedding, once again, to September 2021. Tiffany and the Lace Factory crew have gone above and beyond with helping us move our wedding. It's a difficult time for the wedding industry and couples and they have been nothing short of amazing! We have the option for a small ceremony, which we are doing in August and they are so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend The Lace Factory, they are amazing!
We could not have picked a better venue for our ceremony and reception. The Lace Factory was truly our ideal venue from start to finish. The space was exactly what we were looking for (industrial / bohemian). The staff was personal and organized and just beyond stellar with the way everything was handled from visits to tastings to decor meetings etc. They also went above and beyond on the day of our wedding and ensured everything went perfectly. They were able to accommodate any requests we had and made everything for that day perfectly tailored to us. The food was outstanding and we loved that everything was done in-house. We just could not speak more highly of our experience with TLF and would do the whole day all over again if we could (and we wouldn't change a thing!)
The Lace Factory is a gorgeous venue filled with charm and personality! We continue to hear from our guests how amazing the food was at our wedding, and it truly was phenomenal! However, I only gave them four stars because the day of it felt like certain things were not accurately portrayed to us. For example, our wedding was on a hot summer Saturday and while the venue says the inside would be air conditioned that was not the case. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for our guests- especially those at the back of the reception room. In addition, we were told our cocktail hour and harvest table would be outside but again we were not told that if they deemed it too hot that would be moved inside without our knowing which impacted certain add-ons we had originally chosen (i.e string quartet and drapes within the dining room). These are small details, but important to know when choosing a venue! Overall, it is a wonderful venue where you will have a beautiful background to start your life together!
A hidden gem! Highly recommend the Lace Factory. Food -Excellent, Atmosphere - So Special, and Personal - Phenomenal! If you want to be confident that your event will be beautiful and go smoothly this is the place - MOB approved! In one word - Confidence! You knew all would be right. A special thank you to the owner for rolling up her sleeves and working elbow to elbow with her incredible staff to put on a truly memorable event. Her example and expertise was greatly appreciated. A class act!
When I say our wedding day was a dream, it's the truth - everything was perfect. Not only is the venue itself amazingly unique and beautiful, the team at The Lace Factory/Cloud Nine are incredible. They were so helpful in the planning process and took care of everything for us the day of. (They also made our 'grrr-oomsmen' feel right at home with all the attention) :-)
To The Lace Factory team: Our experience was truly amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of our family & friends. You truly made our dream day a reality. We will forever be grateful. - Rob & Jess Yazdzik
We had our wedding at the Lace Factory this past August and it was amazing. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and guests were raving about the unique and beautiful space. The food was VERY good and they put a lot of effort into the presentation - it is definitely not your average wedding food. They know how to run a wedding at the Lace Factory - you are in very good hands there. The night of our wedding everything was very organized and went perfectly. I highly recommend the Lace Factory.
Response from the Vendor on 10/21/2019
Thank you so much for the kind words. You and Steven are such a great couple and you were an exquisite bride. We hope you stop back and visit us either at Cloud Nine for lunch or The Lace Factory for brunch. Hope to see you!
Our wedding at The Lace Factory far exceeded our expectations. The staff was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious, and the venue was stunning. They paid attention to the little details, which took the day from really great to absolutely perfect. They boxed up our leftovers in such a thoughtful way- a little bit of everything so we were able to try and taste everything the next day (let’s be honest, we didn’t eat a whole lot day of…). The packed our car for us at the end of the night so all we needed to arrange was for someone to stop by in the morning and drive it home. They added small little details to the décor that was perfectly “us”. Overall, we felt like our wedding day went so well because of Tiffany, Nicole, Andrea and all the other staff at The Lace Factory. We cannot thank you all enough. One note- there is limited parking at the venue (it fits around 40 cars), but there are many alternatives- just something to keep in mind!
Our wedding was a dream come true. All expectations were exceeded. The venue looked like a fairytale, wooded paradise. I could not have asked for a more beautiful space to marry the love of my life. Not only was the space gorgeous by itself, the LF team really went above and beyond to make our vision come alive. We HIGHLY recommend using their décor planner (Tiffany) who was a lifesaver the month before our wedding. They have wonderful pieces to include in your décor including a large lantern for cards, apple baskets, chandeliers, etc. LF provides guests with an experience. We used the steam train as a way for our guests to arrive and they loved it. The Lace Factory also allows couples to show their unique side and highlight special events that mean a lot to the bride and groom. If I could give over 5 stars, I WOULD! Absolutely glowing review and I wish I could relive our wedding again and again. Great job. Thank you so much Lace Factory!!!!
Love, Eric and Julia
From the moment we stepped foot in The Lace Factory, we knew it was the only place to have our wedding. The perfect balance of romance meets industrial, mixed with the gorgeous greenery surrounding the main hall, we also knew decor would be minimal. Every last detail was handled with care. Andrea, Tiffany and her incredible team communicated with us every step of the way.
I couldn't imagine anything else for our big day. It was absolutely amazing–everyone is still raving about it!
I had first seen a picture of The Lace Factory back in 2015 on instagram in my feed and saved it to my phone for future reference. (I wasn't engaged and had no immediate plans to be, I just like to save what I like). Fast forward to 2016, I got engaged and knew I had to check out this venue!! We both wanted something unique and non-traditional, the not your typical "Wedding Factory" type of weddings that get you in and out, the same and mundane. I loved it from the first time I visited. The building was unique and the big windows encompassing the entire room are amazing. The venue was like a canvas that they let me make my own which I was grateful for. I didn't get to eat my food the day of the wedding, but everybody was raving about how amazing it was. I got to enjoy my leftovers and cake the next day, and it still tasted great! All the girls were helpful and made it easy for me to project my ideas into reality. Thank you for an unforgettable day!
A few years ago I saw some wedding photos from a girl I previously went to school with. They got married at The Lace Factory. It was the most beautiful wedding, and since seeing those photos, I knew it was the only place I would ever want to get married when the time came for me. When my fiancé proposed in May of 2017, we almost instantly went to visit and I just hoped and prayed he loved it as much as I did. He did!!
We had our wedding on 9/28/18 and I must say, it was the most beautiful and perfect wedding I have ever been to in my entire life! Yes I am probably a little biased, but even most of our guests agreed! Our florist certainly helped by creating my dream, but TLF is truly just a magical and beautiful space. It’s rustic, yet whimsical, romantic and just perfect.
There are many options for you to choose from regarding food, decor, tables/chairs, drinks, activities, etc. They really let us customize our wedding by allowing our florist to go over the top, we customized our menu by adding additional courses and allowing my fiancé to get his own menu given his medical condition, we had a donut bar for our guests, a cigar bar for our guests, a personalized slideshow of family members that have recently passed, and even ended our night with a sparkler exit. They even got my fiancé his own cake knowing he was restricted and couldn’t have our wedding cake and they allowed us to bring in our own Italian cookies as part of our family tradition.
There are a few restrictions with the noise and the transportation/parking, but you can work through those by communicating with Andrea and using the Essex Steam Train (which I’ve heard is pretty cool).
I would 100% recommend TLF to anyone and everyone. We wish we could get married all over again as it was truly the most magical day of our lives.

We were initially drawn to the Lace Factory because of the ability to ride the Essex Steam Train to the venue, but quickly fell for the space. The light and bones of the place are gorgeous, and you can really make it your own. The key, though, is the staff, who really know what they are doing. Andrea, the owner, worked with us on some unique hanging decor elements and let me design the cake and provide my own sugar flowers (I'm a former pastry chef and a little picky), and it was all executed flawlessly. Christine and all the staff at the office were great to work with, and you knew they weren't forgetting any details. It made the process so much easier. On the day of, the service staff was amazing, and Nicole, our captain, made sure we always had food and beverages (which was much appreciated - no horror stories of going hungry at our own wedding for us!). Oh, the food! Best wedding food ever! All the guests raved about it. Their cakes are amazing as well (so many good flavor options, too...and again, I am so picky when it comes to cake!).
Everything about our reception was absolutely perfect - we wouldn't change a single thing. With all the details that go into it, I know it was so crucial to have such a well-run operation, and we were so glad we chose the Lace Factory!
This venue is everything I wanted it to be and more. It made all my industrial wedding chic dreams come true. Their staff is amazing and very flexible to any request. Shout out to Alesha, Christine, and Alyssa for all of their help on our wedding day. Cloud Nine Catering is delicious and my pumpkin chocolate chip wedding cake was to die for. Tiffany from Brides on Cloud Nine made the venue look beautiful and took care of all the decor details that day. I walked into the venue ready to eat, drink, and dance without a worry in the world. The Cloud Nine Team and the Lace Factory are for sure a venue you should consider!
The Lace Factory made our dreams come true. We met with Andrea and as she toured us around, we knew it was the place for us! It is GORGEOUS! The staff at the lace factory, including Tiffany are the absolute best! Side note: I highly recommend Tiffany for your day of coordinator! She is the absolute best, kind, patient, and detail oriented! Everything is customizable, so you get exactly what you want. Book TLF today! :)
My husband and I got married at The Lace Factory in July, and we couldn't be happier with how our day went! We absolutely loved the venue, and our guests kept talking about how beautiful, intimate and unique the space was. The food was delicious and the owner, Andrea, and staff at The Lace Factory were on top of every detail. We felt like the whole team wanted our day to go perfectly. There is plenty of space at this venue to be creative with decorations, and they have many different options available for you to include. We hired Broadturn Farm as our florist, and they did a stunning job creating beautiful arrangements that were true to the venue. We definitely recommend reaching out to them if you want gorgeous flowers! We hired Tiffany Zwart as our weekend wedding planner, and we cannot say enough amazing things about her! She was beyond supportive in helping us organize the details of our weekend, and she was super quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to and during the wedding. She has a calming and kind energy, which made her even more of a pleasure to work with. We can't picture how the wedding planning process would have went without her help, and we are so appreciative of her expertise! We are looking forward to visiting The Lace Factory for a Sunday brunch soon!
It’s a breathtaking venue that we fell in love with, and made for the most gorgeous photos. Andrea (the owner) is professional and gets things done exactly how you want them. Mara was our day of wedding go-to and she was fabulous. So helpful and didn’t want you to life a finger to do anything - they truly want you to enjoy your day. Brought us champagne and appetizers during our photos (we did a first look) and the whole wedding party loved that.
My cousin got married here when The Lace Factory first opened and I knew that if I ever got married, this was the place for me. I fell in love with it at first sight. This venue is so unique and stunning and the staff is beyond incredible. They were so helpful throughout the entire planning process, and so responsive to my many questions:) Andrea, Nicole and Melissa were beyond amazing to work with and every one of my guests raved about the food, the service and the decor. My wedding day was beyond anything I've ever dreamed of, and it is in large part because of the staff at The Lace Factory and Cloud Nine Catering. I can't recommend them enough.
The Lace Factory exceeded all of my expectations! From the details from the venue/caterer to all of the day of details, it was the most perfect day. The venue is SO beautiful and the owner and team there are hands on and so helpful. They ensured we knew everything prior to the day and our day of Captain was there throughout the whole day to ensure everything went smoothly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this venue. The other amazing part is that they own the catering company- so everything is all in one. Made it so easy to plan and execute! Truly was the most amazing day!!
We got married at The Lace Factory in October 2017. This venue is absolutely beautiful, with high ceilings and huge windows. It is a truly unique wedding venue, all of our guests commented on how pretty and unlike any other wedding they had been to before.
You have to use Cloud Nine Catering as the caterer, and the food was amazing! We heard from so many guests afterwards how much they loved the food and the cake.
Most of all, the staff at the Lace Factory was AMAZING. We had Melissa as our day of supervisor and Mara as our personal attendant. They eased my anxiety so much by making sure all of the decorations and every little detail was set up exactly how I envisioned! They made sure my husband and I got cocktails during cocktail hour even though we were off taking pictures, that our food was hot and that we made sure that we sat down to actually eat. They packed up everything at the end of the night for us in a car that we left overnight so that we could leave right after the wedding for our after party and didn't have to worry about it at all!
We LOVED our wedding at the Lace Factory and were impressed by the staff's attention to detail. We felt so taken care of the whole night, everything went perfectly!
Our wedding at The Lace Factory was beyond perfect! First of all, this place has so much character and raw beauty which we immediately fell in love with. The venue is warm and intimate, just what we were looking for. Secondly, the staff at The Lace Factory took such great care of us through out the process. They took detailed notes, made suggestions that helped round out our vision, and were incredibly easy to work with. Lastly, the food was delicious and their presentation was beautiful. We cannot be any more happier with how our wedding turned out and a lot of that is due to the entire staff at The Lace Factory/Cloud Nine.
To say that our wedding was our "best day ever" is an understatement. After having met my now husband on the metro north, incorporating a train into our wedding was not even a question. When I found pictures of a wedding held at the Essex train yard and Lace Factory, I woke my now husband up out of a dead sleep to tell him this is where we had to get married (we weren't even engaged yet! haha!). Almost two years later, we had our ceremony at the Essex Steam Train Yard, where our guests boarded the train to take to and from our reception at The Lace Factory (TLF). This reception venue is nothing short of stunning. It's a total blank canvas, which is something I loved, but I'm sure can seem intimidating to most. I already had a vision in mind prior to walking into even my first meeting, and the girls at TLF, Andrea, Courtney, and Tiffany, helped to keep that vision alive, but also brought me back down to earth at times to make sure the night would flow smoothly (and it did!). From the staff member designated to making sure the bride and groom are hydrated and fed to the catering staff who got individually prepared meals out on time...we can't say enough about how flawless our day was. We did not stop receiving calls/texts about how wonderful, fun, beautiful, (the list goes on!) our wedding was, and we know we have the team at TLF to thank for that.
That being said, there is one special person who we could not go without mentioning...Tiffany. If you have the means to do so, hire Tiffany. She's the master mind behind Brides on Cloud 9, a wedding planning company that is affiliated with and works exclusively for TLF. She is by far one of the best decisions we ever made. Her kindness, attention to detail, and passion for her work are just a few of the things that make her an absolute joy to work with. Although we only hired her as a day-of planner, she was there throughout the process to answer any questions that came up and was present at every meeting to help guide us. I already knew the vision for my wedding, and my mom and I had a bunch of DIY projects that we wanted to create, but we needed someone there the day of who could execute them, all while keeping our day on schedule. Tiffany did every bit of this and more. My mom and I dropped two car loads of DIY projects off to Tiffany the Wednesday before the wedding and wiped our hands clean that night. I would have never felt so relaxed and stress-free going into my wedding if it wasn't for her. She did everything we asked of her (which was A LOT!!) and more. I could go on and on about how much we loved her, but I'll leave you with this...there are some people in this world who were meant to do what they do. They exude a kindness and passion that touches the lives of others and is carried throughout their work. Simply put, they make you feel the way you should, whether it be on your wedding day or not. This person is Tiffany. She made Josh and I feel every bit the way a bride and groom should feel, not only on our wedding day, but throughout the entire process, and for this reason and many more, we would never be able to thank her enough.
My best friend had his wedding at the Lace Factory and I have never seen such a spectacular place. The industrial charm, the old, "Speak Easy" bar, the barn doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows made the venue look amazing. The food was catered by Cloud Nine and was second to none for taste. The appetizers, the entrees and the desserts were incredible. The whole night was a huge success! Congratulations, Kelly & Zach!
LOVE THE LACE FACTORY!! We had gone to a wedding over the summer and it was stunning. This venue is so unique and a beautiful location for a wedding! I would highly recommend having your wedding here. And it WAS an old lace factory, a lot of history in this building. Their catering company, Cloud Nine Catering, was phenomenal and did a fantastic job as well! All around, a great place!
My sister had her wedding at the lace factory, and as her MOH and an event coordinator on the West Coast, I played a big role in assisting with the planning. I was able to see the transformation of the space, which is STUNNING as is, but the décor and set-up possibilities are endless. The pictures came out AMAZING, the food, staff, and service were fabulous and truly impressive. I can't say enough great things about the lace factory!
I attended a wedding at the Lace Factory over the summer and it was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to! The servers, the bartenders and the FOOD was second to none! What a magical place!!
Our wedding at The Lace Factory was nothing short of perfect. From the very beginning, the team at TLF went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of. They made suggestions, pointed out a few things that we would have overlooked along the way, and made sure that we were well taken care of the entire time we were there. They listened to the vibe we were looking for and 100% delivered. I can't thank them enough for all of their help and hard work in making our day special. Our family and friends are still raving about how much fun it was and how beautiful the venue was. All in all, if you are thinking about taking a look at The Lace Factory, do it! You'll fall in love just like we did!
The Lace Factory is the place you want to have your wedding. I was looking for a wedding venue that was not your traditional venue, with heavy curtains and swirly blue carpet. The Lace Factory is classic and able to be customized. We had our ceremony at our 1830s farmhouse and then took the Essex steam train to The Lace Factory (this is something you can set up with the venue. The private train ride for us and all of our guests really top the day off and the price is fairly reasonable.) The staff at The Lace Factroy is more than accommodating to us on our day...we did not lift a finger. Christine delivered us appetizers and our signature drinks (which were some of the best mixed drinks I've had) while we were taking photos during cocktail hours. I never made my way to the bar once to get my own drink! The receptions space was amazing. The large windows that let in the best light and the wood floors really are just simply beautiful. The decorations just add to the beauty of the space. The food was out of this world. Fresh and updated. They do a beautiful job at making the food presentable. The space was large enough to fit all 165 of our guest comfortably. We had an awesome dance party! We also had a sparkler send off at the end of the night that the staff set up for us which was great. We are so happy we went with The Lace Factory for our big day! Highly, highly recommend if you are looking for a day that is unique, where you can be creative and wow your guests!
If you’ve ever walked into the Lace Factory, you already know how absolutely incredible this venue is. After walking in there once, we knew this was the place for us – we ended up booking on the spot. The building offers so many opportunities to be creative with wedding décor, however, even if you didn’t put up one decoration – it would still be so beautiful. The whole Cloud Nine team also did an amazing job with our wedding. Andrea, the owner, Christine, our wedding supervisor and Maura, our wedding captain were so amazing on the day of our wedding. They helped to make sure everything ran smooth and we had absolutely nothing to worry about on that day. If there were any hiccups or issues – I have no idea what they were! It truly was the best day of our lives and that was in large part due to this amazing venue. We would highly recommend the Lace Factory and Cloud Nine to any future bride and groom!
Brides on Cloud Nine/Tiffany:
Hiring Tiffany for day-of wedding décor setup and take-down was probably one of the best choices we made for our wedding day. She was so amazing! Not only is she a sweet person, but she was so responsive with any question we had leading up to the wedding and made us feel very comfortable in the plan we had. She executed our very detailed and extensive wedding décor plan so perfectly – everything was set up how I had pictured it. We would highly recommend Tiffany and Brides on Cloud Nine to any future bride and groom!

A DREAM come true! When you’ve waited your whole life for something, and you wonder how it’s going to turn out, and then you’re surrounded by your friends and family, and it’s better than you could have imagined – what a miracle that is!
The Lace Factory is undeniably a hidden gem! We were made a priority at every turn, and boy oh boy, did it translate to the wedding of a lifetime! From the premier service, to the exceptional food, to the venue’s charm, The Lace Factory wowed in every single way! The venue offers a backdrop that inspires creativity, a photo opportunity at every turn, and an atmosphere that is both welcoming and sophisticated. The ambience transported us and our guests into a magical universe.
Our experience was phenomenal and our guests have been raving – for weeks now!
We are honored to write this review on behalf of The Lace factory; they earned it! A special thank you to Andrea, Courtney, Anastasia, Christine and Kim who made a memory for us that we, and our guests, will never forget.

Thank you for creating the absolute most perfect day of our lives. From the moment I first visited the Lace Factory, I knew it was the venue that matched the spirit of who we are as people and as a couple. The undeniable charm and beauty of your building provides an incomparable foundation for events that are second to none. What truly blew me away on our wedding day was the unbelievable attentiveness and kindness shown by your entire staff. I felt tremendous comfort from the frequent check-ins from Courtney and Kim and the visible care that each staff member took in interacting with our guests. We have received endless positive feedback regarding the beauty of the facility, the quality of the food, and the overt love of all involved. Thank you for taking such good care of our family and friends. You truly made our dream day a reality. We will forever be grateful. I now love rainy days. Somehow, the rain and cold made the space even more romantic, beautiful and warm.
With tremendous gratitude,
Alyssa & Trev
We got married in September at the Lace Factory. The venue is classically beautiful without need for much decoration but it's canvas also adapts well to any style of decor. On our perfect day the light was streaming through the large old windows onto the warm wood floors. The autumn plants were set nicely against the old brick and metal details of the exterior. Our guests took the steam train in and arrived across the street with the CT river as a backdrop. The original factory belonged to a family member and we were thrilled to see it brought back to glory for such happy events. Thank you to the staff for making what could have been an otherwise stressful day a dream.
We got married this summer at the Lace Factory and our wedding was absolutely amazing! All of our guests were amazed at how beautiful the space was and were so excited they got to ride the Essex Steam Train to the venue. Kim, our coordinator was amazing and did everything in her power to make our day perfect. The food from the exclusive caterer, Cloud nine, exceeded our expectations! The food was 10 times more delicious the day of our wedding than during our tasting! We did run out of beer but one of the bartenders ran to the store to get more. The only reason I am not giving the venue a 5/5 was because there were communication issues, initially I did everything through Ana but then about a month before the wedding I started communicating with Courtney which was a bit confusing, both were nice and helpful but it made it confusing and stressful as the wedding day was approaching. We also had some issues with the billing and I ended up having to drive the final check to Cloud nine catering the week of the wedding because I never was told a final number after giving our final headcount. Considering I live 6 hours away and had a ton of things to do the week of the wedding, this was additional stress I did not need.
We had our wedding recently at Lace Factory and it was absolutely beautiful !!! We got so many compliments from guests about the gorgeous venue and the food and how phenomenal it was. We ended up having our ceremony indoors as it rained outside and it turned out to be just beautiful. We could not have been happier. Andrea was able to let us set up the day before and that was a great help. She also offered some great suggestions. I hope I get to return to Lace one day it truly was fantastic, the staff, food and venue were more than I could of asked for. I appreciate all the time spent with my husband and I prior to our wedding to nail down all the details. They absolutely nailed it.!!! If you can get the pumpkin cheesecake it is to die for! Thank you Lace and Cloud Nine you hands down made our day.
I fell in love with this place from the online pictures and reviews, but when we arrived for our tour, the tour guide didn't offer ANY details. It felt like we had to ask even the most basic questions to get any information about the place, including even seeing the courtyard and the bridal suite. We decided the tour was probably just a fluke (everyone has an off day!) and went forward booking our date. We had a contract sent to us that asked for US to take out a TWO MILLION DOLLAR insurance policy on the venue. After having a lawyer review the contract we drafted up some changes we would like to see (nothing crazy - just a smaller insurance policy and the ability to get our money back in case the venue went bankrupt or closed before our wedding). We sent the revised contract back asking if we could make these few changes. We got a response a week and a half later (after sending 3 more emails) that they "would not budge on anything and they no longer wished to pursue any business with us."
All I have to say is WOW. If that is the way you treat potential customers, then you have a very short business road ahead of you. Thanks for ruining my wedding dreams!
The Lace Factory is so unique and special that I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to have their weddings here. I wish I could relive that day in June. Not that this ended up being an issue on my wedding day but I would like to provide feedback- Each time I met with someone on Andrea's team, it was someone different, and there didn't seem to be consistency between each meeting or there weren't notes left for the next person. There were certain things my mom and I needed a follow-up on, and we didn't receive. I was flying from Chicago each time I had these meetings so it was a bit frustrating when we had to take a few steps back each time I was there, instead of moving forward. I would get questions asked of me that I already provided answers to. It wasn't until we met Andrea (in early June and my wedding was late June) that we truly got answers and things got accomplished. And, the team executed everything flawlessly the day of. But I would like to relay that information, as it did make me a bit nervous throughout the process. Nonetheless, everyone could not have been nicer. The day went off without a hitch and it was BEAUTIFUL. We were fortunate with a sunny, breezy day in June and the natural light flooded the inside of the venue. Guests RAVED (and I mean raved) about the train transportation. It's an added cost but worth every penny. It was a magical evening overall, thanks to Andrea and her team for creating the best night of my life!
Everything about the Lace Factory was absolute perfection. The venue is naturally so gorgeous and unique. All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful it was. The food was excellent and the staff was so lovely to work with. They had everything covered from start to finish. There isn't one thing we would change about our day! I highly recommend having your wedding here!
My husband and I cannot say enough great things about The Lace Factory and their staff. Andrea always had suggestions for us about decorating and Ana was SO helpful answering my 1000 questions. Although we got married in August on one of the hottest days of the year, the staff did everything they could to keep the room cool and despite the heat everyone still had the best time and kept the dance floor full. The Lace Factory is absolutely stunning and such a blank canvas, you really can decorate it however you would like to make it your dream wedding venue. Our wedding was an absolutely beautiful day and we could not have done it without the guidance and assistance from the staff at The Lace Factory! We truly felt the venue was perfect for us and helped make our day so special. Thank you so much LF staff, especially Ana!
ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! I had my wedding at the Lace Factory on July 9th 2016 and it was a complete dream! The Lace Factory & Cloud Nine exceeded all my expectations! The food was delicious, served warm. I opted to have a plated dinner with salad and passed hors d'oeuvres. Everything went sooooooo smoothly. I had a large harvest table set up in the court yard outside and a raw bar under a tent in the court yard. The Raw bar was a huge hit. We had shrimp, well fleet oysters and Jonah crab. All the guests flocked to the court yard for appetizers! The salad course and dinner was brought out to each guest in a timely fashion while still being warm and beautiful (had edible orchid on each individual plate)! Cloud 9 was very accommodating with our requests to get the well fleet oysters and in creating our custom menu from start to finish! We also had Ben & Jerrys cater desert They did a sundae bar which was a HUGE HIT! All the guests were in line getting Ben & Jerrys! We also had The Lace Factory make a fruit tarte and homemade chocolate chip cookies. I had Erica O'Brien do my wedding cake and although it was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen!.... It was as dry as could be.... I do not recommend unfortunately.
Andrea & her team completely delivered on my wedding day. This was the best venue I could have ever possibly chosen. My husband and I are so happy with how everything came out and how accommodating and helpful the entire staff of Cloud Nine was!
THANK YOU ANDREA & YOUR AMAZING TEAM!
We can not express enough how amazing The Lace Factory is. It is a BEAUTIFUL space, and the staff is more than accommodating. From the beginning of our planning process, to the very end, we had non stop support from them. We have received nonstop compliments from our guest. From the delicious food, top notch service, and last minute changes due to the rain, the staff was incredible. They truly helped make our vision come to life. It was absolutely a magical day, and we are forever grateful for all the hard work from Andrea, Anastasia, Courtney, Kim, Nicole, and the rest of the behind the scenes staff who we may not have met. Every one of you helped make our day the BEST DAY!
I absolutely LOVE the Lace Factory. The venue is one of the most unique and beautiful spots for a wedding. We had our ceremony in the courtyard and our reception indoors. The space is just fantastic. I love the distressed, rustic look and the vintage bar. The decor is phenomenal and was exactly what we were looking for. Renting the Essex Steam Train was such a fun addition and guests loved it!
Andrea, Kim, Pam, and the rest of the staff at the Lace Factory were super sweet and a pleasure to work with. They respected our wishes and worked to keep us happy throughout the planning process.
Our only suggestion for improvement would be their air conditioning system. It's a very large room with high ceilings and it's quite a difficult room to cool. We were very hot all night (late July, understandably), even with the A/Cs blasting. Their bridal suite also needs improved air conditioning, but thankfully, we got ready elsewhere. My husband and his groomsmen got ready there, though, and they were sweating!
We have continued to get compliments on the wedding and overall, we are extremely happy with our choice. I would just recommend booking during a cooler month. The facilities are gorgeous!
I fell in love with The Lace Factory from the moment I saw the venue online (FYI- pictures do not do it justice). I knew instantly that it was where I wanted to get married and that I shouldn't even bother looking at other venues. I am beyond happy that I went with my gut. Not only is the space breathtaking but the staff that they have put together is amazing. If I had a question, it was answered almost immediately, whether it was about the layout, the food or even something random I thought they could help me with. You can tell that they are professionals and are passionate about what they do. HIGHLY recommend!
We cannot begin to say how WONDERFUL our wedding was at The Lace Factory this May!
To start - the venue itself is stunning, and is truly a unique space for a wedding! We booked it immediately upon doing our first walk-through! Andrea, Anastasia, Courtney, Kim, and all of the other Cloud 9 folks are SO incredibly dedicated to their couples, and made sure all of our questions (and believe me, we had many) were addressed immediately! Andrea has quite the eye for decor, and had so many special pieces that we were able to use at our wedding that went perfectly with the venue. I also really appreciated her advice on what works and what doesn't - her experience with event planning ensured our wedding went off without a hitch!
The food and dessert was SO GOOD! We loved the wide variety of selections we could choose from, and the execution and presentation was excellent! The set-up of our reception space was amazing, they truly went above and beyond to make sure the place looked spectacular for us and our guests. We could not imagine having had our wedding anywhere else, and highly recommend The Lace Factory and Cloud 9 Catering for ANY event!! Thanks so much, and can’t wait to share photos once we get them back!!!
Gina and Alex - May 21, 2016
We recently got married at the Lace Factory and could not have been happier with the magical space, the helpful staff, and the delicious food. Our family and friends are still raving about it! As a wedding photographer, I knew the place we would say our vows had to be special. Unique, cozy, and filled with natural light. I knew the second I walked into the Lace Factory upon it's grand opening that this was the place for us. The wedding felt so intimate, every detail was perfect, and I highly recommend The Lace Factory and Cloud Nine Catering. One of my favorite parts about the space is that each wedding feels different. The couple can truly make the venue feel just like them with the advice and guidance of the staff. Such a special place. We love you Lace Factory! :)
Our wedding day at The Lace Factory could not have been more perfect. From the moment we met Andrea for our first look at the venue, we felt something click. She was so laid back and calm, and what I loved the most from a bride's standpoint is she was no-nonsense. From the moment I contacted her, she sent me a HUGE email full of all the information you could ever need to know. This alone immediately made The Lace Factory different from any other venue we had looked at previously.
The Lace Factory is absolutely stunning and incredibly unique. We loved how the space was so raw and industrial, but also so romantic and cozy at the same time. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments on our choice of the venue, and some of our guests want to have an event there!
The staff at the venue was amazing throughout the whole planning process and not once did we have to worry that we were not being listened to. Every email and every phone call was answered, no matter how dumb our question or concern.
Cloud Nine Catering was amazing with their service as well, and again, we received so many compliments on the food - I did not hear a single complaint except for that my guest were "too full!" The menu options were amazing, and the care that they took with serious food allergies was admirable.
As other reviewers have stated, a downfall to this venue would be the parking - but we felt as though it was another chance to surprise our guests, and add in another detail by having our guests transported in by trolley bus. Our guests loved the uniqueness of the ride, and we also were able to get some really cool photos with the trolley as well!
The whole time, we felt as though we had nothing to worry about. With The Lace Factory and Cloud Nine Catering, you are in great hands and we cannot thank them enough for the beyond incredible day they helped create.
From the moment I saw photos of the Lace Factory online, I knew this would be our venue. It definitely lives up to the photos you see online and then some! It is an absolutely gorgeous space. The owner, Andrea and her team are the sweetest people and very accommodating. On the day of the wedding, they made sure everything ran smoothly and they were SO helpful and made sure we ate (which I greatly appreciated!). Great space, great food, great people!
The Lace Factory is a stunning venue, run by an incredible group of people! My husband and I held our wedding reception there this past July, and could not have been happier with how the whole journey unfolded. The atmosphere was perfect, and everything went as smooth as could be. The food, catered by Cloud Nine is amazing. All of my guests were absolutely floored by the beauty of The Lace Factory. I would highly recommend this venue!
The Lace Factory was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a venue. Beautiful rustic look, great management, and the space we needed to accommodate our guests. Great place for any event!
We held my daughters wedding at The Lace Factory in Deep River, CT. They were complete professionals and handled even our smallest details perfectly. They were enthusiastic about making our daughters wedding as special as we hoped it would be. They found a way to say "Yes" to any request or suggestion. Fr the arrival and departure by steam train through the reception proper, it was like a fairytale. It was a night my daughter and her husband will never forget. On a more practical note, the Andrea, the owner and Kim our planner were there to help and guide us all the way. They offer a terrific experience for a fair price. They even handled the catering and the food was awesome. We came down from Braintree and Mansfield, MA. My daughter wanted a destination wedding. This was the right destination.
We had the greatest time at the Lace Factory. The staff made everything go so smoothly and we would not have changed anything throughout the day. We used the Essex Steam Train to take us which the Lace Factory was prepared for having cocktails ready for guests as they walked off the train so there would be a smaller line for the bar. They added details to the venue that really accented our theme. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a few people with food allergies, who all raved about the food. Staff was present but not obtrusive throughout the night and really I would not have changed a moment of the evening. Andrea and her staff were very laid back and professional and really just put us at ease throughout the night. We would recommend them to anyone!
We just got married at The Lace Factory in August and I have to say it was better than I imagined! The venue alone is an amazing space and I didn't have to do much to decorate it! It was so nice to see it all come together and they did everything for me. It was like having my own wedding planner. Kim, Andrea and the entire staff there are so amazing and made sure my Groom and I had everything we needed and that we, as well as our guests, were well attended to the entire evening! Everyone tells you what a blur it will be and it's so true but they made sure we didn't miss out on anything or forget anything. I am so grateful!
Our guests are still raving about what a great time our wedding was and we are so glad we chose to spend that moment at The Lace Factory!
My husband and I got married at the Lace Factory (LF), August 8th, 2015. We had our reception outside in the courtyard and then the reception inside and out.
We are from the Boston area and found the LF on Pinterest. We both have been to many many weddings and we were really looking for a venue that was different and unique. The LF is certainly out of the ordinary. It was a beautiful and interesting venue that all of our guests loved. We loved it so much that we even took our engagement photoshoot at the venue, which made for a fun invitation. We had the dance floor at the far end which was awesome because the floor was so big so everyone stayed dancing comfortably, surrounded by the large windows.
Not only was the venue amazing the staff was so fun to work with as well. Andrea the owner was laid back and easy to talk to. Both Courtney, Kim, and Anastasia were amazing and were quick to answer any phone call or email. You could really tell that the staff knew what they were doing and did enjoyed it.
The food was delicious. My husband and I are foodies and the actual meal was one of the most important parts about our day. We loved it, not only did we love it, I had many guests tell us after the fact that they usually don't like food at weddings but they really enjoyed the food at ours.
Another unique option about the LF is the option to take the Essex Steam Train to the venue. We along with our 200 guest boarded the train in Essex and took a scenic ride along the CT river and got dropped off at the venue and then picked up again at night. It made it such a fun and different way to get to the wedding. It also made for some amazing pictures.
On the plane to our honeymoon my husband turned and said to me that it was the best day of his life and he wanted to live it over and over. I too felt the same! The LF made for the perfect backdrop to a perfect day!
I'm so glad Chris and I found The Lace Factory. It was the perfect venue for our wedding. Andrea, Courtney, Nicole, Melissa (best golf cart driver ever!!), and the entire Lace Factory/Cloud Nine team were so wonderful to us and really helped with planning and making our day perfect. Andrea even came to the rescue when our ring bearer had a meltdown at the start of the ceremony! Also, we actually got to eat!! Not only did they bring us drinks and appetizers when we were doing pictures, but they also made sure we got full plates of food during the reception. The servers even went around the room to our guests with platters of food to make sure there would be minimal food waste from the buffet. So many of our guests were blown away by the venue, and we got so many amazing compliments. If you are looking for something vintage and intimate that isn't your typical wedding venue, this is your place! I highly recommend this venue!! Thank you again for helping us live our dream wedding.
I got married this past summer and Cloud Nine and The Lace Factory were absolutely amazing to work with. From the beginning they showed that they really wanted to help my wedding day be as perfect as I pictured.. They helped make the whole planning process so seamless and fun. When we went to the tasting last fall, we were able to try so many options, it was hard to pick what we wanted on our menu. We ended up doing a family style dinner (super fun!!) Everyone is still talking about how good everything was! This venue was exactly what I wanted with an industrial chic look that is so easy to customize the way you want it to look. I cant get over how PERFECT my wedding day was. Thank you so much to everyone over at Cloud Nine and The Lace Factory for helping with everything, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a venue or Caterer.
