The historically restored 1912 Historic Lady Florence is centrally located
just 55 miles north of Seattle and 40 miles south of Bellingham.
Set in the picturesque Stillaguamish River valley and situated on Florence Island alongside the Stillaguamish River in the heart of snow goose and farming country, this 30 acre family estate features gorgeous views of farm fields, rolling gardens, outdoor historic fireplaces and much more! We are happy to offer the 6000 square foot home and entire property for your weekend wedding celebration or choose one of our 12 hour packages, Intimate weddings or all-inclusive elopements. s its well-appointed spaces for bride and groom preparations. The venue offers separate, beautifully designed areas for each, which are not only spacious but also thoughtfully furnished. This allowed the wedding party to prepare in comfort and style, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere before the big event.
The outdoor tent where the reception dinner was held provided a comfortable setting. and guests were able to enjoy the pleasant weather while dining.
Good sized dance area, ideal for a lively evening of celebration.

patient, and an expert about the venue. We paid for the basic lead package, in which Amy did the work of 10 people. She is a rockstar! The venue itself is just gorgeous. One visit and you will fall in love with it like I did. We did the 24 hr rental of the home, so we were able to get access to all the rooms. All of my guests were so happy that there were so many places inside and out for their families to relax and enjoy the wedding. They also did the catering (wood-fired pizza, charcuterie board, etc) and it was FANTASTIC! Nothing but love.

We feel connected to the house and the family who has made such a beautiful place to make dreams come true.
