In addition to its beautiful location, this waterfront restaurant promises an exceptional menu of fresh, local food. Choose from one of three separate event spaces, each one ideal for hosting weddings and more. Out on the deck, you and up to 30 guests can take in sweeping ocean views while enjoying the relaxing sea breeze during your sit-down dinner. This open-air space can also accommodate groups of up to 50 guests for cocktail-style celebrations. Alternatively, the aptly named Harbor Bar looks out over the harbor and can accommodate 50 seated guests and up to 100 individuals for a cocktail-style event. Last, the Front Street Function Room is another option for elegant, cocktail-style receptions of 110 or a seated meal of up to 65 guests.

cured the venue about 11 months in advance. Shauna helped coordinate a sit down plated meal with a variety of menu options for 30 guests. She helped design the menus and printed them for me, it was one less item I needed to worry about. She suggested a florist in close proximity to The Landing who was wonderful to work with. Shauna and I collaborated on decor, place settings and napkins. Shauna was reassuring every step of the way. She was instrumental in guiding us through the process of transitioning the function space into the Welcome Party for 80 guests to enjoy light bites and kick off the festivities. Shauna recommended having our photographer on hand to take pictures outside while the space was transformed. That was a great suggestion and the photographer took amazing photos and captured some memorable moments. The food was amazing! The entire staff was very attentive and accommodating. Everyone raved about what a wonderful evening it was. I highly recommend The Landing for a rehearsal dinner, welcome party or wedding! There are several options available for hosting an event at The Landing, one is to rent out the entire restaurant. I think it would be perfect for a small intimate wedding. You can’t beat the scenic view of the harbor! And I’m confident the staff would take great care of your every need!
