The alarm was the perfect venue! Everyone had such a great time and it turned out beautiful.
I had a wedding planner so I did not interact as much as another might. However, the location was amazing! The photos are lovely. It was super convenient. The staff were fun but p...
rofessional. I adore The Lark.
Perfect for an artsy intimate wedding! Just got married here on 02/24/2024. It has the museum appeal with the seasonally rotating art gallery but with a vintage mixer feel because ...
of the bar and neon. FULL creative control with all three floors of the building, excluding wall art, so if you're a DIY bride like me you'll love making the space your own. You MUST have a coordinator to book, but they do offer tons of vendors to choose from. They have a full kitchen and bridal suite as well. Oh! And the staff there are very informed and accommodating!
I was just married at the Lark and had the most amazing time. The venue is beautiful on its own but especially for an event. The staff is amazingly accommodating and very easy to...
work with. We were able to get in and see the venue on a weekend and right away. 10/10
As soon as we walked into The Lark, we knew it was the wedding venue for us. The exposed brick, neon signs, awesome art, and overall vibes are so cool and fit us perfectly. If you'...
re looking to have a modern yet vintage loft wedding, look no further. The space is beautiful and versatile, with so many options to customize and is large enough to feel like you have a multi-room space. Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and the night went perfectly. I highly recommend The Lark for both wedding ceremony and reception, you will love it!
We hosted a wedding here for one of our brides who's event was too large for us to accommodate at our usual venues.
WOW what a GREAT SPACE!
We had 135 people including vendors &...
there was waaay more than enough room! The building itself is stunning with beautiful views of downtown ~ beautiful room for the bride & her tribe to get ready ~ lovely views of downtown out the MANY windows ~ long spaces for the ceremony aisle ~ huge prep kitchen for the caterer ~ bar area big enough for 2 bartenders ~ they even set up a photo op area for us! For Cocktail Hour the guests had hors d'oeuvres and cake pops in a really cool space down on their sidewalk area. In the Heart of Downtown Jax, this place felt safe, calm and serene on the street-side patio ~ and a total party vibe on the inside.
HEADS UP ~ Make SURE you get the party pkg w the Lighting in it! It's worth the upgrade ~ the dance floor is HUGE & the Lighting really made it sparkle!
Elevators made it simple and easy for our vendors and guests to arrive. Hailey was a dream to work with. Literally, during our setting up time (5+hrs) she stayed within earshot of me to answer and questions or to help me make decisions on locations of various tables, such as where the cake should go, etc.
Everything went very smoothly for a newly opened venue.
This one is HOT ladies! I have a ton of cool videos w pro pics & pro vids coming soon on our FB page.

There are large windows and two sides with a cool views of Downtown Jacksonville. The entrance and vintage elevator give it a chic vibe that will set the tone for your event as guests arrive.
