eral times, hello@thelastminutebride.com, with no replies, and I've called several times (707) 955-5278, also with no answer or replies. Upon further research after having found them on The Knot and Still White websites, all of their reviews are from 2021 or earlier. There is nothing recent, and it seems that people started having the same issue with the business and Jennifer back in 2021. It does not seem that they have been in business since 2021.

I had my "Bride" moment. You know the one or you soon will đ it was 2k dollars over my budget... of course... So I reached out and gave my measurements and many pictures of the dress I had fallen in love with. I knew It would not had been an exact replica but very very close. I finally placed the custom order. Excited and anxious feelings set in. I was obviously excited because it was becoming more real. I was anxious because I didn't know this company and have been burned in the past by companies like this one. Unfortunately I didn't get updates like I figured I would. I had to reach out on several occasions. The dress was delivered almost a month later than it was supposed to which in turn made me lose my seamstress I had set up. When receiving the dress I immediately wanted to try it on. To find the zipper was broke and there were sequins sewn into my dress that I did not want nor even was addressed to me before I received the dress. The arm holes are so so tight now the sequins rubs my underarms and my arms aren't abnormally big. Besides that my experience was decently well. I just wish there were more communication regarding my "dream dress". I can't return now as my wedding is 3 months away. My alterations are going to cost almost as much as the dress due to this as well. I would recommend them but with a warning as to "Harrang" them as much as the bride needs to and to make sure there's at least 9 months to a year to ensure the dress comes in on time and has time to return/ exchange if something happens/d to said dress that was not supposed to.
I have addresses this to The Last Minute Bride and have not received any feedback. Hopefully this helps other brides with their decisions.
All in all I did like my dress but wish it was more like what I asked and not what they chose to do.

I went onto the wedding wire forum to look at this vendor and all of the reviews seemed great, but apparently they push the less than 5 star reviews to the VERY BOTTOM of all of the reviews. I wish I had seen them because if I had I would have known that returns are NOT easy like everyone with the 5 star reviews said and that there are hidden restocking fees. She is very responsive when you are buying the dress, but when I went to return it I didnât hear from her for two days and she was difficult to get ahold of after that. They make you believe when youâre buying the dress that you just have to pay for shipping to and from (which is still $80), but when I received my refund, they charged me for a restocking fee and sales tax that they never told me they would charge! I already have a small budget and this just wiped out $123 for a dress Iâm not even going to wear. So dishonest, do not buy from here.

On the final week of the sale I noticed that they posted my Maggie! My Maggie was within reach!! But of course, as sales go, it was the size 12. My heart sank because I needed the size 14. I purchased my dress last year with a little under a year until my wedding day, and then I started having some health issues. I underwent some different therapies and medications and had to alter my lifestyle quite a bit, and as a result my body gained some significant weight FAST. Long story short, my beautiful and perfect dress was no longer an option for me. My $1800 designer dress was only $599 through the last minute bride. I contacted customer service to ask some questions since buying online can be a little scary. Is it going to fit? Is it going to look that good in person? Can I return it if itâs not the one? Jennifer was amazing and answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. Since $599 was still a bit higher than my budget, she let me know about their payment plan options and worked with me so I could get my perfect dress. She even sent me links to dresses that were similar but within the budget i provided her. I was grateful for that option but I knew the one I had already picked out was in fact the one.
