I have been waiting over a month to receive any information on my dress besides the confirmation that I paid for it. I have emailed sev...
eral times, hello@thelastminutebride.com, with no replies, and I've called several times (707) 955-5278, also with no answer or replies. Upon further research after having found them on The Knot and Still White websites, all of their reviews are from 2021 or earlier. There is nothing recent, and it seems that people started having the same issue with the business and Jennifer back in 2021. It does not seem that they have been in business since 2021.
I had just received my dress from Last Minute Bride and it is PERFECT!!! They answered all my questions and concerns before my dress was shipped. My heart was so happy to see it ...
also so lovingly packaged! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!
I had found The Last Minute Bride on Facebook. I searched all their wedding gowns and then went and tried on wedding dress after wedding dress on. I finally found a dress I LOVED. ...
I had my "Bride" moment. You know the one or you soon will 😉 it was 2k dollars over my budget... of course... So I reached out and gave my measurements and many pictures of the dress I had fallen in love with. I knew It would not had been an exact replica but very very close. I finally placed the custom order. Excited and anxious feelings set in. I was obviously excited because it was becoming more real. I was anxious because I didn't know this company and have been burned in the past by companies like this one. Unfortunately I didn't get updates like I figured I would. I had to reach out on several occasions. The dress was delivered almost a month later than it was supposed to which in turn made me lose my seamstress I had set up. When receiving the dress I immediately wanted to try it on. To find the zipper was broke and there were sequins sewn into my dress that I did not want nor even was addressed to me before I received the dress. The arm holes are so so tight now the sequins rubs my underarms and my arms aren't abnormally big. Besides that my experience was decently well. I just wish there were more communication regarding my "dream dress". I can't return now as my wedding is 3 months away. My alterations are going to cost almost as much as the dress due to this as well. I would recommend them but with a warning as to "Harrang" them as much as the bride needs to and to make sure there's at least 9 months to a year to ensure the dress comes in on time and has time to return/ exchange if something happens/d to said dress that was not supposed to.
I have addresses this to The Last Minute Bride and have not received any feedback. Hopefully this helps other brides with their decisions.
All in all I did like my dress but wish it was more like what I asked and not what they chose to do.

y put my mind at ease. The process was easy I knew when the dress was coming to due tracking and I was able to plan accordingly to have me bridal party come to see me try on the dress! The dress was packaged as if it came from a bridal shop and was in perfect condition! I would definitely recommend using the Last Minute Bride as an option for wedding dresses! The customer service, price and overall experience was amazing!

n customize to you personal size. I bought my dress during their once a year sale! So not only did I get an even better deal on my dress than it was already but I was also able to set up a payment plan that was comfortable for me! Shipping was quick and my dress was absolutely perfect! If you are a bride on a budget, but still want a designer dress I highly recommend The Last Minute Bride! Believe me you will not regret it!

untless compliments on my gown. Iam so grateful that I chose Last Minute Bride to fulfill all my bridal dreams. My gown was packed beautifully when it arrived. I was concerned at first for purchasing my gown online but, I feel my experience and dress were relieved as soon as I opened my order. I totally recommend this company for future brides.
Jennifer was amazing to work with in helping me find a last minute minimony COVID dress! We had to postpone our wedding for a second time and wearing my original dress just didn't ...
feel right for a less than 20 person ceremony. Jennifer took extra time to look through new shipments of dresses that had not yet been posted on the website and send me options that matched what I was looking for. Also very flexible in letting you order multiple dresses at a time to allow you to try on side by side. I am thrilled to have found my COVID dress from the comfort of my home and a style dress I hadn't felt confident in when I originally bought my first wedding gown...thank you covid diet ;) Dresses came in a weeks time too which was wonderful!
First of all, don’t buy from here if you think at all that you might return the dress—you have to pay for shipping there and back (at least $80) PLUS a restocking fee and sales tax...
. I’m just laying that out because it was NOT clearly laid out on their website or by talking to them over email.
I went onto the wedding wire forum to look at this vendor and all of the reviews seemed great, but apparently they push the less than 5 star reviews to the VERY BOTTOM of all of the reviews. I wish I had seen them because if I had I would have known that returns are NOT easy like everyone with the 5 star reviews said and that there are hidden restocking fees. She is very responsive when you are buying the dress, but when I went to return it I didn’t hear from her for two days and she was difficult to get ahold of after that. They make you believe when you’re buying the dress that you just have to pay for shipping to and from (which is still $80), but when I received my refund, they charged me for a restocking fee and sales tax that they never told me they would charge! I already have a small budget and this just wiped out $123 for a dress I’m not even going to wear. So dishonest, do not buy from here.
Absolutely love the dress I purchased from The Last Minute Bride. It was everything and hoped for and more. And Jennifer was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!!

me. They were flexible with how long I was able to keep it to decide. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I was so happy to be able to continue my wedding planning for my September wedding and able to make this very important decision from the safety of my own home. And this dress is the one! Perfect!
I can’t thank you enough! This dress is more beautiful than it looked in the photos and it is in immaculate condition- brand new looking and feeling! I am over the moon and this ...
is truly my dream dress, one I never thought I could afford- but because of you guys and offering payment plan, I was able to purchase it, and I can not wait to walk down the aisle in my dress!!

process in the comfort of my own home. I found my dream dress and wouldn't change this experience for the world. Thank you, Jennifer! If you are hesitant to buy online, don't be, just make sure you buy from The Last Minute Bride!

e took to package it up with a sweet card was as if I paid full price for it. I am truly impressed! Thank you Last Minute Bride!!!
Jennifer was amazing answering all my questions and making sure I knew the process and helping me find the perfect dress! I'll tell every bride I meet about this wonderful site!

y were super responsive and super friendly! They helped me to weigh out my options in a timely manner. Because of their customer service and quality dresses, I would recommend them to any bride! Thank you Last Minute Bride!
The Last Minute Bride is a great option for brides trying to stay in budget yet not compromise on style. The gown I purchased was as advertised and pristine. Although not the gow...
n I wanted initially, I ended up with the gown that was perfect for my day. It is daunting to make such an emotional purchase online, and the Last Minute Bride seems aware of this. The staff is helpful, responsive, and does their best to support a bride through their trepidation. The Last Minute Bride may not work for every bride, but do not hesitate to give it a try.
I LOVE MY DRESS! Very professional service with absolutely beautiful gowns. You won't be disappointed. Prices are fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful.
Let me start by saying that I was skeptical about buying online, but after careful research and pouring over reviews like these, I took the plunge. I had my eye on a Maggie Sottero...
dress on their website when I noticed that they were having their Hot August Sale through Labor Day. Every week they posted a handful of dresses that were drastically discounted. On the final week of the sale I noticed that they posted my Maggie! My Maggie was within reach!! But of course, as sales go, it was the size 12. My heart sank because I needed the size 14. I clicked on the "contact us" button and thought it was worth a try - what did I have to lose and a smile goes a long way. I told them I was crying, because they had the size 12 on sale and it made my size 14 hips very sad :) Jennifer immediately emailed me back and told me not to despair.....and then provided me a link, just for me, for my dream Maggie Sottero dress in a size 14 for the unreal price of $99.00. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up! And a week later, here I am, just having opened the box and garment bag and I'm overcome with happy tears. The dress is flawless!! And the extra little touches like the thank you card, and the YES sign - it was a more personal touch than any chain store could ever provide. Thank you Jennifer and The Last Minute Bride for making my dreams come true, and at 1/10th of the retail cost!!
My "Renèe" wedding dress is arrived and it's enchanting, exactly as in the picture. The size is perfect and comfortable, I love it so much! Jennifer's patience and precious suppor...

oss Last Minute Bride. One of the dresses I had previously fallen in love with was a WTOO dress and they just happened to have it listed. I ordered it about a week ago. It came neatly packed with the cutest card, care instructions and even a “I said yes” card. I’m so grateful for LMB as I would have had to spend double to order my dream dress from Watters(not to mention the rush fee) but they were able to provide me with my dream dress within a week! I absolutely recommend Last Minute Bride! Thanks ladies!

ay. After five boutique appointments, I still didn't have a dress I loved. I ended up back with Jennifer at The Last Minute Bride and LOVE MY DRESS! Don't be afraid to buy online! Great customer service!

ey have a staff of angels. My experience with this shop is less than typical. I purchased my dress last year with a little under a year until my wedding day, and then I started having some health issues. I underwent some different therapies and medications and had to alter my lifestyle quite a bit, and as a result my body gained some significant weight FAST. Long story short, my beautiful and perfect dress was no longer an option for me. While this was at no fault of theirs whatsoever, the wonderful staff and specifically Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find a replacement dress that fits my new shape and makes me feel more beautiful than ever. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service and all the help they gave me. Their flexible pay plans make any dream affordable. They even gave me guidance on how to sell my first dress while I paid for my new one! I would never recommend any of my friends to shop anywhere else. Their quality of service can’t be beat!
Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was quick to answer every question and concern. Last Minute Bridal is the answer to every budget savvy bride. I would highly rec...

flags. The dress I bought was beautiful and fit perfectly. I purchased a dress bag along with the dress and expected to either receive it in a separate box or just in the box with my dress, instead the bag came with my dress lovingly placed inside. The customer service is amazing and have helped me with all my questions prior to purchasing and after purchasing.
After trying on lots of dresses in stores and not finding the one, I found a dress at The Last Minute Bride that looked like my style and in my price range, but since it was online...
I was a little hesistant. The measurements of the dress were really close to mine, but I was worried about the length as I am pretty tall. I contacted The Last Minute Bride and was very impressed with the responsiveness and help given. Jennifer got back to me right away and even tried the dress on herself to see if it would be long enough. I was also reassured about the return policy, that if it wasn’t the one, I wasn’t going to be stuck with it. But as it turns out, I didn’t need it. The dress arrived in two days and was a perfect fit! I absolutely love it and would highly recommend the site.
The Last Minute Bride made shopping for a wedding dress incredibly easy. I knew what I wanted in a dress but I couldn't find it. I looked online for help pinpointing the dress and ...
stumbled across this amazing store. As soon as I saw a gown designed by them I knew I'd found what I was looking for. The price was within budget but I was afraid of making such an important purchase without even trying it on. All my worries melted when I reached out and Jennifer answered all my questions and concerned. After several days of exchanges and talking about their easy return policy I purchased my dress. Delivery was quicker than expected, the gown packaging was professional, and the brand new gown was more exquisite than the images. I would highly recommend them to any new bride.
I am soooo soo grateful for the last minute bride! She is very responsive and generous. She was a little late replying to my message and gave me free shipping (-$45) on my gown! I ...
set up a payment plan. I finished paying for my dress on a Friday and received it the following Saturday. It is stunning. Originally $2023 however I only paid $599. Ladies you don’t have to be hesitant in ordering, Jennifer is AMAZING

t made me a little stressed out. When I found my gown on the website, I was completely won over. It was perfect for me, and I couldn’t have felt more relaxed and beautiful on my wedding day. Ordering and shipping was a total breeze and took so much stress out of my life. Thank you!
The Last Minute Bride is a pleasure to deal with.
From the get-go they’ve been friendly, quick to communicate and ready to supply any information needed.
Choosing the dress was a...
big decision to make, but it turned out to be the best decision I made! It’s stunning and I absolutely love it! The only thing is that it’s a little big, but I’m sure my seamstress can make adjustments.
I was lucky enough to have 3 of 4 bridesmaids present for the try-on, and the next day the two mothers, and all of them are raving about it, especially the lace.
Just wanted to say a huge thanks to The Last Minute Bride for helping this Kiwi girl find her dream dress for a reasonable price.
Was nervous about ordering my dress online but it was beautiful!!
With a name that includes last minute I knew immediately this is where I'd find my dress. I set out to plan a wedding in about 3 months, thought the dress would be the easy part, ...
but after trying on nearly 40 I still did not have a dress I really loved. Then I found this site, they were so helpful, I fell in love with one of their exclusives, but they didn't have it my size. Jennifer looked into a rush order, however I found another that I liked and received it about 4 weeks before the wedding. They also found me a seamstress who was undaunted by the short time line (and all the lace!), even though I'm in WI! I'll be picking up my dress tomorrow and getting married next Sunday, in a dress I know I'll look great it!
I JUST GOT THE DRESS. It is so perfect. Just FaceTimed with my mom who lives in another state while I opened the box & I was so nervous. But it exceeded all of my expectations. And...
it was boxed and packaged beautifully. Thank you so so so much! I am so glad that I chose to get my dress here 😊
Yes, yes, yes!! My experience with Last Minute Bride was awesome. I found my dream dress in a boutique, but at a costly price. Then I fell upon this website and they happened to ...
have the exact dress in my size at a much more reasonable price. I received the dress quickly, and unfortunately was so confused with all the layers. I emailed Jennifer, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She sent detailed pictures of how to "untangle" the layers, which must have gotten bunched up during shipping. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them. My dress was so perfect!

ide. MYYYY GOODNESS!!!!! The customer service was amazing & I was able to put my amazing gown on lay away because I couldn’t quite afford it yet. I just paid off and received my dress two weeks ago.
1. The packaging was beautifully done & I could tell that my dress was handled with so much love and care. THANK YOU!
2. There were clear instructions on how to carefully try on your gown so that there wouldn’t be any mistakes.
3. My dress was EVERYTHING I wished for & MORE! I immediately felt at peace.
Thank you so much for this amazing gift, I am beyond grateful for everything and would recommend this site to every single bride to be.
God bless you, Jennifer & your team.
After looking around for what it seems like was forever, and being disappointed with chain boutiques- I stumbled upon The Last Minute Bride's website. After 5 minutes, I was in awe...
because I had found "the one". Not only was the gown exactly what I had been looking for, but I couldn't believe that I snagged a designer gown for a mere fraction of the price. It was shipped straight away, and let me say - it was even more amazing in person that in the photos. If you're looking for an amazing gown at a great price, I HIGHLY recommend The Last Minute Bride. Thanks Jen and the LM Bride staff!

ly what I wanted but just couldn’t afford (and didn’t want) to spend $1800 for a dress. I stumbled across the last minute bride and put in my budget range and dress preferences and bam there was my dress! I just knew it was the one. And guess what? My $1800 designer dress was only $599 through the last minute bride. I contacted customer service to ask some questions since buying online can be a little scary. Is it going to fit? Is it going to look that good in person? Can I return it if it’s not the one? Jennifer was amazing and answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly. Since $599 was still a bit higher than my budget, she let me know about their payment plan options and worked with me so I could get my perfect dress. She even sent me links to dresses that were similar but within the budget i provided her. I was grateful for that option but I knew the one I had already picked out was in fact the one. Well, ladies, my dress came yesterday and I’m even more in love than I could have even imagined!! Thank you, Jennifer, so much for your help in this process and for helping me work within my budget. I’m incredibly grateful I found The Last Minute Bride website.
I felt deceived. The dress color was listed as "pearl " and all the pictures were in front of a white door, so it seemed like it was more of a white/off-white. The dress was only ...
$80 so I decided to buy it, because I thought even if I didn't like it, it wouldn't be too expensive. It was $30 for shipping, and then when I got the dress, it was more of a brown color. Even though I didn't like the dress color, I almost regret returning it because they refunded me less than $13 after shipping, taxes, and the restocking fee. I ended up paying more than the price of the dress, and it took almost 2 weeks to get my refund. The dress was nicely made, but I'm guessing the reason it's only $80 is because of the color. It's really more of a shade of brown. They were helpful, but I just had an overall bad experience.

e I got the dress of my dreams! They were very informative and responsive to each and every email I sent (A LOT) and we're able to send my dream dress to me in Italy! I could not be more happy with the dress, the price, or the service! Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!

ng, until I visited the website and fell in love with my dress! Within 3 days it was delivered to my house and I couldn't believe how gorgeous it was, even prettier than in pictures. Jennifer was fantastic to work with, answering all my questions about ordering and measurements. I strongly recommend The Last Minute Bride!!
Horrible experience! Found my perfect dress, contacted them, worked out a price and thought everything was perfect until they told me they sent an invoice to another bride for the ...
same dress and whoever pays for it first gets it. This isn't a competition, it is my wedding day. I was in constant communication with them (we had issues with my email blocking their invoice and my paypal account was not working) but only after three days of trying to work out the wrinkles so I could purchase the dress they sent an invoice to another bride and basically told me "too bad". They only care about the sale of their product, it is obvious they could care less about their customers. SO UPSET
I cannot recommend this store highly enough. My dress is absolutely incredible. It's better than I ever dreamed. I never thought I'd be able to afford something so beautiful becaus...
e it was just too far out of my budget and then I found The Last Minute Bride had my dream dress for about half the price and it is absolutely immaculate. The dress was shipped in under 24 hours and I received it all the way from California to Australia in less than a week! I know it can be nerve wracking to purchase probably the most important garment in our lives online and to part with so much money over the internet but this seller is 100% trustworthy. I am so thankful that I stumbled upon her store. It felt like a sign from the universe that she had my dream dress in the correct size and colour, I am so glad I took the leap and purchased it. I have absolutely zero regrets. Amazing amazing amazing!

tique open mindedly ended up choosing a dress ID NEVER imagine looking good in, so in most cases I would have never picked it out. Anyways long story short I end up finding the exact same dress/color/size at LMB (only one). It was fate plus saving $700 on a dress is the most ideal thing ever. Jennifer was so quick with her responses and had my dress out within a couple days of ordering it and received it within about a week! (They're located in Cali, I'm located in Cali) I know shopping online for a bridal gown can seem so skeptical but The Last Minute Bride is LEGIT! I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is able to find their dream dress on her website to purchase immediately. Thank you again Jennifer! Xo.
