They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I hired and talked to James then the day of my wedding he sends his wife. Who knows nothing about what’s going on. She Was super rude, walked out said she would be back at 1:30 to Cordinate the ceremony at least. This was at 11 am while she was just sat there fir two hours and did not move. I asked would she help, she told me no. That wasn’t her job to help make sure every gets where it needs to be. She left at around 11 I asked her then did I need to find someone to come do this, she said no, she’d be back to do it. She never returned, will not refund my money and has blocked my phone number. Your wedding will be a disaster if you use these people. My flower girls didn’t walk down the isle, no guests knew where to go or what to do. And she was no where to be found. And I hired James in the beginning never to be told he would not be there. And she didn’t show back up. All because I asked if she would sit 8 birdcages on the tables for guest. One centerpieces with a strip of greenery on each side. She told me she didn’t do that. But had sat for 2 hrs and did t move to do a thing. I think for $800 you could sit a birdcage out and at least show up for the ceremony. While James knew I needed help with doing this mo the ago when we discussed me hiring him. He assured me he’d make everything so easy and help with anything I needed the day of. Well that’s not what I got.
