Channing and her husband are LOVELY. Not only were they extremely kind and easy to work with, they were also very accommodating and made my wedding a success. I cannot say enough good things about this couple and this venue. They are fabulous and if I had to pick again, I'd pick them. I received so many compliments about our venue and how nice it was. And our ceremony site was everything I could have dreamed of for a wedding in the woods. HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!
The Lawyer’s Overlook has beautiful views! It was the perfect spot for our outdoor wedding with “The Wedding in the woods”. The property is extremely well maintained. The house and cabin are beautiful and inviting.
Channing and Nathen made us feel very welcomed and like we were at home! They are very helpful, kind and friendly! Very each to reach out to with any questions or concerns.
We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding turned out -and look forward to booking a weekend at the cabin.

The Overlook property comprises large, picturesque fields, perfect for a lovely outdoor event; a wooded area complete with a platform, arbor, pews, and string lights; and a well-maintained pool. The main house has two dressing suites, a spacious kitchen, and a well-appointed dining room. There's even a game room featuring a pool table, a dart board, slot machines, a bar, and a gaming table!
