We had a blast the whole night and were even allowed to take our conga line out through the restaurant and back to the room. The coordinators and everyone that we hired through the provided list of vendors were phenomenal to work with. They made the process so stress free and were there early helping us set up and confirming things with us. We asked them several questions throughout the night and they acted upon request. They made sure to start tearing down early and getting our decor and leftovers set aside so we’d be out on time.

professionally. They were so helpful and you can tell they really care. One of our guests couldn’t make it due to being in an accident and was unable to travel - they were so understanding and didn’t charge us for him. We mainly worked with Shannon for all this, she’s the best! The food was all delicious; guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (people are still talking about the truffle mashed potatoes)! All the cocktails were great too! My wedding day went perfectly with the help of the amazing staff here! They often work with Best Hawaii Wedding for coordination, they helped me book a ukulele player and my officiant who were both amazing. Highly recommend!

Head and Waikiki were a treat for our local guests and a jaw-dropping experience for our out-of-town visitors. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend. The bartenders were fabulous—not just during the welcome party but throughout our entire stay. With our hotel block at the Queen Kapiolani for the week, it truly felt like we were in an episode of Cheers, where the bartenders knew our names and made every visit so personal and fun. Their warmth and hospitality added such a memorable touch to our celebrations. The Leahi Deck & Lanai is an exceptional venue, and we couldn’t recommend the team at Queen Kapiolani Hotel enough for any group events. Between the breathtaking scenery and the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable!

t everything went well for us on the wedding day and was completely stress free. The venue had the perfect space for tables, bar and dance floor so guests were able to move around comfortably and interact well. Food was so so yum, we got the Hawaiian buffet and not a bad word was said about anything.

due to our beach ceremony getting rained out. They had all the basics for a great time (as someone who didn’t care to have the most elevated napkins) for great pricing. Drinks and food were delicious. All our guests had the best time and rave about how every wedding they’ve gone to since just didn’t hit the same. I’m so appreciative to all the staff for their great communication and ability to switch things up at the last minute. Thanks again!

i at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel was perfect for us. Months later, our guests still talk about the gorgeous view of Diamond Head, the nice atmosphere, and the delicious food. Everyone says they had an amazing time! After our day-time ceremony and reception, we also hosted drinks and bites at The Deck, which is a very popular spot. The hotel is updated, but has a fun, vintage feel about it that suited us perfectly. The staff was very accommodating, and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our guests who stayed at the hotel really enjoyed their stay - it is convenient for all ages. Older guests didn't have to go far to find their way, families with kids could use the pool or enjoy walking around Waikiki. I really liked how easy it was to communicate with the staff and make things happen - thank you so much! We will relive this special experience in our memories (and photos) forever!
